13 WARRANTY
SUPERNOVA grants a 2-year warranty on all mechanical parts and on the electronics.
Crash damages and damages through heavy use are not covered by the warranty,but
we can always repair the light for a very good price in such cases.The battery is also
not included in the warranty. The warranty is void if the the light is used improperly,if
modified, opened or repaired by an unauthorized person. Damages that are covered
by the warranty are repaired free of charge. In general, SUPERNOVA puts a high em-
phasis on good customer service and will handle all warranties with greatest possible
lenience.
CHECKLIST FOR RETURNS
1. Please always contact SUPERNOVA before returning an item.
2. Always put a description of the problem and a return address in the parcel.
3. Include a copy of the invoice, if available.
4. Please always declare the shipment as warranty return with a very low value

13 GARANTIE
SUPERNOVA gewährt eine 2-jährige Garantie auf alle mechanischen Teile und die
Elektronik. Beschädigungen durch Stürze oder starken Verschleiss können nicht
beanstandet werden. Wir reparieren die Lampe in solchen Fällen jedoch sehr günstig.
Ausgeschlossen von der Garantieleistung sind alle Akkus.Die Garantie entfällt bei
unsachgemäßer Nutzung, sowie bei technischenVeränderungen des Sets und wenn
Reparaturen von nicht autorisierten Personen durchgeführt werden. Während der
Garantiezeit wird das Produkt bei Fehlern kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Generell
setzt SUPERNOVA auf eine kulante Handhabung von Garantiefällen.
CHECKLISTE FÜR RÜCKSENDUNGEN
1. Bitte kontaktieren Sie SUPERNOVA unbedingt vor jeder Rücksendung.
2. Bei einer Rücksendung muss ein Duplikat der Fehlerbeschreibung mit im Paket aliegen.
3. Eine Kopie der Rechnung mit beilegen, sofern vorhanden.
4. Beim Versand aus dem Ausland bitte angeben, dass es sichum eine Reparatur handelt.

11 LADEN DES INTEGRIERTEN LI-IONEN AKKUS
Die grüne Signal-LED pulsiert beim Laden langsam. Der Akku ist nach 4 Stunden zu
80% geladen. Die Restkapazität wird schonend geladen. Nach insgesamt ca. 6 Stun-
den ist der Akku voll und die Signal-LED leuchtet konstant.
Der Akku kann auch bei leuchtender Lampe geladen werden.Zwischen 100% und
25% Kapazität wird dann nicht der Akkufüllstand angezeigt,sondern nur der Lade-
vorgang signalisiert. Unter 25% Kapazität erscheint neben der grün pulsierenden
LED ein rotes Warnlicht. Sie können die Lampe auch mit unserem optionalen USB-
Adapter an Computer USB-Anschlüssen mit max.500 mA Ladestrom oder an dem
Dynamoladegerät THE PLUG laden.
Laut Gesetz müssen wir Sie darauf hinweisen, dass der Akku nachgeladen werden
muss, wenn die rote LED aufleuchtet.
11 CHARGING THE INTEGRATED LI-ION BATTERY
The green LED left of the control button pulsates when the battery is charging.
The battery is charged to 80% after four hours.The remaining charge is done more
slowly to protect the battery. A full charge is finished after approx. 6 hours and is
indicated by a constantly glowing LED.
Charging the battery is possible when light is on.The battery capacity will not be
displayed between 100% and 25% in this case,just the pulsating charge indicator.
Under 25 % the red warning light turns on in addition. The light discharges faster than
it charges at the two highest settings.You can also charge the light with our optional
USB adapter on computer USB ports with max. 500 mA current or with the dynamo
charge adapter THE PLUG.
According to German law we have to tell you that the battery has to be recharged
when the red LED is activated.
10 PFLEGEHINWEISE
- Bitte die Linse nie mit alkoholhaltigen Reinigungsmitteln putzen.
- Hitze (z.B. direkte Sonne in einem Auto) verringert die Lebensdauer des Akkus.
- Den Akku nie unter 0° C oder über 40° C Umgebungstemperatur laden.
- Bei längerer Lagerung ist 30% Ladung und ein kühler, trockenerLagerort ideal.
- Bei Lagerung über mehrere Monate sollte der Akku 80% geladen werden.
- Keinen Hochdruck- oder Dampfstrahler zum Reinigen verwenden!
10 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Please do not clean the lens with cleaning liquids containing alcohol.
- Heat (direct sunlight in a car) will shorten the lifespan of the battery.
- Do not charge the battery below freezing temperatures (32° F) or above 104° F.
- When storing the light for a longer period,30% charging capacity and dry storage are ideal.
- Charge the battery to 80% capacity if the lights needs to be stored forseveral months.
- Never use a high pressure hose or steam cleaner on this light.

3 WICHTIG!
- Optik nicht mit Spiritus oder anderen aggressiven Mitteln reinigen.
- Durch Öffnen der Lampe erlischt die Garantie.
- Niemals direkt in das Licht schauen oder andere Personen damit blenden!
- Die AIRSTREAM ist für jede Wetterlage konstruiert, ist aber keine Taucherlampe.
- Die Lampe dimmt bei Überhitzung automatisch feinstufig herunter.
3 IMPORTANT!

4 BEDIENUNG
LAMPE STARTEN: Taster in schneller Folge drücken (Doppelklick).
Das Licht startet in der hellsten Leuchtstufe.
Kurzes Drücken des Tasters schaltet nun durch die folgenden Leuchtstufen:
LEUCHTSTUFE 1: 2,5 Std. Leuchtzeit
LEUCHTSTUFE 2: 3,5 Std. Leuchtzeit
LEUCHTSTUFE 3: 7 Std. Leuchtzeit
Lampe ausschalten:Taster 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten (Abschaltschutz).
Abweichung internationale Version ohne dt.Straßenzulassung
LEUCHTSTUFE 4: 24 Stunden Leuchtzeit
BLINKMODUS: Taster 2x schnell drücken
4 OPERATION
STARTINGTHE LIGHT: Press the control button twice in quick succession (double click)
The light switches on in the highest setting.
You can now cycle through the following settings by pressing the button shortly:
SETTING 1: 2.5 hrs burn time
SETTING 2: 3.5 hrs burn time
SETTING 3: 7 hrs burn time
SETTING 4: >24 hrs burn time
FLASHING MODE: double tap the button quickly when the light is on
SWITCHING OFF: hold down the button 3 seconds
This applies to the international version of the light.
Lights compliant with German road laws (StVZO) do not have the flashing mode and
setting 4.
8 AIRSTREAM QR HALTER
RICHTIG EINSTELLEN:
- Schnellspanner immer komplett schließen, besonders wenn der Scheinwerfer nicht
montiert ist . (1)
- Den Scheinwerfer so ausrichten, dass er nicht blendet (2)
- Verwenden Sie die Schutzkappe immer an der Aufnahme am Halter (4) oder am
Scheinwerfer (3)
- Nutzen Sie den Steckerhalter (5) für das Rücklichtkabel, wenn der Scheinwerfer
nicht montiert ist.
8 Airstream QR mount
ADJUST RIGHT:
- Always close the quick release lever completely (1) especially when the light is not
installed
- Aim the beam slightly downwards to ensure it is glare-free (2)
- Always use the protective plug on either the bracket (4) or the light (3)
- Use the plug holder if the light is not installed (5)

signal (schnellen Lichtblitzen des Hauptstrahles) aus. Bitte halten Sie spätestensdann an.
- Die angegebenen Leuchtzeiten können abhängig vom Alter und derTemperatur des
Akkus leichten Schwankungen unterliegen.
PLEASE READ BEFORE FIRST USE:
- The battery is delivered with a 30% charge, please charge it for 6 hours.
- The light switches off after the following warning signals:red flashing of right signal LED and
flashing of the main beam. Please stop immediately when the main beam begins flashing.
- The burn times indicated may vary due to to the temperature and age of the battery.
