1. Attach sled base to seat
Lay the chair seat on the floor. Taking care to ensure
that the seat will not be scratched, cut or stained.
Locate the sled base with the four (4) spacers on the
bottom of the chair seat and attach using four (4)
1/4-20 x 2-3/8" (60mm) long button head, hex drive,
sems washer type screws.
2. Attach back assembly to seat assembly
Place the front of the chair seat assembly on the floor.
Taking care to ensure that the seat will not be scratched,
cut or stained. Place the back assembly onto the bottom
of the seat assembly as shown (2a). Attach using four (4)
M8 x 1-1/16" (27mm) long hex head bolts (2b).

5. Attach seat assembly to cylinder
Line up hole over cylinder, and place seat down.
Grab the seat and firmly push the entire chair
towards the floor to properly lock the tapers on the
cylinder into the seat and the base.
6. Attach back assembly to seat assembly
Lay the chair seat assembly on the floor. Taking care to
ensure that the seat will not be scratched, cut or stained.
Insert the back assembly into the seat assembly as
shown (6a). Attach using three (3) M8 x 7/8" (22mm)
long hex head bolts with three (3) flat washers (6b).

3. Attach chair control to seat
Lay the chair seat on the floor. Taking care to ensure
that the seat will not be scratched, cut or stained.
Locate the chair control with the four (4) holes on the
bottom of the chair seat and attach using two (2)
M8 x 1-1/16" (27mm) long hex head bolts (3a) and
two (2) M8 x 2" (52mm) long hex head bolts (3b).

4. Attach cylinder and casters to chair base
Install the five (5) casters into the chair base as
shown (4a). Insert the cylinder into the chair base
to complete this sub-assembly (4b).
