Tethered Cap option for sealing Industrial
Jack when not in use with Industrial Plug.
Properly orient jack as shown and insert
into Bulkhead until it clicks into position.

Insert Bulkhead into prepared opening from outside of
enclosure. Secure with Keyed Thrust Washer and Nut
on the inside of enclosure. Torque Nut to 20 in-lbs.

Terminate jack.

cable through rear of Plug Housing.
Terminate Plug.

Properly seat plug into Plug Housing opening. Twist on the Flex
Tail. The plug must be fully pushed back into the plug housing
before torquing the flextail, to ensure proper fit to the mating jack
bulkhead. To obtain IP67 intrusion protection, the Flex Tail must
be torqued to 20 in-lbs. Recommended tool to achieve 20 in-lbs
is a 3/4" flare nut 6 point crowfoot attachment.

Plug when not in use with Industrial Jack.
