The Line-injack can be connected todevicessuchasacassetteorminidisc playerto
playback orrecord.
The Microphone-injack can be connected toamicrophone forvoiceinput.
The Speaker-outjack allowsyou toconnectspeakersorheadphonesforaudiooutput
fromthe internalamplifier.
6-ChannelAudio
ThismainboardutilizesALC655 chipproviding 6-channelAudio,whichconsistsofFront
Left, FrontRight, RearLeft, RearRight,Centerand Wooferforacompletesurround sound
effect. When 6-Channelaudioisavailable,the frontLeft&Rightjack can be connected to
the Frontspeskers,the Back Left&Rightjack can be connected tothe rearspeakersand
the Center&Wooferjack can be connected tothe centerspeakerand woofer.
Microphone function isoffered byF_AUDIOConnectoron the mainboardnow.
If set2-ChannelAudiomode on -6Amainboard,you can connecttwospeakerstothe
FrontLeft&Rightjack,atthe sametimeusethe RearLeft&Rightjack asLine injack,and

The connectorconnectstothe case’sIDEindicatorLEDindicating the activitystatusof
IDEharddisk.The connectorhasan orientation.If one waydoesn’twork,trythe other
way.
ResetSwitch(RESET)
The connectorconnectstothe case’sresetswitch.Press the switchonce,the system
resets.
SpeakerConnector(SPEAKER)
The connectorcan be connected tothe speakeron the case.
ACPILEDConnector(ACPI_LED)
The ACPILEDisadual-colorlightwiththree pins.Pin1and Pin2 drivedifferentcolor
lights.If Pin1 drivesthe orange light,then,Pin2 drivesthe green light, the following
statuswill comeout. When the systemisinS0status,the LEDisgreen on.When the
systemisinS1status,the LEDisgreen blink.When the systemisinS3status,the LED
isorange on.When the systemisinS4,S5status,the LEDisoff.

The powerswitch(POWERSW)shouldbe connected toamomentaryswitch.When
powering up yoursystem,firstturnon the mechanicalswitchofthe powersupply(ifone
isprovided),then pushoncethe powerswitch.When powering off the system,you
needn’tturnoff the mechanicalswitch,justpushoncethe powerswitch.
Note:pleasepayattention toorientation and sequenceofpinswhen using 20 pinsATX
