2015+ Ford F150 SuperCrew 5.5ft Box Boss Bar
Installation Instructions
Please read all instructions before installation and to check to see that all parts are included.
Tools Needed:
- 13mm Wrench
- Torque Wrench
Boss Bar Installation
1. Remove Boss Bars from packaging. Check to see if all parts from above table of kit contents are
included.
2. Factory running boards need to be remove prior to installation, if e uipped. Supplied
brackets will mount in factory locations.
Driver Side Installation
3. Install front bracket in front location. (Figure 1)
Use 3-4 M8 Hex Nuts to mount bracket to studs
on the under body of the truck, leave loose.
Note: There may only be 3 studs on the truck to
attach each bracket.
4. Install front bracket in front location. (Figure 2)
Use 3-4 M8 Hex Nuts to mount bracket to studs
on the under body of the truck, leave loose.

5. Attach the step tube to both brackets
using (4) M8 flange bolts on each
bracket. (Figure 3)
6. Tighten all bolts to secure bar. M8
flange bolts are to be torqued to 13ft-
lbs. The body bolts are to be torqued
to 20ft-lbs
Passenger Side Installation
7. Repeat steps 3-6 for installation of
passenger side step. Enjoy!!
