Significant common sense for safety
Please carefully keep t he instruction booklet so as to look it up when
necessary in the future. Some matters need t o be paid attention to
Although safety considerations have been taken into account in
the design and production of the training equipment. Whereas, there are still some
safety precautions to be followed during the operation. Please read the operation
booklet carefully before assembling and using the training equipment, especially
the following safety precautions:
1.Keep children and pets away from the training equipment, and never leave the
unattended children alone in the room where the training equipment is placed.
2. The training equipment can only be used by one person at the same time.
3. If the user feels dizziness, nausea, chest tightness or other uncomfortable
symptoms, he or she should immediately stop using and go to see a doctor immediately.
4. The training equipment should be placed on a clean and flat floor, and shall not be
used near ·the water area or outdoors
5. Hands should not be close to any transmission parts when in use.
6. When using the training equipment, dress appropriately for the training. Do not wear
loose or other kinds of clothes which may get stuck during the training.
7. During the use of the training equipment, one can only take training in accordance
with the way described in the operation instructions, and it is forbidden to train in a way
not mentioned in the instructions.
8. Avoid putting anything with sharp points around the training equipment.
9. Any disabled person shall not use the training equipment without the supervision
of a training partner or a caregiver.
10. Before training, you usually need to warm up by stretching.
11. If the training equipment has abnormal function, do not use it.
12. Keep training records at any time during the training.
13. The training equipment is not suitable for being used as medical equipment.
14. The maximum weight of the user for this product is 100kg.

STEP1
Assembly Instruction
As shown in the picture. Remove left bottom tube (1), right bottom tube (2), left riser
(3), right riser (4); According to the figure, 4PCS of M10*70 square necked bolt (27),
4PCS of hexagon screw bolt M10*95(26),8PCS of M10 anti-loosen nut (29), 8PCS of
φ10 gasket (30), respectively were used to lock the left bottom tube (1) and left riser
(3), the right bottom tube (2) and right riser (4).

STEP2
As shown in the picture. Take out and connect the telescopic pipe (5), the casing
holder (6) and the reinforcement plate (7), as shown in the figure,
Use 8PCS hexagonal bolt M10*95(26), 8PCS M10 anti-loosen nut (29), 8PCS 10
pad tablet (30) to lock the connect telescopic tube (5), reinforcement plate (7) and
left riser (3), left bottom tube (1); Lock the Connecting casing frame (6), stiffener
plate (7) and right bottom pipe (2), right riser pipe(4); Then use the elastic knob (21)
to connect the telescopic pipe (5) and the casing holder (6).

STEP3

As shown in the picture. Take out the left adjusting telescopic stand (8) and the right
adjusting telescopic stand (9). According to the figure, lock the left adjusting telescopic
stand (8) on the left riser (3) and the right adjusting telescopic stand (9) on the right
riser (4) with 2PCS of rotary knob M10*55(22), respectively.

STEP4
As shown in the picture. Remove the barbell hanging pipe (10) and the barbell sleeve (19);
According to the picture, use 2PCS hexagonal bolt M10*20(28) to lock the barbell
hanging pipe (9) on the left bottom pipe (1) and the right bottom pipe (2) respectively;
Lock the barbell sleeve (19) to the barbell hanging pipe (10), then clamp the spring to
the barbell sleeve.

STEP5
As shown in the picture.Take out the protection rack (11), according to the picture,
use 2PCS of ball head pins φ10*95(23), separate the protection rack (11) lock on
the left side riser (3) and the right side riser (4).

Workout Instructions
This product can not only strengthen physical fitness and exercise muscles, but a
reasonable diet can also assist in weight loss.
Warm-up before workout
The warm-up exercise at this stage can not only improve the blood circulation of
the body, but also facilitate the muscles up to a good training state, so as to reduce the
risk of cramps or muscle strains during the workout. Before workout, please follow the
recommended warm-up methods below (each stretching exercise should be maintained
for about 30 seconds). It is noted that do not do strenuous stretching exercises during
warming up to avoid muscle damage. Once muscle damage occurs, stop workout
immediately.

Stage of training
As the formal training stage, long-term regular practice can improve the flexibility
of leg muscles. The point is to train based on your actual situation with a stable intensity;
please select a proper and reasonable training intensity to control the heart rate within
the target range listed in the following table.

The heart rate should be controlled within the corresponding target range for at
least 12 minutes. Most people continue training for 15-20 minutes at the very beginning.
Recovery phase after training
In the recovery stage, the exercises in the warm-up stage should be repeated, and
the movement amplitude and speed might be appropriately reduced, which lasts about 5
minutes, so as to adjust the body heat and relax the muscles. It should be noted that
strenuous stretching activities are not allowed during exercise to avoid muscle injury.
The training time and intensity can be gradually increased (it is recommended to
train at least 3 times a week) after adaptation, and record the average level of weekly
practice if possible.
