Profi-Lösung: Öffnen Sie den
Schrumpfschlauch des Bosch
Hauptanschlusskabels vorsich-
tig mit einem Abmantelungs-
werkzeug. Wie z.B. das AM 16
von Weidmüller.
AM 16 Messer Einstellung
(gilt nur für Bosch Gen. 2):
- Rundschnitt > Stufe 2
- Längsschnitt > Stufe 3
Achtung! Wenn das Messer zu
tief eingestellt ist, wird das Ka-
bel beschädigt! Bitte unbedingt
beiliegende Anleitung lesen!
Pro solution: Carefully remove
the shrink tube from the main
Bosch battery cable with a pro-
fessional spripping tool, e.g. AM
16, Weidmüller.
AM 16 knife setting
(Bosch gen 2 cable only):
- circular cut > second marking
- lenghtwise cut > third marking
Please note! If the cutter is set
too deep, it will injure the cable.

M99 PRO Scheinwerfer Installation am Bosch Motor
1. E-Bike Akku herausnehmen.
2. Bei Bedarf Kabel abmanteln, um Platz für die UB2A Verbinder zu schaffen (Abb.B1).
3. Gleichfarbige Litzen mit einem der blauen 3M UB2A Abzweigverbinder koppeln (Abb. B2).
4. Kabel vom Supernova Frontlicht-Anschlusskabel im UB2A Verbinder bis zum Anschlag einstecken.
5. UB2A Verbinderkappe bündig zum Gehäuse einpressen.
M99 PRO Front light installation on Bosch motor
1. Take out the battery of the e-bike.
2. Strip the black shrinktube off the cable, if needed (fig. B1).
3. Connect the wires of the same color with the blue 3M UB2A tap connectors (fig. B2).
4. Insert the cable of the Supernova Frontlight into the UB2A connector as far as possible.
5. Compress UB2A connector no deeper than the outer edge of the housing.

handlebar together with the Multimount
M99 CRC or ask the manufacturer of the
carbon handlebar whether it is compatible.
Please take care to tighten the screws with
the right torque. 6 Nm for all stem screws
and 2 Nm to lock the light in the chosen po-
sition. First, make sure to tighten the stem
cap screw enough so that the headset bea-
rings have no play. Then, tighten the screws
holding the stem to the steer tube with 6
Nm.

Die Umschaltung zwischen Tagfahrlicht und
Abblendlicht erfolgt vollautomatisch über
einen Lichtsensor, welcher sich zwischen
den Kühlrippen des Gehäuses befindet.
Bei einer Tunneldurchfahrt erfolgt die Um-
schaltung von Tagfahrlicht auf Ab-
blendlicht sofort. Bei einer Ausfahrt
aus dem Tunnel geht das Tagfahrlicht
erst nach einigen Sekunden wieder an.

light and low beam takes place automati-
cally via a light sensor, which is located
between the cooling fins of the housing.
When entering a tunnel the low beam will
immediately switch on. Upon exiting the
tunnel the daytime running light will turn
on after a several seconds.

2: Mark the installation height of the light on the wall.
3: Activate the light and hold the bike straight.
4: Adjust the light, so that the brightest area is aimed at the halfway point.
