EN Your appliance has been designed to
be used with tap water. In case you live
in an area with very hard water, fast
scale build-up may occur. Therefore, it is
recommended to use distilled water to
prolong the lifetime of your appliance.
Do not put perfume, vinegar, starch,
descaling agents, ironing aids or other
chemicals in the water tank, as your
appliance is not designed to work with
these chemicals.
ZH 根据设计，您的产品适合使用自来
水。万一您所居住的区域水质非常
硬，水垢积聚可能会非常快。因此，
建议向水箱中注入蒸馏水，以延长产
品的使用寿命。

EN The light goes on when the steamer is
plugged in.

EN The brush attachment improves steam
penetration into thick and heavy fabrics
for faster results. It is meant to be used
when the appliance is connected to the
mains. Brush slowly with the bristles
touching the garment.
Note: Always unplug the steamer
before you attach or detach the brush
attachment. Be careful, the steamer head
may still be hot.

EN Note: Never use scouring pads, abrasive
cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such
as alcohol, petrol or acetone to clean the
appliance. Clean the appliance and wipe
any deposits off the steamer head with
a damp cloth and a non-abrasive liquid
cleaning agent.

Let the steamer heat up for approx. 45
seconds.When the light goes out, the
steamer is ready for use.
You have not pressed the
steam trigger fully.
Press the steam trigger fully.
The water level in the water
tank is too low.
Unplug the steamer and rell the water
tank.
The water tank is not in place. Insert the water tank properly.
You are holding the steamer
upside down, which makes it im-
possible for the steamer to suck
up water from the water tank.
Hold the steamer in upright position.
You are holding the steamer in
horizontal position to steam a
garment on a at surface.
This steamer is designed to be used in
upright position on hanging garments. Do
not use the steamer in horizontal position
or on garments in horizontal position.
Water droplets drip
from the steamer head.
The water tank is not in place. Insert the water tank properly.
The steamer has not heated
up sufciently.
Let the steamer heat up for approx. 45
seconds.When the temperature light
goes out, the steamer is ready for use.
The steamer produces
a pumping sound/the
handle vibrates.
Water is pumped to the
steamer head to be converted
into steam.
This is normal.
The steamer does not
heat up.
There is a connection problem. Check if the mains plug is inserted
properly in the wall socket and if the
wall socket is working properly.
