Die vorliegende Produktinformation beschreibt die technischen Unterschiede des Bediengeräts zu den Standardgeräten. Die
Hinweise in dieser Produktinformation sind den Aussagen in der folgenden zugrunde liegenden Dokumentation der
Standardgeräte in der Verbindlichkeit übergeordnet:

Betriebstemperaturbereich zugelassen. Sie können zusammen mit dem KTP700F Mobile Arctic betrieben werden, so wie in
der Betriebsanleitung "Mobile Panels 2nd Generation" für die Standardgeräte beschrieben.
Hinweis
Das vorliegende
Dokument gehört zum Gerät und wird auch bei wiederholten Inbetriebnahmen benötigt. Bewahren Sie
mitgelieferte und ergänzende Dokumente während der gesamten Lebensdauer des Geräts auf.

Überblick
Produktbeschreibung
Das Bediengerät mit Glas-Touchscreen ist für den Einsatz im wettergeschützten Bereich bei niedrigen
Umgebungstemperaturen konzipiert, z. B. in der Kühltechnik.
Alle Mobile Panels verfügen über die gleiche Funktionalität und werden ausschließlich mit der innovativen HMI-Software
WinCC projektiert. Die Engineering-Software ist eingebunden in das Engineering Framework "Totally Integrated Automation
Portal".

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
WARNUNG
Unbeabsichtigte Reaktionen bei der Touch-Bedienung
Wenn Sie den Touchscreen an 2 Stellen gleichzeitig berühren, ist die Bedienung undefiniert. Diese Fehlbedienung kann
unbeabsichtigte Reaktionen am Gerät auslösen. Personenschäden oder Sachschäden an der Maschine oder Anlage können
die Folge sein.
•Berühren Sie immer nur einen Punkt des Touchscreen.
•Vermeiden Sie unbeabsichtigte Mehrfachberührungen, z. B. mit den Fingerknöcheln oder Handballen.
•Berühren Sie den Touchscreen nicht während systeminterner Abläufe.
•Führen Sie nur dann eine Bedienaktion aus, wenn ein Anlagenbild auf dem Touchscreen angezeigt wird.
Treffen Sie folgende allgemeine Vorsichtsmaßnahmen:
•Projektieren Sie die Anlage so, dass sicherheitsrelevante Funktionen nicht mit dem Touchscreen bedient werden.
•Achten Sie darauf, dass der Touchscreen nicht verschmutzt ist.
•Schalten Sie das Gerät zur Reinigung und Wartung aus.
•Kalibrieren Sie regelmäßig den Touchscreen.
WARNUNG
Auslösung unbeabsichtigter Funktionen bei Vereisung möglich
Liegt die Betriebstemperatur unter 2 °C, dann kann es zu Vereisungen an der Gerätefront kommen. Die Vereisung kann
unter Umständen zur Auslösung unbeabsichtigter Funktionen führen.
Um das Auslösen unbeabsichtigter Funktionen zu vermeiden, können Sie z. B. folgende Maßnahmen ergreifen:
•Installieren Sie für Bedienhandlungen, die einen Gefahr bringenden Betriebszustand einleiten, zusätzliche Zustimmtaster
in Ihrer Anlage.
•Versehen Sie Bedienhandlungen oder Eingaben, die einen Gefahr bringenden Betriebszustand einleiten, mit einem
Kennwort.
Gerät projektieren
Nach der Installation der benötigten Software finden Sie das Bediengerät als "KTP700F Mobile Arctic" unter dem folgenden
Ordner im TIA-Katalogbaum:
"HMI > SIMATIC Mobile Panel > 7" Display"
Mit Ausnahme von Funktionen für Bedienelemente, die beim Bediengerät nicht vorhanden sind, erfolgt die Projektierung des
Bediengerät analog zur Projektierung eines fehlersicheren Mobile Panel 2nd Generation.

Hinweis
Betriebssystem über externes Speichermedium aktualisieren
Wenn Sie das Bediengerät über das entsprechende HSP in das TIA
Portal eingebunden haben, müssen sie im Dialog
"Speicherabbild des Betriebssystems auswählen" die Option "Speicherabbilder von einem anderen Ort" aktivieren und die
Datei mit dem Speicherabbild des Betriebssystems aus dem Dateisystem auswählen.
Sie finden die Bediengeräte
-Image-Datei im Installationsverzeichnis von WinCC unter folgendem Pfad:

Fehlersicherer Betrieb
Sicherheitsbezogene Dialoge
Dialog "Fatal Error"
Wenn das Failsafe-Modul einen schweren Fehler erkennt, wird vom fehlersicheren Automatisierungssystem die Meldung
"Fatal error" ausgegeben. Ein Reset des Failsafe-Moduls ist erforderlich.
Hinweis
Überhitzung
Diese Meldung wird auch bei Überhitzung des Bediengeräts angezeigt.
Unterkühlung
Bei Unterschreiten der zulässigen Tiefsttemperatur am Bediengerät wird eine Warnung angezeigt.
Überprüfen Sie die klimatischen Umgebungsbedingungen.
Warten und Instand setzen
Es gelten die Angaben in der Betriebsanleitung "Mobile Panels 2nd Generation".
Hinweis
Kondensation gefährdet das Geräteinnere
Nach dem Transport des Bediengeräts bei niedrigen Temperaturen oder wenn das Bediengerät Temperaturschwank
ungen
ausgesetzt wurde, kann sich Feuchtigkeit am Bediengerät oder im Geräteinneren niederschlagen (Kondensation). Das Gerät
kann beschädigt werden mit Folgen für die Maschine oder Anlage.
•
Gleichen Sie das Bediengerät der Raumtemperatur an, bevor Sie das Gehäuse öffnen.
•
Setzen Sie dabei das Bediengerät nicht der direkten Wärmestrahlung eines Heizgeräts aus.
•Bei Betauung trocknen Sie das Bediengerät komplett oder öffnen es erst nach einer Wartezeit von ca. 4 Stunden.

Achten Sie bei den Geräten darauf, dass Sie den Glas
-Touchscreen und die Beschichtung des Touchscreen nicht beschädigen.
Verwenden Sie ein Reinigungstuch und Spülmittel oder ein aufschäumendes Bildschirmreinigungsmittel
. Üben Sie beim
Reinigen möglichst wenig Druck auf den Touchscreen aus.

Touch-Stift austauschen
Das Bediengerät verfügt zusätzlich über eine frontseitige Halterung für einen Touch-Stift, siehe Kapitel "Überblick". Dieser
Abschnitt beschreibt, wie Sie den Touch-Stift wechseln.
Voraussetzung

Vorgehensweise
1.
Entfernen Sie den Touch-Stift aus seiner Stifthalterung.
2.
Drehen Sie die Schraube der Stifthalterung heraus und entnehmen Sie die
Stifthalterung.
3.
Drehen Sie die Schraube zur Befestigung der Halteschlaufe heraus und
entfernen Sie die Halteschlaufe.
Verfahren Sie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, um den neuen Touch
-Stift
einzubauen.
Ziehen Sie dabei beide Schrauben mit einem Drehmoment von 0,3
Nm an.

Einsatzbedingungen
Die folgenden Angaben gelten für das Bediengerät, die Anschluss-Boxen und Anschlusskabel. Die Geräte sind für den Einsatz
im wettergeschützten Bereich vorgesehen.
Entgegen den Aussagen in der Betriebsanleitung des Basisgeräts gilt: Die Anschluss-Boxen aus Kapitel "Anschluss-Boxen

General safety instructions
WARNING
Unintended reactions during touch operation
If you touch the touch screen in 2 places at the same time, the operation is undefined. This incorrect operation can trigger
unintended reactions on the device. Personal injury or damage to the machine or plant may result.
•Never touch more than one object on the touch screen.
•Avoid unintended multiple touches, for example, with your knuckles or the palms of your hands.
•Do not touch the touch screen during internal system processes.
•Only perform an operating action when a plant screen is displayed on the touch screen.
Take the following general precautions:
•Configure the plant so that safety-related functions are not operated with the touch screen.
•Ensure that the touch screen is not dirty.
•Switch off the device for cleaning and maintenance.
•Calibrate the touch screen regularly.
WARNING
Unintended functions may be triggered with icing
If the operating temperature is below 2 °C, icing may occur on the front of the device. Icing may trigger unintended
functions in some circumstances.

•Install additional acknowledgment buttons in your plant for operating actions that bring about a dangerous operating
state.
•Provide a password for operator actions or inputs that initiate a dangerous operating state.
Configuring the device
After the required software has been installed, the "KTP700F Mobile Arctic" HMI device is located under the following folder
in the TIA catalog tree:
"HMI > SIMATIC Mobile Panel > 7" Display"
The HMI device is configured in the same way as a fail-safe Mobile Panel 2nd Generation, except for the operator control
functions that are not available on the HMI device.

Fail-safe operation
Safety-oriented dialogs
"Fatal Error" dialog
If the fail-safe module detects a serious error, the fail-safe automation system outputs the "Fatal error" alarm. The fail-safe
module must then be reset.
Note
Overheating
This message is also displayed when the HMI device overheats.
Undercooling
A warning is displayed when the temperature at the HMI device falls below the permissible minimum temperature.
Check the ambient climatic conditions.
Maintenance and servicing
The data in the operating instructions "Mobile Panels 2nd Generation" applies.
Note
Condensation endangers the interior of the device
After transporting the HMI device at low temperatures or if the HMI device has been exposed to temperature fluctuations,
moisture can c
ondense on the HMI device or inside the device (condensation). The device can be damaged with
consequences for the machine or plant.
•
Adjust the HMI device to room temperature before opening the housing.
•
Do not expose the HMI device to direct radiation from a heater to warm it up.
•In case of condensation, dry the HMI device completely or open it only after a waiting period of about 4 hours.

Replacing the touch pen
The HMI device also has a front holder for a touch pen, see section "Overview". The following section describes how to
replace the touch pen.

Procedure
1.
Remove the touch pen from its holder.
2.
Remove the screw of the pen holder and take it out.
3.
Remove the screw for fastening the strap and remove the strap.
Follow the steps in reverse order to install the new touch pen.
At the same time tighten the two screws with a torque of 0.3
Nm.

Consignes générales de sécurité
ATTENTION
Réactions involontaires en cas de commande tactile
Lorsque vous touchez l'écran tactile simultanément à 2 endroits, la commande n'est pas définie. Cette erreur de
manipulation peut entraîner des réactions involontaires de l'appareil. Des lésions corporelles ou un endommagement de la
machine ou de l'installation peut en être la conséquence.
•Ne touchez qu'un seul point de l'écran tactile à la fois.
•Évitez les appuis accidentels, par exemple avec les doigts ou la paume de la main.
•Ne touchez pas l'écran tactile pendant les opérations internes du système.
•N'exécutez une action opérateur que lorsqu'un synoptique est affiché sur l'écran tactile.
Prenez les mesures de précaution générales suivantes :
•Configurez l'installation de manière à ce que les fonctions de sécurité ne puissent pas être commandées avec l'écran
tactile.
•Veillez à ce que l'écran tactile ne soit pas sali.
•Mettez l'appareil hors tension pour le nettoyage et l'entretien.
•Calibrez régulièrement l'écran tactile.
ATTENTION
Le déclenchement de fonctions non prévues est possible en cas de givrage
Lorsque la température de service est inférieure à 2 °C, du givre peut se former sur la face avant de l'appareil. Dans certains
cas, le déclenchement de fonctions non prévues est possible en cas de givrage.
Afin d'éviter le déclenchement de fonctions non prévues, vous pouvez par exemple prendre les mesures suivantes :
•Installez des boutons d'assentiment supplémentaires dans votre installation pour les actions opérateur susceptibles
d'entraîner des états de fonctionnement dangereux de l'installation.
•Affectez un mot de passe aux opérations ou aux entrées qui amorcent un état de fonctionnement représentant un
danger.
Configurer l'appareil
Après l'installation des logiciels nécessaires, vous trouverez le pupitre opérateur en tant que "KTP700F Mobile Arctic" dans le
dossier suivant de l'arborescence de catalogue TIA :
"HMI > SIMATIC Mobile Panel > 7" Display"
À l'exception de fonctions pour les éléments de commande qui ne sont pas disponibles avec le pupitre opérateur, la
configuration du pupitre opérateur s'effectue de manière similaire à la configuration d'un Mobile Panel 2nd Generation de
sécurité.
