yap›labilmesi sa¤lan›r. Metal parçay› ›s›ya duyarl› yüzeyler (plastik, tahta, ka¤›t vb.) üzerine
ya da yan›c› maddelerin yak›n›na b›rakmay›n›z.
1) Saç flekillendirme ifllemi yapmak için metal parçan›n ideal s›cakl›¤a ulaflmas›n›
bekleyiniz (yaklafl›k 2/3 dakika).
2) fiekillendirme ifllemi tamamland›ktan sonra güç dü¤mesini “KAPALI” konuma getirerek
cihaz› kapat›n›z.
3) Cihaz›n fiflini prizden ç›kar›n›z.
Cihaz› ilk kez kullanmadan önce bu k›lavuzda yer alan talimat› dikkatli bir flekilde

güvenlik unsuru olarak bu fifl prize yaln›zca tek flekilde girebilir. Fifl prize tam olarak
girmiyorsa ters flekilde deneyiniz. Fifl prize yine girmiyorsa ehliyetli bir elektrik teknisyenine
baflvurunuz. Bu güvenlik özelli¤ini devre d›fl› b›rakmaya kalk›flmay›n›z.

C‹HAZIN KULLANIMI
Özel Uyar›: Yeni cihaz›n›z›n ›s›tma bobinlerinin çevresinde koruyucu kaplama
bulunmaktad›r. Cihaz ilk kullan›mdan önce fifle tak›ld›¤›nda bu kaplama ilk kez ›s›naca¤›
için cihazdan bir miktar duman ve koku ç›kabilir. Bu durum kullan›c› aç›s›ndan hiçbir
tehlike yaratmamaktad›r ve saç maflas›n›n ar›zal› oldu¤u anlam›na gelmez. Kullanmadan
önce duman kaybolana kadar bekleyiniz. Bu yaklafl›k 30 saniye sürecektir.
Bafllarken
Cihaz›n›z h›zl› bir flekilde ›s›n›r ve kullan›m süresince s›cakl›k sabit kal›r:
(1) Cihaz› fifle tak›n›z.
(2) Dü¤meyi “AÇIK” konumuna getiriniz.
(3) Yaklafl›k 1 dakika bekleyiniz cihaz›n›z kullan›ma haz›r olacakt›r.
(4) Cihaz› kulland›ktan sonra dü¤meyi “KAPALI” konumuna getiriniz ve cihaz› fiflten
çekiniz.
(5) Saçlar›n›z›n so¤umas›n› bekleyiniz.

Saçlar›n›z›n zarar görmemesi için kuru, temiz ve kar›flmam›fl olmas› gerekmektedir.
Cihaz› sentetik saçlar› (peruk, kaynak vb.) flekillendirmek için kullanmay›n›z.

(1) Fonksiyon seçme dü¤mesini kullanarak düfllefltirici plakalar›n› aç›n›z.
(2) Birkaç santimetre geniflli¤inde bir saç tutam›n› ay›r›p taray›n›z ve plakalar aras›na
yerlefltiriniz.
(3) Plakalar› s›k›ca kapat›n›z ve cihaz› saçlar›n köklerinden uçlar›na do¤ru yavaflça
kayd›r›n›z.
(4) Plakalar›n seramik kaplamas› ›s›y› eflit flekilde da¤›tarak saçlar›n›z› afl›r› s›ca¤a karfl›
koruyacakt›r.
(5) Düzlefltirmifl oldu¤unuz saçlar›n›z› flekillendirmeye devam etmeden önce so¤umalar›n›
bekleyiniz.
* Bukle fonksiyonu
(1) Fonksiyon seçme dü¤mesini kullanarak düfllefltirici plakalar›n› kapat›n›z ve saç maflas›
fonksiyonuna geçiniz.
(2) 2 ila 3 cm geniflli¤inde bir saç tutam› ay›r›n›z.
(3) Kolu afla¤› do¤ru bast›rarak sap› aç›n›z saçlar›n›z›n ucunu boru ve sap aras›ndan
geçiriniz.
(4) Kapatmak için sa¤› b›rak›n›z. Saç›n›z›n ucunun, sap›n etraf›nda bukle yönünde
sar›ld›¤›ndan emin olunuz.
(5) Di¤er elinizle ›s›nmayan ucu tutunuz.
(6) Saç›n›z› cihaz›n etraf›na sarmak için cihaz› döndürünüz. Saç tutam›n› kafa derinize
do¤ru dolarken kendinizi yakmamaya dikkat ediniz.

(7) Saç maflas›n› yaklafl›k 20 saniye süresince bu pozisyonda tutunuz (daha s›k› bukleler
için daha uzun bir süre).
(8) Saç maflas›na dolad›¤›n›z saç› maflay› geriye do¤ru çevirerek aç›n›z ve daha sonra
saç› tamamen serbest b›rakmak için kola bas›n›z.
(9) Yeni bukleler için yeni saç tutamlar› ay›rarak ayn› ifllemi tekrar ediniz.

SERVICING OF DOUBLE-INSULATED APPLIANCES
In a double-insulated appliance, two systems of insulation are provided instead of
grounding. No grounding means is provided on a double-insulated appliance, nor should
a means for grounding be added to the appliance. Servicing a double-insulated appliance

1) Insert the plug into the electrical socket.
Before plugging the appliance into the electrical socket, check that the technical
information written on the curling brush match up with the power supply voltage.
The appliance will begin heating when push the power switch to “ON” position.
2) Place the appliance stand on a flat surface: make sure the appliance is firmly positioned
and not in danger of falling. Then the appliance will begin heating in complete safety,
while keeping the metallic heating element carefully away from the supporting surface.

The metallic part reaches a high operational temperature, an essential characteristic
to obtaining optimal styling treatments. Never place the metallic part directly on heat

1) Wait until the metallic part reaches an ideal temperature to do the hair styling procedure
(approximately 2/3 minutes).
2) Once the styling is complete, switch off the appliance by pushing the power switch to

WARNINGS

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1) Turn the appliance on by following the instructions given in the “Use instructions”
chapter of this manual, paying particular attention to the “Warnings” paragraph.
2) Wait until the appliance heats up (approximately 2/3 minutes), placing it on a flat
surface: see point 4) of the “Use instructions” paragraph.
3) You can style your own hair with the curling Tong, while standing in front of a mirror.
However, it is clear that if you have someone to help you, you can significantly speed up
the procedure and will certainly achieve better results.
CLEANING THE METALLIC PART
1) In case the metallic parts are left with residues after hair styling, these can be easily
cleaned with a cloth dampened with alcohol.
ATTENTION
1) Before carrying out cleaning procedures, turn the appliance off, unplug the power
cord and let the metallic parts cool off completely.
2) If the connecting cable for this appliance is damaged, it must either be replaced by
the manufacturer/representative service center or by a similarly-qualified person, thus
avoiding any hazards that may arise.
This appliance is intended for household use.
Special Attention: Your new appliance is designed with a protective coating around the
heating coils. When plugged in and operating for the first time, there may be a little

momentary smoking while this coating is initially heated. This represents no danger to
the user and does not indicate a defect in your curling iron. When using for the smoke
dissipates. This should last only about 30 seconds.
Getting Started
Your appliance heats up very quickly and the temperature remains stable throughout
use:
(1) Plug the device in.
(2) Turn switch to the “ON” position.
(3) Wait for just 1 minute, your appliance is ready to use.
(4) After use, turn switch to the “OFF” position, unplug the appliance.
(5) Allow hair to cool down.
Operation:
Your hair must be dry (or slightly damp), clean and tangle free to avoid damaging it.
Do not use the appliance on synthetic hair (wigs, extensions, etc.)

(1) Open up the straightening plates by using the function selector switch.
(2) Take a small lock of hair a few centimeters wide, comb it and place it between the
plates.
(3) Close the plates firmly and slide the appliance slowly down the length of hair from
the root to the tip of the hair.
(4) The ceramic coating of the plates protects your hair against excessive temperatures,
by distributing the heat in a uniform manner.
(5) Wait until your straightened hair has cooled down before styling it.
* Curling function
(1) Close the straightening plates to obtain the curling iron function, using the function
selector switch.
(2) Form a lock of hair 2 to 3 cm wide.
(3) Open the grip by pressing down on the lever and slip the tip of your hair between the
tube and the grip.

(4) Release the grip to close it. Check that the tip of your hair is rolled around the grip,
in the direction of the curl.
(5) Use the other hand to support the stay cool tip.
(6) Turn the appliance in order to wind the lock of hair around the appliance. Carry on
turning the lock of hair, moving up towards the scalp, taking care not to burn yourself.
(7) Keep the curling iron in this position for around 20 seconds (longer for tighter curls).
(8) Unravel the curling iron halfway and then open the hair grip by pressing down on the
lever to release the hair.
(9) Repeat as often as necessary using a new section of hair to make new curls.
Care and Maintenance: This appliance requires little maintenance and contains no user
serviceable parts. Do not try to fix it yourself. Refer it to qualified service personnel if
servicing is needed.
To Clean: Unplug curling iron and allow it to cool. Iron must be cleaned only when cold.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the handle. Do not allow water or any other liquid
to go into handle of the iron.
To Store: Unplug appliance and let it cool, store in its box or in a clean, dry place. Store
the cord loosely coiled. Never wrap the cord around unit. Do not put any stress on cord
where it enters the handle, as it could cause cord to fray and possibly break. Never hang
unit up by the power cord.
Meaning of crossed –out wheeled dustbin:
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate
collection facilities.
Contact you local government for information regarding the collection systems
available.

OPÉRTAION DE SERVICE SUR LES APPAREILS A DOUBLE ISOLATION
En ce qui concerne un appareil à double isolation, au lieu de la mise à la terre, le système

Avant de brancher la fiche électrique à la prise de courant, assurez-vous que les
renseignements techniques inscrits sur la brosse à boucle correspondent au voltage de
la source d’alimentation.
L’appareil commencera à chauffer lorsque le bouton de marche sera positionné sur
"Marche".
2) Installez la base de l’appareil sur une surface plate. Assurez-vous que l’appareil reste
stable à sa place et qu’il ne tombera pas. L’appareil commencera à chauffer de façon à
ce que l’élément de chauffage en métal reste à une distance suffisante de la surface de
support.
ATTENTION !
Une fois que la pièce en métal sera arrivée à la température de fonctionnement, l’opération
de coiffure pourra être parfaitement réalisée. Ne laissez pas la pièce en métal sur des
surfaces sensible contre la chaleur (le plastique, le bois, le papier, etc.) ou à proximité
des matériels combustibles.
3) Pour réaliser l’opération de coiffure, attendez que la pièce en métal arrive à la
température idéale (environ 2/3 minutes).
4) Une fois que l’opération de coiffure est terminée, arrêtez l’appareil en positionnant
le bouton d'alimentation sur "ARRÊT".
5) Débranchez la fiche électrique de la prise de courant.

ATTENTION

CONSEILS D’UTILISATION

19) Vous pouvez vous coiffer les cheveux en face du miroir en utilisant la pince à boucler.
Cependant vous pouvez accélérer cette opération et obtenir de meilleurs résultats avec
l’aide de quelqu’un.
NETTOYAGE DES PIÈCES EN MÉTAL
20) Si vous constatez des restes sur les pièces en métal suite à l’opération de coiffure,
vous pouvez facilement nettoyer ceux-là à l’aide d’un chiffon embibé d’alcool.
ATTENTION
21) Avant de démarrer l’opération de nettoyage, positionnez l’appareil sur « arrêt »,
débranchez le cordon d’alimentation de la prise de courant et attendez que les pièces
en métal refroidissent totalement.

22) En cas de dysfonctionnement du cordon d’alimentation de cet appareil, afin d’éviter
les dangers éventuels ; le cordon doit être remplacé par le centre de service agréé du
fabricant ou par une technicien électrique qualifié.

Avertissement spécial : Un revêtement protecteur se trouve autour des bobines de
chauffage de votre nouvel appareil. Il se peut qu'une fumée et qu'une odeur se dégage
de l’appareil lorsque l’appareil sera branché à la prise pour la première fois étant donné
que ce revêtement va chauffer pour la première fois. Cette situation ne crée aucun danger

Pour Commencer
Votre appareil chauffe rapidement et la température reste stable au cours de l'utilisation.
(1) Branchez l’appareil à la prise de courant.
(2) Positionnez le bouton sur « MARCHE ».
(3) Patientez environ 1 minute, votre appareil sera prêt à l’emploi.
(4) Positionnez l’appareil sur « ARRÊT » après avoir utilisé l’appareil et débranchez
l’appareil de la prise de courant.
(5) Attendez que vos cheveux refroidissent.
Exécution : Pour éviter que vos cheveux s’endommagent, ils doivent être secs, propres
et démêlés.N’utilisez pas l’appareil pour coiffer des cheveux synthétiques (perruque,
soudage de cheveux, etc.).

Fonction de lissage
(1) Allumez les plaques lisseuses en utilisant le bouton de sélection de fonction.
(2) Séparez une mèche de cheveux de largeur de quelques centimètres et peignez, puis
installez entre les plaques.
(3) Fermez fermement les plaques et faites glisser l’appareil doucement en commençant
par les racines des cheveux jusqu’au bout des cheveux.
(4) Le revêtement céramique des plaques vont vous protéger les cheveux contre la
chaleur excessive en distribuant la chaleur de façon égale.
(5) Attendez que vos cheveux que vous venez de lisser refroidissent avant de continuer
à les coiffer.
