Table Base Assembly
1. Remove table from carton and invert onto a
protective surface to avoid marring or scratching
the top.
2. Locate Top Mounting Bracket with pilot holes
in top and secure with (8) screws as shown.

38 INCH BASE-
-turn jam nut onto tie rod threads as far as possible.
27 INCH BASE
-turn jam nut onto tie rod threads leaving 7/8 inch
of exposed threads.
4. Screw tie rod end, with jam nut, into base
mount until the jam nut snugs up to the mount.
Tighten jam nut against the mount to position
tie rod. Be sure the jam nut is securely tightened
for proper assembly.

“X” BASE “T” BASE
5. Install the upright tube over the tie rod with the
end with 2 notches toward the base mount. Align the
tube notches with the base mount tabs.
6. Assemble fillers on “T” base. Invert the base
and position it on the tie rod. Rotate slowly to
engage tabs into notches in the upright tube.
7. “X" and "T” BASE - Install lock washer and
nut on the tie rod. Tighten 80 ft lbs.
NOTE: On square or rectangular tables,
position “X” bases with legs angled 45° from
the table length, aimed at the table corners.
On square, rectangular, boat or oval tables,
position “T” bases with legs at right angles to
the table length. Before tightening, measure
to be sure that bases are parallel with the
table ends and each other.

Boat Table Top Assembly
1. Remove table from carton and invert onto a
protective surface to avoid marring or scratching the
top.
NOTE: The number on underside surface of each top
half should be the same to assure the tops match.
2. Insert spline into one top half. Position the top
halves together with the spline completely inserted
into both halves.
3. Insert fasteners and tighten with punch or
similar tool.
4. Center braces across both top halves and secure
with (16) screws.
5. With table in upright position, check the center
joint alignment. Using a rubber mallet, adjust the two
halves by tapping from below the top to bring the low
side up. Securely tighten the fasteners as you achieve
alignment.
6. Install bases as previously described in this direction.
