QOMO QPC20 Document Camera Basics
This quick guide gives you the basic information to begin using your QPC20 document camera.
Beginning Your QPC20 Experience
1. Install the QOMO Visualizer software from the CD provided.
2. Connect your QPC20 to your computer using the USB cable provided. This cable provides the
connection to your computer, as well as, supplying power to the document camera.
3. Open your QOMO Visualizer software and place the desired item or object under the camera.
Operation Menu
To use the Prepare Lesson Copy and Paste Tool:
oSet up your desired object under the document camera.
oClick the “Prepare Lesson” button under the operation menu tab.
oLeft click and drag a box around the part of the image you would like to copy and then
right click.
oOpen the application you would like to paste your image into.
oPaste the image in the application (you can use ctrl+v for a shortcut.)
These buttons allow you
to zoom in, zoom out, and
recover your image
These buttons allow you
to rotate your image.
This button is a copy and
paste tool
To exit out of Full
Screen mode, press
the esc button on your
keyboard.
To exit out of your QOMO
Visualizer software, click the
Exit button.

Playback Menu Annotate Menu
To annotate over your QPC20 Document Camera image:
oSet up your desired object under the document camera.
oSelect the “Annotate” menu tab.
oClick the “Static” button. This will hold your image still while you annotate.
oAnnotate over your image.
oWhen you are done annotating click the “Static” button again. This will allow you to
move your image, if desired.
Take a
picture
Start
taking
video
Stop taking
video
Change your image resolution,
brightness, or contrast.
Select the camera that you would
like to receive an image from.
Open a
file to
playback
Use these buttons to
control your video.
To exit out of Full
Screen mode, press
the esc button on your
keyboard.
This will hold
your image still
so you can
annotate over it.
These are your
annotation tools.

To exit out of “Playback mode,
go to the “Operation” menu tab
and click “Preview”
When capturing an image or
video, you will be prompted to
name the file and select a
location where it will be saved
before the capturing will take
place.
