1. Slide seat fully forward while holding
side lever.
2. Disengage quick release located on the
left hand side of the chair between plates.

3. Remove (11) shell screws and outer
seat shell.
4. Remove leg angle cylinder cover.
5. Remove (4) screws and front seat
panel.

6. Lift front of seat plate assembly and
remove leg angle front strap assembly.

7. Remove upper bail support bearing
from old strap and install it on the new
one.

8. Make sure the lower bail bearing is
still wrapped around the wire bail.
Replace the front strap by sliding it over
the lower bail bearing and installing it
under the front seat shell tabs. Make
sure the rear of the seat plate is also
engaged under the rear seat shell tabs.

9. Reassemble chair by doing steps 1-5
in reverse order.
