Basic Call Handling
Placing a call using the handset:
Pick up the handset and enter the number or enter•
thenumberrst,andthenpickupthehandset
Placing a call using the hands-free speakerphone:

Answering a call using the handset:
Pick up the handset•
Answering a call using the speakerphone:

Up to 10 internal, external or mobile numbers can be
madetoringsimultaneously.Thersttoanswerwillpick
upthecall.ThiscanbeconguredviaeithertheonlineCall
ManagementPortalortheCallManagementToolbar.
IncomingcallsmaybeignoredbypressingtheRejectso
keyduringringing.
Holding & Resuming Calls
Duringacall,press•
Press• again,theResumesokey,orthelinekey
to resume the call
Whenacallhasbeenonholdforanextendedperiodof
me,bothvisualandaudiblealertsmayappear.
Call Pick-up Group
Topickupacallringingonanotherphoneinthegroup,
liyourhandsetanddial*98.
Transferring Calls
Duringacall,pressthe• Transsokey(theacvecall
will be placed on hold)
Press the Blind so key to transfer the call without
speakingtothesecondparty.
Placeacalltothepartytowhichyouwanttotransfer•
the call
Aerspeakingwiththesecondparty,pressthe• Trans
sokeytocompletethetransfer
Transfer may be cancelled during establishment•
by pressing the Cancel so key. The original call is
resumed
Conference Calls (Max 3 parties)
Tocreateathree-waylocalconferencecall:

Press the• Conf sokeytocreateanewcall(theacve
call will be placed on hold)
Placeacalltothesecondparty•
Whenthesecondpartyanswers,pressthe• Confso
keyagaintojoinallparesintheconference
When a conference has been established, pressing the
Split so key will split the conference into two calls on
hold.
Placing the call on hold on the conference originator’s
phonewillplacetheotherparesintheconferenceon
hold.
A conference may be created at any me between an
acvecallandacallwhichisonhold(onthesamelineor
anotherline)bypressingtheJoinsokey.
Ending the call on the conference originator’s phone will
allowtheotherparestoconnuetheconference.

Call Forward all Calls
Li handset, dial *72. You will be prompted for the
desnaon number, once entered a voice will conrm
thishasbeenacvated.Todeacvate,lihandsetanddial

Call Forward on Busy
Li handset, dial *90. You will be prompted for the
desnaon number, once entered a voice will conrm

Call Forward no Answer
Li handset, dial *92. You will be prompted for the
desnaon number, once entered a voice will conrm

Call Redial
Press todisplaythePlacedCalllist.Press
and or hold down and to scroll to search
for the desired number, and then press the Dial key
again.
Voicemail
Ifthereisaredlightonyourhandsetoryouaregenga
brokendialtone,youhaveanewvoicemessage.
Ifyouareaccessingyourvoicemailinternally:
Press the• Msgssokey
Followvoicepromptstolistentomessages•
Ifyouareaccessingyourvoicemailexternally:
Dial your full telephone number. When you hear•
yourvoicemailgreeng, press the * keyandfollow
thevoiceprompts
Voicemailscanbedeliveredviaemailifrequired,contact
Supportformoreinformaon.
Expired Passcode
Your defaultpasscodeis 2580, you will be promptedto
changethiswhenyourstaccessyourvoicemail.
Yourvoicemailpasscodewillautomacallyexpireaer30
daysforsecurityreasons.Whenaccessingyourvoicemail
aerthisperiodyouwillbeinformedthatyourpasscode
has expired, keep listening to the voice prompts for
instruconsonsenganewone.
Ring tones
Youcanselectdierentringstomatchyourpreferences
anddisnguishbetweencallsonlines.
To change the incoming ring:
Press•
Select• Sengs, followed by Basic, and then Ring
Type
Using• and ,highlightthedesiredringtype.
Press the Playsokeytoheartheselectedringtype
Press the• Select so key to change to the selected
ringtype
Press• or  repeatedly to return to the
idledisplay
IfyouselectSilentring,presstheLinekeyorAnswerso
keytoanswerincomingcalls.
Emergency Calls
Lihandset,dial999.
