Do not tighten the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS in this step.
å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor.
å To begin assembly, push a SAUDER TWIST-LOCK®
FASTENER (7F) into the large holes in the
ENDS (A and B).

å Push four HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the BOTTOM (D).
Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into
each HIDDEN CAM.

å Insert four WOOD DOWELS (15F) into the holes in the edge of the BOTTOM (D).
å Fasten the ENDS (A and B) to the BOTTOM (D). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS.
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the BOTTOM insert into the holes in the ENDS.

These edges must be even.
å Fasten the TOP (C) to the ENDS (A and B). Tighten
four TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK®FASTENER
1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the
hole of the adjoining part.
NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must
remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining
part while locking the FASTENER.
2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips
screwdriver as tight as possible.

å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold
the BACK (E) and lay it over your unit.
å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (E).
Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it
“square”.
å Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit using the NAILS (1N).

å Fasten six METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the SKIRTS (M and N).
Use six BLACK 9/16” LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
å Fasten four CORNER BRACKETS (31G) to the SIDE FEET (K and L).
Use eight BLACK 9/16” LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the BRACKETS are even with the
edges of the SKIRTS and SIDE FEET.
å Now, fasten the FEET (I and J) to the SIDE FEET (K and L).
Use eight BLACK 9/16” LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
