Adjusting the Temperature Setpoints
Setpoint settings on the M320 can be read, and adjusted, by pressing and holding either the “High” or
“Low” momentary switch on the front panel. The potentiometer screw is located in the smaller hole, to the
right of the switch. Turning the screw clockwise raises the setting and turning it counter clockwise will
lower it. The reading will be displayed on the meter as you adjust up or down. When the switch is
released, a current temperature reading will be given.

Both Relays are Normally Closed
When the diode temperature is above the high temp setpoint, both relays are in the Normally
Closed state. When the diode temperature reaches high temp setpoint, the high relay will change
from the Normally Closed state to the Normally Open state and remain open until the temperature
rises above the high setpoint. When the diode temperature reaches the low temperature setpoint,
the relay will change from the Normally Closed state to the Normally Open state and remain open
until the temperature rises above the low setpoint. When the diode temperature is at or below the
low temp setpoint, both relays are open.
Both relays are rated at 5 amps @ 250 VAC

Panel Mounting Instructions
The Monitor is mounted thru a cut-out (see below), and locked with aluminum locking bars that slide into
grooves in the sides of the case. A .050” hex-wrench is used on the locking bar setscrews.
