1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure all Health and Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are strictly adhered to when using
tools.
8DO NOT use tools if damaged or worn.
9Maintain the tools in good and clean condition for best and safest performance.
9Ensure that a vehicle which is jacked up is adequately supported with axle stands, ramps, etc. as appropriate.
9Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging. DO NOT wear jewellery. Tie back long hair.
9Wear approved hand and eye protection and face mask. A full range of personal safety equipment is available from your Sealey stockist.
9Account for all tools and parts being used and do not leave them in or on the vehicle.
9When not in use, store in a safe, dry and child-proof location.

2. INTRODUCTION
Designed to remove the lip and corrosion that can form on the brake disc.
The handle bolts to the hub and provides a smooth easy method
ofspinningthediscforeortlesslipandcorrosionremoval.Theset
consists of crank handle, scraper and steel blades x2.
3. OPERATION
NOTE: Ensure you read and understand safety section above.
3.1. With the road wheel removed and the vehicle securely and safely raised,
xthecrankhandletothewheelhubusingtheoriginalxings(either
bolts or nuts).
3.2. To load the blade, unscrew the blade clamp from the handle and loosen
itsucientlytoslidethebladein.Firmlyretightentheclampontoblade.
3.3. Brace the blade on the calliper, rotate the wheel using the crank handle while pressing the blade onto the disc lip or rim.
