Notes on Assembly and Disassembly
Thank you for buying an Orbic Q10 mobile phone, This product is designed to
give you years of quality trouble free performance, if in the unlikely event your
device does not function as required and needs servicing, we strongly
recommend that you contact us at Orbic in regards to getting your device
repaired both in and out of warranty.
If you wish to repair your own device whilst under the warranty period, and
damage is caused as a result of the repair, it will void any warranty claims being
honored.
We recommends any self repairs made on the Orbic Q10 is done by a
competent person with an understanding of electronics with appropriate ESD
and moisture protected work environment.

Remove the Sim card tray
with the card pin

Remove the two T3
screws at the bottom

Starting from the bottom, loosen the
button of the battery cover, and then
remove the battery cover

Loosen the fingerprint
module connector

Loosen 15 body
screws

Disassemble the bottom case
and speaker bracket

Loosen the three connectors
and side key FPC

Loosen the terminals at both
ends of the coaxial cable

Remove the small board (mobile
phone SUB board PCBA)

Use tweezers to push the
indication on the side of
the motherboard to trip
the motherboard
Use tweezers to push the
indication on the other side
of the motherboard to trip
the motherboard

Remove the motherboard
after the two motherboard
buckles are released
