e Racor CCV system eliminates
crankcase emmisions and provides
a cleaner engine environment by
performing the following functions:
Reduces oil consumption by•
separating oil from crankcase
gasses and returning oil to sump.
High-efficiency filter prevents•
fouling of turbocharger and
aftercooler.
Filtered crankcase gas is vented•
to engine intake system for
recombustion instead of polluting
environment.
Keeps engine compartment and•
components clean.
Replace lter when lter change
indicator is fully extended into clear
dome while engine is idling.

Shut down engine, allow ve1.
minutes for lter to drain before
proceeding.
Unlock release clamps, remove2.
housing.
Remove dirty lter and O-ring from3.
housing, dispose properly.
Inspect drain line inside housing.4.
Ensure there are no obstructions.
Carefully clean mating surfaces.5.
Lubricate new O-rings with clean6.
motor oil and install onto lter and
housing.

Spacer
If applicable, verify wear pad/7.
spacer is installed in bottom of
sump before lter placement.
Place new lter into housing on top8.
of wear pad/spacer (if applicable).
Replace housing and lock release9.

Start engine and check for leaks.10.

impaired by external forces.
