Description of the equipment
A Seat: where the user sits to perform the exercise. Its position can be adjusted using lever (E).
B Levers: operated by the user by means of the handgrips (F) (two fixed with indentations for the fingers; two rotating).
C Weight stack: the levers (B), operated by the user, move the weights along two guides by means of a cable. A pin (G) is used to
select the workload, to adjust the exercise effort level. The cursor (H) is used to vary the selected workload by 2.5 kg.
D Easy-start push bar: optional system that moves the levers (B) closer to the user to facilitate the grip at the beginning of the
exercise.
