1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure all Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are strictly adhered to when
using product.
WARNING! Ensure the engine and cooling system have cooled down, before opening the radiator cap.
9Maintain tools in good and clean condition for best and safest performance. DO NOT use funnel kit if damaged.
9Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging. DO NOT wear jewellery and tie back long hair.
9Wear approved eye protection.Afull range of personal safety equipment is available from your Sealey stockist.
9Operate in a well ventilated area and avoid breathing in exhaust fumes.
9Keep yourself, tools, and test equipment away from hot engine parts.
8DO NOT use this tool for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
9Never lay tools on the vehicle’s battery. This may short the terminals together, causing harm to yourself, the tools, or the battery.
9Account for all tools and parts being used and do not leave any in the engine bay.
9Keep children and other unauthorised persons away from the working area.
9Keep test kit parts clean and keep this in a safe, dry, childproof location.

2. INTRODUCTIONi
 Uniquedesignpreventsoverllingandairbubblesbyturningtherotaryswitch.Suitableformostvehicleswithaddedadaptorsfor
 FordandGMvehicles.The5”extensionsaredesignedforhard-to-reachllingexpansionbottles.Contents-Funnelwithswitch,lid,
caps large, medium and small, threaded cap, GM adaptor, Ford adaptor, 5” extension x2 and 45° elbow x2.
3. SPECIFICATION

4. OPERATION
4.1. Install the appropriate adapter and cap to the radiator or coolant tank.
4.2. Press the funnel into the adapter. If an angled adapter and/or extension is needed, it must be installed prior to installing the funnel.
4.3. Slowly pour coolant into the funnel until the funnel is approximately a third full.
4.4. With the funnel attached, start the engine.
4.5. Add coolant until the cooling system is full.
4.6.  Ifuidremainsinthefunnel,squeezeandholdthelargeradiatorhosewhilepressingdowntheuidstopperintotheclosedposition.
4.7.  Removethefunnelandemptytheremaininguidintoanappropriatecontainer.
4.8. Remove adapters and reinstall the cooling system cap.
