Stromwandler ausbauen (Fig. 6 und 7)
- Kabelbinder (5.1) durchschneiden
- Schrauben (1.3) herausschrauben
- Stromwandler (1.) herausziehen und die Steckverbin-
dung (5.6) gemäß Fig. 7 lösen
- Halterungen (1.4) abziehen
- Zwischenlagen (5.7) entfernen

Isoliersteg einbauen
- Isoliersteg (5.) gemäß Fig. 13 und 14 zwischen den
Seitenwänden einsetzen.
- Eventuell vorhandene Schrauben (4.1) können wegge-
lassen werden

Leistungs-undBestellnummernschilderaktualisieren
- Das Leistungs- und Bestellnummernschild an den gezeich-
neten Stellen mit den neuen Daten nach Fig. 15 wischfest
beschriften (z.B. mit Stift Staedler Pan-color 303 F)
- Die Wischfestigkeit während der Trockenzeit kann durch
eine Versiegelung mit Klarlack "Cramolin" der
Fa. Schäfer & Co. verbessert werden.
- Ein neues Leistungs- und Bestellnummernschild kann
unter Angabe der kompletten MLFB im Schaltwerk mit
Bestellnummer 2T231 00533 001 bezogen werden.
Updating the nameplates and order number plates
- Enter the new data in the appropriate places on the
nameplate and order number plate according to Fig. 15
using a Staedler Pan-color 303 F or similar pen.
- Resistance to wiping as assured by this pen can be
improved during drying by applying a film of transparent
varnish(e.g."Cramolin"fromSchäfer & Co.)tosealoffthe
inscription.
- A new inscribed rating and order number plate can
beobtainedbyindicatingthecompletemachineread-
able product designation (MLFB) under Order No.
2T231 00533 001.

Important
- Test the current flow with a continuity tester (test voltage
max. 4.5 V) between the following Points (Fig. 17):
1. Between X12.6 and X12.4
2. Between X12.6 and X12.5
3. Between X12.6 and X12.8
- Mit einem Durchgangsprüfer (Prüfspannung max. 4,5 V)
denStromdurchgangzwischenfolgendenPunktenprüfen
(Fig. 17):
1. Zwischen X12.6 und X12.4
2. Zwischen X12.6 und X12.5
3. Zwischen X12.6 und X12.8
3 Funktionsprüfung
Es wird empfohlen, den Wandlerschluß nach dem Zusam-
menbau mit dem Funktionsprüfgerät 3WX31 47-5JA00 zu
überprüfen.
Falls kein Prüfgerät vorhanden ist, kann wie folgt vorgegan-
gen werden:
- 8-poligenSteckernachDIN45326 indiePrüfbuchseX12
des Überstromauslösers stecken (der Stecker wird nicht
mitgeliefertundmußvomKundenselbstgekauftwerden).
