Please note that in cases where kits are packed with rubber washers holding the components onto
the bolt –the rubber washers should be thrown away!
TOOLS REQUIRED
Set of metric Allen keys to include 4 and 5mm A/F sizes.
Socket set to include 10 and 12mm A/F sockets and wrench.
14mm spanner
Electrical pliers/crimps.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVE SEAT USING KEY.
REMOVE PILLION SEAT (TWO ALLEN SCREWS).
REMOVE BOTH PILLION HAND GRIPS (FOUR BOLTS ARROWED FURTHEST LEFT
IN PICTURE 1).
LOOSEN SEAT COWL (REMOVE FOUR BOLTS ARROWED IN PICTURE 1 AND TWO
PLASTIC POP RIVETS ARROWED IN PICTURE 2).
REMOVE WIRING COVER (TWO PLASTIC POP RIVETS AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 2).
DISCONNECT KEY LOCK CABLE (SHOWN IN PICTURE 3).
REMOVE SEAT COWL/REAR LIGHT HOUSING.
DISCONNECT LICENCE PLATE LIGHT AND INDICATOR WIRING SOCKETS.
REMOVE ORIGINAL LICENCE PLATE BRACKET (THREE BOLTS SHOWN IN
PICTURE 4).
REFIT AND SECURE SEAT COWL/REAR LIGHT HOUSING.
FIT LICENCE PLATE ILLUMINATOR (LA0002) TO NEW LICENCE PLATE BRACKET
AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 5 .
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO GLUE THE LIGHT SHROUD TO THE LED
LICENCE PLATE ILLUMINATOR BEFORE FITTING USING SUPER GLUE (SEE
PICTURE 5).
FIT SELF-ADHESIVE NEOPRENE GASKET AND SELF-ADHESIVE FOAM STRIP AS
SHOWN IN PICTURE 5.
FIT INDICATORS OF CHOICE.
IF FITTING ORIGINALS YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE ADAPTORS FROM KIT.
PLACE THE PART ASSEMBLED LICENCE PLATE BRACKET ON REAR WHEEL
AND CONNECT WIRING SOCKETS AS BELOW.

TRY LIGHTS AND INDICATORS TO ENSURE ALL WORKING CORRECTLY.
WHEN SATISFIED OFFER UP AND SECURE NEW LICENCE PLATE BRACKET
USING THE THREE BUTTON HEAD BOLTS FROM KIT WITH THE TWO SPACERS
(S0299) FITTED BETWEEN THE LICENCE PLATE BRACKET AND THE REAR SUB-
FRAME (TO CLEAR THE CABLE CLIP) AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 6.
REFIT LICENCE PLATE (IT MAY REQUIRE DRILLING).
IMPORTANT: IF FITTING A FULL-SIZE LICENCE PLATE AND PLACING IT
FAR DOWN ON THE LICENCE PLATE HANGER, THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE
OF THE LICENCE PLATE HITTING THE BACK WHEEL UNDER HEAVY LOAD
AND OVER LARGE BUMPS IN THE ROAD. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO
CHECK FOR THIS POSSIBILITY AND TAKE AVOIDING ACTION. FAILURE TO
CHECK THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.
REFIT SEATS.
DEPENDING ON LOCAL LAWS, ATTACH ENCLOSED REFLECTOR IN AN
APPROPIATE LOCATION.
TEST THE LICENCE PLATE ILLUMINATOR AND ALL LIGHTS BEFORE RIDING.

replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have been modified or used or maintained otherwise
than in accordance with R&G’s or manufacturer’s instructions and good engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or
neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be
liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or
the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.
R&G RACING RETURNS POLICY (NON-FAULTY GOODS)
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were
purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in re-
sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value
exc. P&P –at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of
discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty
goods.

Ne pas procéder au montage s’en s’être assuré au préalable que les articles figurant sur la
photo du dessous soient bien présents.
La façon dont le kit est emballé ne représente pas nécessairement la façon de le monter
sur la moto.
Les parties représentées peuvent parfois être uniquement représentatives
(Pour la clarté des explications)
Notez que dans les cas où les kits sont emballés avec des rondelles en caoutchouc, composantes
du boulon - les rondelles en caoutchouc doivent être jetées !

Jeu de clefs Allen métrique : 4 et 5mm tailles A/F.
Clé et douille de 10 et 12mm

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
Enlever le siège à l’aide de la clef.
Enlever le siège passager.(2 vis Allen).
Retirer les supports de main pour passager (4 boulons comme sur la photo 1, partie
de gauche).
Desserrer le capot de siège (Enlever 4 boulons, photo 1 et deux rivets en plastique,
photo 2).
Enlever la couverture du câblage (2 rivets en plastique, photo 2).
Déconnecter le câble à l’aide de la clef de blocage (Photo 3).
Enlever le capot de siège / boitier de feu arrière
Déconnecter le feu de plaque et le câblage des clignotants.
Enlever le support de plaque d’origine (3 boulons, photo 4).
Remettre et fixer le capot de siège / boîtier feu arrière.
Mettre le feu de plaque (LA0002) sur le nouveau support de plaque (photo 5).
Note: Vous aurez besoin de mettre de coller le linceul à au feu de plaque à LED
avant de l’installer en utilisant de la super glue (photo 5).
Installer le joint d’étanchéité auto adhésive en Néoprène et le bandeau de mousse
auto adhésive (photo 5).
Installer les clignotants de son choix.
Si vous installez les originaux, vous aurez besoin d’utiliser les adaptateurs du kit.
Placer l’ensemble support de plaque sur la roue arrière et connecter les prises
comme suit :

Clignotant droit:
Bleu avec unique bleu
Vert avec un du double vert
Câblage:
Mini produits R&G CODE RG370 (Vous aurez aussi besoin de résistances, code
produit RGR0001).
Clignotant gauche:
Nouveau câble avec Câblage d’origine
Noir/Blanc avec Unique orange
Noir avec un du double vert
Clignotant côté droit:
Nouveau câble avec Câblage d’origine
Noir / Blanc avec unique bleu
Noir avec un du double vert
Feu de plaque:
Nouveau câble avec Câblage d’origine
Rouge avec un du double marron
Noir avec unique vert
Essayer les feux et clignotants pour s’assurer que tout fonctionne correctement.
Lorsque tout est ok, monter et fixer le support de plaque à l’aide de 3 boulons à tête
ronde du kit (photo 6), avec les 2 rondelles (S0299) installées entre le support de
plaque et le sous cadre (pour voir le clip de câble) (photo 6).
Remettre la plaque (peut nécessiter un forage).
IMPORTANT: SI LE MONTAGE S’OPERE AVEC UN PLAQUE D’IMMATRICULATION DE
GRANDE TAILLE, IL EST DE VOTRE RESPONSABILITE DE CONTROLER QU’AUCUN
RISQUE DE COLISION ENTRE LA PLAQUE ET LA ROUE ARRIERE NE PUISSE
S’EFFECTUER. CELA POURRAIT SE PRODUIRE NOTAMMENT EN CAS DE TROUS OU DE
BOSSES PRESENTS SUR LA ROUTE.
NE PAS EFFECTUER DE VERIFICATION POURRAIT ENTRAINER DES BLESSURES
GRAVES POUR LE MOTARD.
Remettre les sieges.
Selon la loi locale, positionner les réflecteurs à leur emplacement adéquat.
Tester l’ensemble des feux avant de prendre la route
