Notes:
Repeatedlyverifywhetherplacing ofEA correspondentstopart "Operating conditions". If actual
conditions differfromrecommended, it isnecessarytoconsult it withmanufacturer.
BeforestartingofmountingtheEA ontothevalve:
•Check againwhethertheEA was not damagedduring storing.
•Checkwhetherthe adjusted operation angleandconnectingdimensionsoftheactuator(see the
type plate) areincompliance withthe valveparameters.
Incaseof inconsonance,perform adjusting accordingtothe partAdjustment.
2.1.1 Mechanical connection

•Adjust the valvetothe limit positionopened, or closed.
•PerformadisengagementofthegearontheEAbyturningthebuttonfromtheposition“motor-drive”to
the position “manual”.
•Adjustthe outputshaftofthe EA,bythe handwheelorthe hand lever, tothe samelimitposition asthe
valvewas adjusted.

Notes
1. It ispossibletochangetheposition of the lever onthe EA:
a.) Small lever P-1235/A:
- by pushing out the hub (togetherwiththe lever) andturning by90°(4x90°)
-and by pushing out the lever fromthe guiding pinson the hub andby turningby 60°(6x60°)
b.) Big lever P-1235/B: bypushing out the lever fromthe groovedshaft and byturning by20°(18
grooves).
c.) Small lever P-1300 (replacement for KP II):
- by pushing out the hub (togetherwiththe lever) andturning by90°(4x90°)
-and by pushing out the lever fromthe guiding pinson the hub andby turningby 45°(8x45°)
d.) Biglever P-1298:
- by putting the lever on thekey andby securingit through locking joint
The pull-rod TV160, or TV 360, belongs tothe extended equipment ofthe EA. The pull-rod deliveryis
performed on the basisof the specification. Interconnectingtube isnot part of the pull-rod delivery.

2.1.2 Electricconnection and checking offunction
1. Followinstructionsin thepart "Requirementsforprofessionalqualification"!
2. Whilelaying electricalline abidebythe instructionsforheavy current installations. Powersupply
cablesmust be of the type approved. Minimum thermalresistance of powersupply cablesand wires
