Summary
This LED canopy light is great for parking garage lighting, gas
station lighting, drive-thru lighting, tunnel lighting, train stations, and
covered walkways. Using 60 LEDs (2 groups of 30), the canopy
light emits 10,000 lumens of powerful natural white illumination. The
100-watt LED light is a replacement for traditional 250-watt metal-
halide. A die cast aluminum housing with white powder coating and
an impact-resistant PMMA lens with UV inhibitors protect internal
components and LEDs. The durable xture can be easily surface
mounted with its removable bracket or ush mounted with an
optional frame, FLD-FM1 (sold separately).
WARNING:
• This product should be installed by a fully certied electrician in
accordance with local building and electrical codes.
• Due to risk of electric shock, ensure that the main power
source and circuit breakers are switched o before performing
any installation or wiring procedures.
• Do not install insulation within 2”(51mm) of any part of the
panel light xture.
• Ensure the junction box is securely mounted and will support
the weight of the xture. Failure to properly support the xture
during installation may cause damage or injury, for which the
manufacturer is not responsible.
ASSEMBLY
1. Loosen Mounting Bracket Screws and Remove Mounting
Bracket from Canopy Light before proceeding.
2. Pull supply wires through Mounting Bracket. Attach the
mounting bracket to the junction box using Jbox provided
screws.
3. Make all power connections. Connect black to black (Line),
white to white (Neutral), and green to green (Ground).
4. Push connected wires through center hole of Mounting
Bracket.
5. Align the light with the Mounting Bracket as shown
in Figure 1 and lift the light, insuring Step Bracket ts into the
Mounting Bracket. Make sure it is ush to the top of Canopy
Light. Tighten the 4 Mounting Bracket screws until snug. Screws
must go under the rst level of the step bracket as shown in
Figure 1.
