FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
•If fitted, remove the OEM pillion grab rail, then remove the 3x bolts securing the RHS upper
panel using a 5mm Allen tool, as shown in picture 1, then gently pull away to remove. Using a
6mm Allen tool, remove the rider’s footrest as shown in picture 2, then remove the lower panel
using a Phillips-head screwdriver, as shown in picture 3.
•Disconnect the connector shown in picture 4, then unclip the wiring loom from the RHS of the
swingarm.
•Using a 5mm Allen tool, remove the 2x bolts on either side securing the rear fender to the
swingarm, as shown in picture 5. Using a 10mm socket and wrench, remove the 2x bolts on
either side of the swingarm securing the OEM tail bracket as shown in picture 6, then gently
remove the whole assembly from the bike.
•Use the key to remove the seat, then connect the long wiring adaptor (item 9) to the
connector earlier disconnected. Route through the subframe so the bullet connectors are in the
position shown in picture 7, then using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the 2x bolts shown
in picture 7, to loosen the undertray.
•Fit the new taillight (item 2) to the new tail bracket (item 1) as shown in picture 8, then
secure using the included 2x M4 bolts, using a 2.5mm Allen tool.
•If using the original indicators, remove from the OEM tail bracket, then secure to the R&G
tail bracket using a 14mm spanner. Fit the wiring covers (item 8) to cover the securing nuts,
then fit a wiring extension (item 10) to each indicator to give the correct wiring length.
•If fitting R&G mini-indicators (R&G mini-indicator product code RG374 for LED type, or
RG372 for Aero Style LED type), secure to the R&G tail bracket using a 13mm spanner, then fit
the wiring covers (item 8) to cover the securing nuts. Fit a wiring extension (item 10) to each
indicator to give the correct wiring length.
•Neatly wrap the light and indicator wires with the included thinner heat shrink (item 6), then
group the wires together and wrap with the wider heat shrink (item 7) to create a loom.
•Tidy and secure the wiring to the tail bracket using the included cable clips (item 12), as
outlined in picture 9, ensuring the loom runs down the RHS of the bracket. Then, use the cable
ties (item 11) to secure the loom to the bracket, threading through the drilled holes on the
RHS of the bracket’s tubular frame, as shown in picture 10.
•Offer the new tail bracket assembly up to the grab rail mounts, then using a 6mm Allen tool,
secure with the included M8 bolts (item 3) and washers (item 5), as shown on picture 10. Fit
a cap (item 14) to the head of each bolt.
•Gently pull the undertray down as shown in picture 11, then pull the end of the loom through
the undertray cut-out as shown in picture 13.
•Connect the loom bullet connectors to the previously fitted long wiring adaptor in the following
order:
ORANGE –LHS INDICATOR + (YELLOW OR RED)
BLUE –RHS INDICATOR + (YELLOW OR RED)
GREEN –BRAKE LIGHT SWITCHED + (BLUE)
BROWN –REAR LIGHT/LICENSE PLATE LIGHT + (YELLOW)
GROUPED BLACK –ALL NEGATIVE WIRES (BLACK (CAN BE GREEN FROM BRAKE LIGHT)

•At this point, turn on the ignition and check all lights function correctly, if lights fail to
illuminate, check connections. If indicators do not illuminate, swap the bullet connectors round.
•Mount the licence plate (it may require drilling) to the rear of the bracket ensuring that it does
not cover the indicators.
•Refit all panels, the RHS footrest and the rider’s seat.
•IMPORTANT: IF FITTING A FULL-SIZE LICENCE PLATE AND PLACING IT FAR DOWN ON
THE LICENCE PLATE HANGER, THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE OF THE LICENCE PLATE
HITTING THE BACK WHEEL UNDER HEAVY LOAD AND OVER LARGE BUMPS IN THE
ROAD. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR THIS POSSIBILITY AND TAKE
AVOIDING ACTION. FAILURE TO CHECK THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.
•Depending on local laws, attach enclosed reflector (item 13) in an appropriate location.
•Please test the indicators, rear light, and licence plate illuminator before riding.

The catalogue description and any exhibition of samples are only broad indications of the Products and R&G may make design
changes which do not diminish their performance or visual appeal and supplying them in such state shall conform to the order.
The Buyer acknowledges no representation or warranty (other than as to title) has been given or will apply to the Products other
than those in R&G’s order or confirmation and the Buyer confirms it has chosen the Products as being of merchantable quality
and suitable for its particular purposes. Where R&G fits the Products or undertakes other services it shall exercise reasonable
skill and care and rectify any fault free of charge unless the workmanship has been disturbed. The Buyer is responsible for
ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products
R&G shall at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have
been modified or used or maintained otherwise than in accordance with R&G’s or manufacturer’s instructions and good
engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting
its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability
shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect
the Buyer’s statutory rights.
R&G RACING RETURNS POLICY (NON-FAULTY GOODS)
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if
they were purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods
must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25%
of the gross value exc. P&P –at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges.
No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does
not refer to faulty goods.

VUE D’ENSEMBLE
NOTICE DE MONTAGE
•Si elle est installée, retirez la barre d'appui d’origine du passager, puis retirez les 3 boulons
fixant le panneau supérieur côté droit à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 5 mm, comme illustré sur la
photo 1, puis tirez doucement pour le retirer. À l'aide d'une clé Allen de 6 mm, retirez le repose-
pied du pilote comme indiqué sur la photo 2, puis retirez le panneau inférieur à l'aide d'un
tournevis cruciforme, comme indiqué sur la photo 3.
•Débrancher le connecteur illustré sur la photo 4, puis déclipser le faisceau de câbles du côté
droit du bras oscillant.
•À l'aide d'une clé Allen de 5 mm, retirez les 2x boulons de chaque côté fixant le garde-boue
arrière au bras oscillant, comme indiqué sur la photo 5. À l'aide d'une douille de 10 mm et d'une
clé, retirez les 2x boulons de chaque côté du bras oscillant fixant le support arrière d'origine.
comme indiqué sur la photo 6, puis retirez délicatement l'ensemble de la moto.
•Utilisez la clé pour retirer le siège, puis connectez l'adaptateur de câblage long (article 9) au
connecteur précédemment déconnecté. Faites passer à travers le sous-châssis de sorte que les
connecteurs soient dans la position indiquée sur la photo 7, puis à l'aide d'un tournevis
cruciforme, retirez les 2x boulons illustrés sur la photo 7, pour desserrer la traverse.
•Montez le nouveau feu arrière (article 2) sur le nouveau support arrière (article 1) comme
indiqué sur la photo 8, puis fixez-le à l'aide des boulons 2x M4 inclus, à l'aide d'une clé Allen de
2,5 mm.
•Si vous utilisez les clignotants d'origine, retirez-les du support d’origine, puis fixez-le au support
de R&G à l'aide d'une clé de 14 mm. Monter les couvercles de câblage (article 8) pour couvrir
les écrous de fixation, puis monter une rallonge de câblage (article 10) sur chaque clignotan
pour donner la bonne longueur de câblage.

•Si vous installez des mini-clignotants R&G (mini-clignotant R&G code produit RG374 pour le
type LED, ou RG372 pour le type LED latérale), fixez-les au support arrière R&G à l'aide d'une
clé de 13 mm, puis installez les caches de câblage (article 8) sur le couvercle. les écrous de
fixation. Montez une rallonge de câblage (article 10) sur chaque clignotant pour donner la
bonne longueur de câblage.
•Enroulez soigneusement les fils d'éclairage et de clignotan avec le thermorétractable plus fin
inclus (article 6), puis regroupez les fils ensemble et enroulez-les avec le thermorétractable plus
large (article 7) pour créer un métier à tisser.
•Rangez et fixez le câblage au support de queue à l'aide des serre-câbles inclus (article 12),
comme indiqué sur la photo 9, en vous assurant que le métier passe le long du côté droit du
support. Ensuite, utilisez les serre-câbles (article 11) pour fixer le métier à tisser au support, en
passant à travers les trous percés sur le côté droit du cadre tubulaire du support, comme
indiqué sur la photo 10.
•Proposez le nouvel ensemble de support arrière sur les supports de la barre d'appui, puis à
l'aide d'une clé Allen de 6 mm, fixez-le avec les boulons M8 (article 3) et les rondelles (article 5)
inclus (article 5), comme indiqué sur la photo 10. Montez un capuchon (article 14) à la tête de
chaque boulon.
•Tirez doucement le sous-plateau vers le bas comme indiqué sur la photo 11, puis tirez
l'extrémité du métier à travers la découpe du sous-plateau comme indiqué sur la photo 13.
•Connectez les connecteurs du métier à l'adaptateur de câblage long installé précédemment dans
l'ordre suivant:
ORANGE –CLIGNOTANT GAUCHE + (JAUNE OU ROUGE)
BLUE –CLIGNOTANT DROIT + (JAUNE OU ROUGE)
GREEN –COMMUTATEUR DE FEU STOP + (VERT)
BROWN –FEU ARRIÈRE/FEU DE PLAQUE + (JAUNE)
GROUPED BLACK –TOUS LES FILS NÉGATIFS (NOIR)
•À ce stade, mettez le contact et vérifiez que tous les feux fonctionnent correctement, si les feux
ne s'allument pas, vérifiez les connexions. Si les voyants ne s'allument pas, permutez les
connecteurs.
•Montez la plaque d'immatriculation (cela peut nécessiter un perçage) à l'arrière du support en
vous assurant qu'elle ne recouvre pas les clignotants.
•Reposer tous les panneaux, le repose-pieds côté droit et la selle du pilote.
•IMPORTANT: SI VOUS POSEZ UNE PLAQUE D'IMMATRICULATION DE GRANDE TAILLE PLEINE ET
QUE VOUS LA POSEZ VERS LE BAS DU SUPPORT DE PLAQUE D'IMMATRICULATION, IL EXISTE
UN RISQUE QUE LA PLAQUE D'IMMATRICULATION TOUCHE LA ROUE ARRIÈRE SOUS L’EFFET
D’UNE CHARGE LOURDE ET SUR DES RALENTISSEURS ABRUPTES SUR LA ROUTE. IL EST DE
VOTRE RESPONSABILITÉ DE VÉRIFIER CE RISQUE ET DE PRENDRE DES MESURES NÉCESSAIRES
POUR L’ÉVITER. LA NON-VÉRIFICATION DE CE POINT POURRAIT ENTRAÎNER DES BLESSURES
GRAVES.
•En fonction des lois locales, fixez le réflecteur fourni (article 13) à un endroit approprié.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG
•Falls er noch montiert ist, den original Haltegriff für den Beifahrer entfernen, dann mit einem
5mm Inbusschlüssel die 3 Schrauben entfernen, die das obere Verkleidungsteil an der rechten
Seite befestigen (siehe Abbildung 1). Das Verkleidungsteil vom Motorrad wegziehen und
komplett entfernen. Mit einem 6mm Inbusschlüssel die Fußraste für den Fahrer entfernen wie in
Abbildung 2 abgebildet und das untere Verkleidungsteil mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubenzieher
entfernen wie in Abbildung 3 abgebildet.
•Trennen Sie den Verbinder, der in Abbildung 4 abgebildet ist, dann lösen Sie den Kabelbaum
von der rechten Seite der Schwinge.
•Mit Hilfe eines 5mm Inbusschlüssels, die 2 Schrauben an beiden Seiten entfernen, die das
hintere Schutzblech an der Schwinge befestigen –siehe Abbildung 5. Benutzen Sie einen 10mm
Steckschlüssel, um die 2 Schrauben an beiden Seiten der Schwinge zu entfernen, die den
original Kennzeichenhalter befestigen wie in Abbildung 6 abgebildet, dann entfernen Sie die
komplette Einheit vom Motorrad.
•Entfernen Sie den Sitz (benutzen Sie den Schlüssel), dann verbinden Sie den Adapter für die
lange Verkabelung (Artikel 9) mit dem zuvor getrennten Verbinder und dies durch den
Hilfsrahmen weiterleiten, sodass die Verbindungen positioniert sind wie in Abbildung 7.
Anschließend die 2 Schrauben mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubenzieher entfernen, die in
Abbildung 7 abgebildet sind, um die untere Verkleidung zu lösen.
•Montieren Sie die neue Kennzeichenbeleuchtung (Artikel 2) am neuen Kennzeichenhalter
(Artikel 1) wie in Abbildung 8 abgebildet, und die 2 M4 Schrauben vom Kit mit einem 2,5mm
Inbusschlüssel befestigen.
•Wenn Sie die Originalblinker montieren, entfernen Sie diese vom Originalkennzeichenhalter
und mit einem 14mm Schraubenschlüssel montieren Sie sie am R&G Kennzeichenhalter.
Fixieren Sie die Kabelabdeckungen (Artikel 8), sodass die Befestigungsmuttern abgedeckt
sind, dann montieren sie eine Kabelverlängerung (Artikel 10) an jedem Blinker, um die
richtige Kabellänge zu bekommen.

•Wenn Sie R&G Miniblinker montieren (R&G Miniblinker Artikel-Nr. RG374 für LED Typ oder
RG372 für Aero LED Typ) sichern Sie sie am R&G Kennzeichenhalter mit einem 13mm
Schraubenschlüssel, dann montieren Sie die Kabelabdeckungen (Artikel 8), um die
Sicherungsmutter abzudecken. Montieren sie eine Kabelverlängerung (Artikel 10) an jedem
Blinker, um die richtige Kabellänge zu bekommen.
•Die Kabel für die Beleuchtung und die Blinker ordentlich mit dem dünneren Schrumpfschlauch
(Artikel 6) umwickeln. Danach die Kabel zusammen gruppieren und mit dem breiteren
Schrumpfschlauch (Artikel 7) umwickeln, um einen Kabelstrang herzustellen.
•Die Kabel mit den mitgelieferten Kabelclips (Artikel 12) ordentlich am Kennzeichenhalter
sichern - siehe Abbildung 9. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Kabelstrang an der rechten Seite der
Halterung angebracht ist. Danach benutzen sie die Kabelbinder (Artikel 11), um den
Kabelstrang an der Halterung zu befestigen –diese durch die Bohrlöcher im Rohrrahmen an der
rechten Seite des Kennzeichenhalters fädeln wie in Abbildung 10 abgebildet.
•Die Kennzeichenhalter-Einheit an die Halterungen für die Haltegriffe ansetzen, und die
mitgelieferten M8 Schrauben (Artikel 3) und Unterlegscheiben (Artikel 5) mit einem 6mm
Inbusschlüssel befestigen wie in Abbildung 10 abgebildet. Montieren Sie eine Kappe (Artikel
14) an jedem Schraubenkopf.
•Die untere Abdeckung vorsichtig nach unten ziehen wie in Abbildung 11 abgebildet, dann ziehen
Sie das Ende des Kabelstrangs durch den Ausschnitt in der unteren Abdeckung wie in Abbildung
13 abgebildet.
•Verbinden Sie die Verbindungen für die Kabelstrang mit der zuvor montierten Adapter-
Verlängerung wie folgt:
ORANGE –BLINKER LINKE SEITE + (GELB ODER ROT)
BLAU –BLINKER RECHTE SEITE + (GELB ODER ROT)
GRÜN –BREMSLICHT GESCHALTET + (GRÜN)
BRAUN–RÜCKLICHT/KENNZEICHENBELEUCHTUNG + (GELB)
GRUPPIERT SCHWARZ –ALLE MINUSKABEL (MASSEKABEL) (SCHWARZ)
•Es empfiehlt sich nun, die Zündung einzuschalten und die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der
kompletten Beleuchtung zu überprüfen. Falls die Beleuchtung nicht funktionieren sollte,
kontrollieren Sie die Verbindungen. Falls die Blinker nicht leuchten, tauschen Sie die Verbinder
untereinander.
•Montieren Sie das amtliche Kennzeichen hinten am Kennzeichenhalter wieder (Bohrungen im
Kennzeichen evtl. notwendig) und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Blinker nicht abgedeckt sind.
•Montieren Sie alle Verkleidungsteile, die Fußraste für die rechte Seite und den Fahrersitz.
•WICHTIG: WENN EIN GROSSES KENNZEICHEN ZU WEIT NACH UNTEN MONTIERT
WIRD, BESTEHT BEI SCHWERER LAST ODER DURCH GROSSE BODENWELLEN EIN
GERINGES RISIKO, DASS DAS KENNZEICHEN AN DAS HINTERRAD STOSSEN KANN. ES
LIEGT IN IHRER VERANTWORTUNG DIES ZU ÜBERPRÜFEN UND, WENN NOTWENDIG,
VORZUBEUGENDE MASSNAHMEN ZU ERGREIFEN. DIE NICHTBEACHTUNG DIESES
SICHERHEITSHINWEIS KANN ZU SCHWEREN VERLETZUNGEN FÜHREN.
•Entsprechend der gesetzlichen Vorschriften, den mitgelieferten Rückstrahler (Artikel 13) an die
dafür vorgesehene Stelle anbringen.
•Überprüfen Sie die Funktion der Beleuchtung (Blinker und Kennzeichenhalter) vor
Gebrauch des Fahrzeuges.
