Single-Connect Single-Sided
Installation
1. Place boundary screen on a clean,
scratch resistant surface.
2. Install two (2) Answer attachment clips
with four (4) flat head wood screws
(provided) per attachment clip (2a).
Install half wing bracket with ten (10) flat
head wood screws (provided) (2b).
3. Place Answer End-Of-Run (EOR) vertical
junction over Answer attachment clips and
slide up into position.
TIP: If desired, you can add a screw
(provided) to further secure the top of the
boundary screen to the Answer EOR vertical
junction.
4. First install (1) 1/4-20 x 1/2” pan head
screw (as shown) to determine junction
vertical alignment (4a), proceed to install
three (3) remaining pan head screws and

Single-Connect Spanning
Installation
1. Place boundary screen on a clean,
scratch resistant surface.
2. Install two (2) Answer attachment clips
with four (4) flat head wood screws
(provided) per support bracket (2a).
Install large wing bracket with twenty (20)
flat head wood screws (provided) (2b).
3. Place Answer End-Of-Run (EOR) vertical
junction over Answer attachment clips and
slide up into position.
TIP: If desired, you can add a screw
(provided) to further secure the top of the
boundary screen to the Answer EOR vertical
junction.
4. Place three (3) washers inside pocket
of Answer EOR vertical junction and install
four (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2” pan head
screws (as shown).
5. Install two (2) decorative covers as shown.
6. Install two (2) glides as shown.
7. Lift spanning boundary screen assembly
up and assemble rest of Answer panel per
assembly direction # 939504607.
NOTE: If this spanning boundary screen has
a return, go to page 6 for that installation
process.

Single-Connect Split Installation
1. Place boundary screens on a clean,
scratch resistant surface.
2. If the boundary screens are tall, place
steel pin into the hole at top of boundary
screen.
3. Place two (2) steel biscuits into slots on
side of boundary screen as shown.
4. Attach two (2) Answer attachment clips
with two (2) flat head screws per clip.
NOTE: These screws need to be attached
loosely at this point. They will be tighened
when the other two (2) screws are installed
onto each clip.
5. Install pockets of opposite boundary
screen onto the steel biscuit and align top &
bottom edges of boundary screens.
6. Attach second two (2) flat head screws
onto each Answer attachment clip. Tighten
the screws that were installed loosely on
step 4.

Return Installation
1. Place boundary screen on a clean, scratch
resistant surface.
2. Attach modeez screws onto side of return
boundary screen. Quantity of screws will vary
with the height of the screen.

4. Remove backing on felt and adhere to
screen as shown.
Install glides as shown.
5. Position modeez screws on return boundary
screen into pocket and over clips (5a). Push
return screen downward (5b) until modeez
screws are secured (5c)
.
6. Place corner wing bracket into position (6a)
and attach with twenty (20) flat head wood
screws (provided) (6b).
7. Install two (2) decorative covers as shown
on page 5, step 10.

3. Insert toe of lower hook bracket into the
appropriate slot (a) and swing into position (b),
lift lower hook bracket (c) and swing down into
pocket on boundary screen (d).
4. Install five (5) flat head wood screws (provided).
5. Insert upper hook bracket into the appropriate
slots (a), push upper hook bracket (b) and swing
down into pocket on boundary screen (c).
6. Install five (5) flat head wood screws (provided).
7. Place rectangular bracket inside pocket of
Answer EOR vertical junction. If four (4) holes are
visible, only install four (4) screws. If all six (6) holes
are visible, install all six (6) flat head wood screws.
8. Install decorative cover as shown.
9. Install glide as shown.
10. Lift single-sided boundary screen assembly up
and assemble rest of Answer panel per assembly
direction # 939504607.
NOTE: If this single-sided boundary screen has a
return, go to page 6 for that installation process.
11. See page 12, step 15 for attaching to storage
or worksurface.

on boundary screen.

and swing into position (b), lift lower hook

4. Install five (5) flat head wood screws (provided).

6. Install five (5) flat head wood screws (provided).
Repeat for opposite side.

Answer EOR vertical junction. If four (4) holes are
visible, only install four (4) screws. If all six (6) holes
are visible, install all six (6) flat head wood screws.
8. Install two (2) decorative covers as shown.
9. Install two (2) glides as shown.
10. Lift single-sided boundary screen assembly up
and assemble rest of Answer panel per assembly

Dual-Connect Split Installation
1. Install Answer End-Of-Run (EOR) vertical
junction as shown on Answer panel assembly
direction # 939504607.
2. Place each split boundary screen on a clean,
scratch resistant surface and install a glide on the
bottom of each screen. See step 11 on page 5 for
installation process.
TIP: Start with the screen that contains the side
pockets where the modeez clips are installed.
3. Place upper hook bracket into pocket on
boundary screen and install five (5) flat head wood
screws (provided).
4. Lift split boundary screen and insert hooks into
Answer EOR vertical junction (as shown) and press
down to install.
TIP: Use suction cup holders to help this installation
process.
5. Insert toe of lower hook bracket into the
appropriate slot (a) and swing into position (b),
lift lower hook bracket (c) and swing down into
pocket on boundary screen (d).
6. Install five (5) flat head wood screws (provided).

7. Attach modeez screws onto side of
split boundary screen. Quantity of screws
will vary with the height of the screen.
8. Position modeez screws on split
boundary screen into pocket and over
clips (8a). Push split boundary screen
downward (8b) until modeez screws are

NOTE: Use a rubber mallet to help with
alignment.
TIP: Use suction cup holders to help this
installation process.

15. Attach to storage or worksurface.
(All Dual-Connect Boundary Screens must be
secured to storage or a worksurface. To qualify, the
worksurface or storage must be attached to the
Answer spine in two (2) places, with the exception
of storage-to-panel connector brackets. Storage
qualifies with only one (1) storage-to-panel
connector bracket attaching it to the Answer spine)
a) If worksurface is included, use ‘L’ bracket.
‘L’ bracket should be 5" from front of worksurface or
1" from front of Boundary Screen, whichever is
further back.
Install two (2) button head wood screws through
short side of bracket into Boundary Screen. Install
two (2) button head wood screws through long side
into the underside of the worksurface.
If using a Boundary Screen with a return to replace
two (2) legs, use two (2) ‘L’ brackets. One in the
location described above, the other in the corner
where the Boundary Screens meet.
b) If attaching to storage, drill two (2) through holes
in storage end panel against Boundary Screen.
Holes should be at least 8" apart near the top of the
end panel. If steel storage, drill one hole through
the lock channel for strength.

1. Compress foam block and insert
into end of top trim so that it protrudes
out enough to fill any gap between
trim and boundary screen.

Installation d'un écran simple
à connexion unique
1. Placez l'écran séparateur sur une
surface propre et résistant à la rayure.
2. Installez les deux (2) pinces de fixation
Answer au moyen de quatre (4) vis à bois
à tête plate par pince (2a). Installez le
demi-support latéral au moyen de dix
(10) vis à bois à tête plate (fournies) (2b).
3. Placez le joint d'extrémité vertical Answer
sur les pinces de fixation Answer, puis faites-
le glisser en place (en poussant vers le haut).
ASTUCE : Au besoin, vous pouvez ajouter
une vis (fournie) pour mieux fixer le haut de
l'écran séparateur au joint d'extrémité
vertical Answer.
5. Installez le couvercle décoratif,
6. Installez le patin, comme indiqué.
7. Relevez l'écran séparateur simple, puis
assemblez le reste du panneau Answer

Answer, puis installez quatre (4) vis
à tête tronconique ¼-20 x ½” 1/4-20
(comme illustré).
5. Instllez les deux (2) couvercles décoratifs

Installation de l'écran partagé à
connexion unique
1. Placez les écrans séparateurs sur une
surface propre et résistant à la rayure.
2. Lorsque les écrans séparateurs sont
grands, placez la goupille d'acier dans le
trou du haut de l'écran.
3. Placez les deux (2) plaquettes d'acier dans
les rainures latérales de l'écran séparateur,
comme illustré.
4. Fixez deux (2) pinces de fixation Answer au
moyen de deux (2) vis à tête plate par pince.
REMARQUE : Pour le moment, ces vis ne
doivent pas être complètement serrées.
Elles seront serrées lorsque les deux
(2) autres vis seront mises en place
sur chaque pince.
5. Installez les pochettes de l'autre écran
séparateur sur les plaquettes d'acier, puis
alignez les bords supérieurs et inférieurs
des écrans séparateurs.
6. Ajoutez les deux (2) autres vis à tête
plate sur chacune des pinces de fixation
Answer. Serrez les vis qui avaient été
partiellement vissées à l'étape 4.

¼-20 x ½” (comme illustré).
10. Installez les deux (2) couvercles
comme illustré.
11. Installez les deux (2) patins comme illustré.
12. Relevez l'écran séparateur partagé,
puis assemblez le reste du panneau
Answer conformément aux directives
d'assemblage n° 939504607.

Installation du retour
1. Placez l'écran séparateur sur une surface propre,
résistant à la rayure.
2. Fixez les vis Modeez sur le côté de l'écran
séparateur à retour. Le nombre de vis varie
en fonction de la hauteur de l'écran.
3. Installez les patins comme illustré.
4. Retirez la pellicule arrière du feutre,
puis collez-le à l'écran,
5. Insérez les vis Modeez dans les pochettes
et sur les pinces (5a) de l'écran séparateur à
retour. Poussez l'écran à retour vers le bas
(5b) jusqu'à ce que les vis Modeez soient
ancrées (5c).
6. Mettez le support latéral de coin en place (6a)
et fixez-le au moyen de vingt (20) vis à bois à tête
plate (fournies) (6b).
7. Installez les deux (2) couvercles décoratifs
comme illustré à l'étape 10 de la page 18.

1. Placez l'écran séparateur sur une surface propre et résistant à la rayure.
2. Insérez le joint d'extrémité vertical dans
la pochette de l'écran séparateur.
3. Insérez l'extrémité du support du crochet inférieur dans
les rainures appropriés (a) puis faites-le pivoter (b);
soulevez le support du crochet inférieur (c) et
faites-le pivoter dans la pochette de l'écran
séparateur (d).
4. Installez les cinq (5) vis à bois à tête plate
(fournies).
5. Insérez le support du crochet supérieur dans les
rainures appropriées (a), poussez sur le support (b),
puis faites-le pivoter dans la pochette de l'écran
séparateur (c).
6. Installez les cinq (5) vis à bois à tête plate
(fournies).
7. Insérez le support rectangulaire dans la pochette
intérieure du joint d'extrémité vertical Answer. S'il y
a quatre (4) trous visibles, installez uniquement
quatre (4) vis. Si les six (6) trous sont visibles,
installez les six (6) vis à bois à tête plate.
8. Installez le couvercle décoratif, comme illustré.
9. Installez le patin, comme indiqué.
10. Relevez l'écran séparateur simple, puis
assemblez le reste du panneau Answer
conformément aux directives d'assemblage
n° 939504607.
REMARQUE : Lorsque l'écran séparateur unique
comporte un retour, allez à la page 19 pour son
processus d'installation
11. Consultez l'étape 15 de la page 25 pour la
fixation au module de rangement.
*Cette application exige toutefois un support
