Om de ‘Nummerweergave’ te kunnen gebruiken, moet deze dienst geactiveerd
zijn op uw telefoonlijn. Om deze dienst te activeren, hebt U hiervoor meestal een apart abonnement van uw
telefoonmaatschappij nodig. Indien U geen nummerweergavefunctie hebt op uw telefoonlijn, zullen de inkomende
telefoonnummers NIET op de display van uw toestel verschijnen.

1 Before Initial use
Thank you for purchasing this new desktop caller
ID telephone.
1.1 Intended Purpose
This product is intend to be connected indoor to
an analogue PSTN telephone line.
1.2 Caller ID
1.3 Connection
This device has been designed and manufactured
to comply with the 98/482/EC rule, referent to the
Pan European connection of a terminal to the
Public Switching Telephone Network (PSTN) and
following the established guidelines by the 1999/
5/EC Directive about radio electric equipments
and the reciprocal acknowledge of their conformi-
ty. However, due to the fact that there are some
differences in the PSTNs from one country to an-
other, the verifying measurements by themselves
do not set up an unconditional guarantee for an
optimal working in every connection point to the
PSTN of any country .If any problem comes up,
get in touch firstly with the distributor.
In any case, use conditions for which the product
has been created should be respected as well as
avoid its use in public or private networks with
technical requirements clearly different to those
established in the EU.
2 Safety instructions
• Do not place the basic unit in a damp room or
at a distance of less than 1.5 m away from a
water source. Keep water away from the
telephone.
• Do not use the telephone in environments
where there is a risk of explosions.
• Dispose of the batteries and maintain the
telephone in an environment-friendly manner.
3 Cleaning
Clean the telephone with a slightly damp cloth or
with an anti-static cloth. Never use cleaning
agents or abrasive solvents.
4 Disposal of the device
(environment)
At the end of the product lifecycle,
you should not throw this product
into the normal household garbage
but bring the product to a collection
point for the recycling of electrical
and electronic equipments. The
symbol on the product, user guide and/or box in-
dicate this.
Some of the product materials can be re-used if
you bring them to a recycling point. By re-using
some parts or raw materials from used products
you make an important contribution to the protec-
tion of the environment.
Please contact your local authorities in case you
need more information on the collection points in
your area.
To use ‘Caller ID’ (display caller), this
service has to be activated on your
phone line. Normally you need a separate
subscription from your telephone
company to activate this function. If you
don’t have the Caller ID function on your
phone line, the incoming telephone
numbers will NOT be shown on the
display of your telephone.
The CE symbol indicates that the unit
complies with the essential
requirements of the R&TTE directive.
Please read carefully through the
following information concerning safety
and proper use. Make yourself familiar
with all the functions of the equipment.
Be careful to keep these advice notes
and if necessary pass them on to a third
party.

Put batteries in the battery compartment to acti-
vate the display :
• Open the battery compartment at the bottom
of the unit using a screwdriver.
• Insert 3 AAA Alcaline batteries (1,5V).
• Close the battery compartment.
• Connect one end of the line cord to the
telephone line wall socket and the other end
to the bottom of the phone.
7 Settings
7.1 Introduction
• Press to enter the menu. ‘VIEW MENU’ is
displayed.
• Use or to scroll though the settings or
to change the setting value.
• Press to leave the setting menu at any
time.
• If no button is pressed within 10 seconds, the
unit will return to standby mode.
7.2 Setting display language
7.3 Setting the Area Code (5 digits)
The Area Code must be set, when you are not al-
lowed to dial out your own area code.
If there is an incomming call, starting with the pro-
grammed prefix, the code will not be displayed
and not be stored in the call list.
ex. When 012 is programmed and 0123456789 is
the incomming call number, 3456789 is displayed
and stored in the call list.

When the battery indicator is shown,
the batteries must be replaced. When the
batteries are removed, you have 5
minutes to replace them. After that time,
the memory will be lost.
Never change batteries when the
telephone line is connected !

7.4 Setting the Long Distance Access
Prefix
If you need to dial out a prefix before a telephone
number from the Caller ID call list, you have to set
the Long Distance Prefix.
7.5 Setting the Date and Time
When you have a subscription to the Caller ID
service and your telephone provider sends the
date and time together with the telephone
number, the phone’s clock will be set automatical-
ly. The year must always be set manually.
7.6 Display contrast

When this function is activated, the telephone will
dial the pre-programmed number in hands free
from the moment that one button (except ) is
pressed.
7.8 Ringer volume
The ring volume can be adjusted by means of the
Ring Volume switch (18) at the bottom of the
phone (Hi-, Lo-).
7.9 Tone/Pulse setting
The dial mode can be selected by the Pulse/Tone
switch (20) on the back of the phone

7.11 Deactivating the microphone

versation by pressing the Music on Hold button.
7.13 Last number redial
To redial the last dialled number.
7.14 Redial list
To last 8 called telephone numbers including the
conversation time are stored in the redial list.
7.15 Flash Key
Press to use certain services as ‘Call Waiting’
(if this service is provided by your telephone com-
pany); or to transfer phone calls when you are us-
ing a telephone exchange (PABX).
The flash time can be selected by the switch (19)
on the bottom of the phone [phone]ms).
8 Caller ID
8.1 General information
When you have a subscription to the Caller ID
service, the caller’s phone number and name
(when supported by the network) will appear on
the display. If you saved the telephone number
with the name in the Phone Book, the pro-
grammed name will be shown on the display
(name tagging function).
8.2 Call list
The Allure 150 can store up to 181 numbers and
names.
The display shows the total number and new re-
ceived calls in stand-by ‘ALL:002 NEW:001’
The new message LED will blink until you have
checked all New messages.

8.3 Voice mail
When you have received a voice mail message in
your Personal Voice Mail Box, the Voice Mail sym-
bol appears on the display. As soon as you
have listened to the messages in the mail box, the
symbol disappears.
* Check with your network operator if this is
available on your line.
9 Phone Book
The Allure 150 can store 25 telephone numbers
with name.
9.1 Use of the alphanumerical key
pad
Use the alphanumerical key pad to enter text. To
select a letter, press the corresponding button.
For example:
Press button ‘2’ twice to select the letter ‘B’. If you
want to select ‘A’ as well as ‘B’, press
button ‘2’ once to select ‘A’, wait for 2 seconds un-
til the cursor has moved to the next location and
press then button ‘2’ twice to select ‘B’. To add a
space, press 0. Wrong entered characters can be
erased by pressing .

its). These memory numbers can be dialled by
pressing M1-M6.

erased.

13 Warranty
13.1 Warranty period
The Topcom units have a 24-month warranty pe-
riod. The warranty period starts on the day the
new unit is purchased. The warranty on batteries
is limited to 6 months after purchase. Consuma-
bles or defects causing a negligible effect on op-
eration or value of the equipment are not covered.
The warranty has to be proven by presentation of
the original purchase receipt, on which the date of
purchase and the unit-model are indicated.
13.2 Warranty handling
A faulty unit needs to be returned to a Topcom
service centre including a valid purchase note.
If the unit develops a fault during the warranty pe-
riod, Topcom or its officially appointed service
centre will repair any defects caused by material
or manufacturing faults free of charge.
Topcom will at its discretion fulfil its warranty obli-
gations by either repairing or exchanging the
faulty units or parts of the faulty units. In case of
replacement, colour and model can be different
from the original purchased unit.
The initial purchase date shall determine the start
of the warranty period. The warranty period is not
extended if the unit is exchanged or repaired by
Topcom or its appointed service centres.
13.3 Warranty exclusions
Damage or defects caused by incorrect treatment
or operation and damage resulting from use of
non-original parts or accessories not recommend-
ed by Topcom are not covered by the warranty.
Topcom cordless phones are designed to work
with rechargeable batteries only. The damage
caused by the use of non-rechargeable batteries
is not covered under warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by
outside factors, such as lightning, water and fire,
nor any damage caused during transportation.
No warranty can be claimed if the serial number
on the units has been changed, removed or ren-
dered illegible.
Any warranty claims will be invalid if the unit has
been repaired, altered or modified by the buyer or
by unqualified, non-officially appointed Topcom
service centres.

1 Vóór ingebruikneming
We danken u voor uw aankoop van deze nieuwe
desktop telefoon met nummerweergave.
1.1 Gebruiksdoel
Dit product moet binnenshuis worden aangeslo-
ten op een analoge PSTN-telefoonlijn.
1.2 Nummerweergave oproeper
1.3 Aansluiting
Dit toestel werd ontworpen en vervaardigd con-
form de EU-regel 98/482 inzake de pan-Europese
aansluiting van een terminal op het PSTN-
netwerk en in naleving van de gevestigde richtli-
jnen uit de EU-richtlijn 1999/5/EC inzake elek-
trische radioapparatuur en de reciproque
erkenning van hun conformiteit. Maar omdat de
PSTN’s van land tot land kunnen verschillen,
bieden de verificatiemaatregelen op zich geen on-
voorwaardelijke garantie voor een optimale werk-
ing in elk aansluitpunt van het PSTN in elk land.
Mocht zich een probleem voordoen, neem dan
eerst contact op met de verdeler.
In ieder geval dienen de gebruiksvoorwaarden
waarvoor het product werd ontwikkeld te worden
gerespecteerd. Vermijd ook het toestel te gebruik-
en in openbare of privé-netwerken met technische
vereisten die duidelijk afwijken van die die zijn
vastgelegd in de EU.
2 Veiligheidsvoorschriften
• Het basisstation niet opstellen in vochtige
ruimten en niet op minder dan 1,5 m van een
waterbron. De telefoon niet in aanraking
brengen met water.
• De telefoon niet gebruiken in explosieve
omgevingen.
• Ontdoe u op een milieuvriendelijke wijze van
de batterijen en de telefoon.
3 Reiniging
Veeg de telefoon met een licht vochtige doek of
met een antistatische doek af. Gebruik nooit rein-
igingsmiddelen of agressieve oplosmiddelen.
4 Het toestel vernietigen (milieu)
Op het einde van de levenscyclus
van het product mag u dit product
niet bij het normale huishoudelijke
afval gooien, maar moet u het naar
een inzamelpunt brengen voor de
recyclage van elektrische en elekt-
ronische apparatuur. Dit wordt aangeduid door
het symbool op het product, in de handleiding en/
of op de verpakking.
Sommige materialen van het product kunnen
worden hergebruikt als u ze naar een inzamelpunt
brengt. Door onderdelen of grondstoffen van ge-
bruikte producten te hergebruiken, levert u een
belangrijke bijdrage tot de bescherming van het
milieu.
Wend u tot uw lokale overheid voor meer informa-
tie over de inzamelpunten in uw buurt.
Om de ’Nummerweergave’ (oproeper
weergeven) te kunnen gebruiken, moet
deze dienst geactiveerd zijn op uw
telefoonlijn. Om deze dienst te activeren,
hebt u hiervoor meestal een apart
abonnement van uw
telefoonmaatschappij nodig. Indien U
geen nummerweergavefunctie hebt op
uw telefoonlijn, zullen de inkomende
telefoonnummers NIET op de display van
uw toestel verschijnen.
Het toestel voldoet aan de basiseisen
van de R&TTE-richtlijn 1995/5/EC. Dit
wordt bevestigd door de CE-markering.
Lees de onderstaande informatie in
verband met veiligheid en correct
gebruik aandachtig. Maak u vertrouwd
met alle functies van het toestel. Bewaar
deze handleiding zorgvuldig en geef
deze zo nodig aan anderen door.

Plaats de batterijen in het batterijvak om de dis-
play te activeren:
• Open het batterijvak onderaan op het toestel
met behulp van een schroevendraaier.
• Plaats 3 AAA-alkalinebatterijen (1,5V).
• Sluit het batterijvak.
• Steek één uiteinde van het snoer in de
telefooncontactdoos en het andere uiteinde
in de onderkant van de telefoon.
7 Instellingen
7.1 Inleiding
• Druk op om naar het menu te gaan.
’VIEW MENU’ verschijnt op de display.
• Met of kunt u door de instellingen
scrollen of de ingestelde waarde wijzigen.
• Druk op om het instelmenu te verlaten.
• Als er geen toets wordt ingedrukt binnen de
10 seconden, keert het toestel terug naar de
standby-modus.
7.2 De schermtaal instellen
7.3 Het netnummer instellen (5
cijfers)
Het netnummer moet worden ingesteld wanneer u
niet buiten uw eigen netnummer mag bellen.
Als er een oproep binnenkomt waarvan het num-
mer begint met het geprogrammeerde kengetal,
wordt het netnummer niet weergegeven en niet
opgeslagen in de oproeplijst.
v.b. Als u 012 heeft geprogrammeerd en het num-
mer van de binnenkomende oproep is
0123456789, verschijnt op de display 3456789,
wat ook zo wordt opgeslagen in de oproeplijst.

Opmerking:
Wanneer het batterijsymbool op de
display verschijnt , moeten de
batterijen worden vervangen. Als u de
batterijen uit het toestel haalt, heeft u 5
minuten de tijd om ze te vervangen.
Daarna gaan de gegevens uit het
geheugen verloren.
Vervang de batterijen nooit wanneer de
telefoonlijn bezet is!

7.4 Het kengetal voor interzonale
telefoongesprekken instellen
Als u een kengetal moet vormen vóór een tele-
foonnummer uit de oproeplijst, moet u het Long
Distance Prefix instellen.
7.5 Datum en uur instellen
Als u bent ingeschreven op de Caller ID-dienst en
uw telefoonmaatschappij de datum en het uur sa-
men met het telefoonnummer doorstuurt, wordt
de telefoonklok automatisch ingesteld. Het jaar
moet altijd manueel worden ingesteld.
7.6 Schermcontrast
7.7 Babycall
Wanneer deze functie is geactiveerd, zal de tele-
foon het voorgeprogrammeerde nummer in
handenvrij-modus vormen zodra één toets (be-
halve ) wordt ingedrukt.
7.8 Volume beltoon
Het belvolume kan worden ingesteld met behulp
van de Belvolume-schakelaar (18) op de onder-
kant van de telefoon (Hi-, Lo-).

jdens een gesprek door op de toets "Muziek in
wachtstand" te drukken.

De laatste 8 gebelde telefoonnummers zijn
opgeslagen in de lijst nummerherhaling, samen
met de gespreksduur.
7.15 Flash-toets
Druk op om gebruik te maken van bepaalde di-
ensten zoals "2e oproep" (als deze dienst door uw
telefoonmaatschappij wordt aangeboden); of om
oproepen door te verbinden als u een binnenhuis-
centrale (PABX) gebruikt.
De doorschakeltijd kan worden geselecteerd met
behulp van de schakelaar (19) op de onderkant
van de telefoon (100/300/600ms).
8 Nummerweergave oproeper
8.1 Algemene informatie
Als u bent geabonneerd op de Caller ID-dienst
verschijnt het telefoonnummer en de naam van de
oproeper op de display (indien ondersteund door
het netwerk). Als u het telefoonnummer met naam
in het telefoonboek heeft opgeslagen, verschijnt
de geprogrammeerde naam op de display (naam-
functie).
8.2 Oproeplijst
In de Allure 150 kunt u maximaal 181 nummers en
namen opslaan.
In standby-modus, verschijnen op de display het
totale aantal nummers en de nieuwe ontvangen
oproepen ’ALL:002 NEW:001’
De LED voor nieuwe berichten knippert tot u alle
nieuwe berichten heeft gecontroleerd.
Voer het telefoonnummer in.
Druk kort op de Wis-toets om een
verkeerd ingevoerd nummer te

Als u een voicemail-bericht heeft ontvangen in uw
persoonlijke mailbox, verschijnt het Voicemail-
symbool op de display. Zodra u de berichten in
de mailbox heeft beluisterd, verdwijnt het sym-
bool.

9 Telefoonboek
In de Allure 150 kunt u 25 telefoonnummers met
naam opslaan.
9.1 Het alfanumerieke toetsenbord
gebruiken
Gebruik het alfanumerieke toetsenbord om tekst
in te voeren. Om een letter te selecteren, drukt u
op de overeenkomstige toets.
Bijvoorbeeld:
Druk twee keer op ’2’ om de letter ’B’ te selecter-
en. Als u ’A’ en ’B’ wilt selecteren, drukt u
één keer op ’2’ om ’A’ te selecteren, wacht dan 2
seconden tot de cursor zich heeft verplaatst naar
de volgende locatie en druk twee keer op ’2’ om
’B’ te selecteren. Om een spatie toe te voegen,
drukt u op 0. Foutief ingevoerde tekens kunnen
worden gewist door op te drukken. .

13 Garantie
13.1 Garantieperiode
Op de Topcom-toestellen wordt een garantie van
24 maanden verleend. De garantieperiode begint
op de dag waarop het nieuwe toestel wordt
gekocht. De garantie op batterijen is beperkt tot 6
maanden na aankoop. Kleine onderdelen of
defecten die een verwaarloosbaar effect hebben
op de werking of waarde van het toestel zijn niet
gedekt door de garantie.
De garantie moet worden bewezen door
voorlegging van het aankoopbewijs waarop de
datum van aankoop en het toesteltype staan.
13.2 Afwikkeling van garantieclaims
Een defect toestel moet, samen met een geldig
aankoopbewijs, worden teruggestuurd naar een
Topcom-hersteldienst.
Als het toestel tijdens de garantieperiode een
defect vertoont, zal Topcom of diens officieel
erkende hersteldienst eventuele defecten te
wijten aan materiaal- of productiefouten gratis
herstellen.
Topcom zal naar keuze haar
garantieverplichtingen vervullen door defecte
toestellen of onderdelen van defecte toestellen
ofwel te herstellen ofwel te vervangen. In het
geval dat het toestel wordt vervangen, kan de
kleur en het model verschillend zijn van het
oorspronkelijk gekochte toestel.
De oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum is bepalend
voor het begin van de garantieperiode. De
garantieperiode wordt niet verlengd als het toestel
wordt vervangen of hersteld door Topcom of diens
officieel erkende hersteldienst.
13.3 Garantiebeperkingen
Schade of defecten te wijten aan onoordeelkundig
gebruik of bediening en schade te wijten aan het
gebruik van niet-originele onderdelen of
accessoires die niet zijn aanbevolen door
Topcom, worden niet gedekt door de garantie.
De garantie dekt geen schade te wijten aan
externe factoren, zoals bliksem, water en brand,
noch enige transportschade.
Er kan geen garantie worden ingeroepen als het
serienummer op het toestel is gewijzigd,
verwijderd of onleesbaar gemaakt.
Garantieclaims zijn ongeldig indien het toestel
hersteld, gewijzigd of aangepast werd door de
koper of door niet-gekwalificeerde, niet-officieel
erkende Topcom-hersteldienst.

téléphone de bureau avec identification de l’appe-
lant.
1.1 Utilisation prévue
Ce produit doit être connecté à l’intérieur à une
ligne téléphonique analogique PSTN.
1.2 Identification de l’appelant
1.3 Connexion
Cet appareil a été conçu et fabriqué pour satis-
faire à la réglementation 98/482/EC concernant la
connexion paneuropéenne d’un terminal au ré-
seau Public Switching Telephone Network
(PSTN) et suivant les directives établies par la di-
rective 1999/5/EC sur les équipements radioélec-
triques et la reconnaissance réciproque de leur
conformité. Toutefois, en raison du fait qu’il existe
certaines différences dans les réseaux PSTN d’un
pays à l’autre, les mesures de vérification en
elles-mêmes ne constituent pas une garantie in-
conditionnelle du fonctionnement optimal dans
tous les points de connexion au réseau PSTN
d’un quelconque pays. En cas de problème,
veuillez d’abord contacter votre distributeur.
En tout cas, veillez à utiliser le produit dans les
conditions pour lesquelles il a été créé et évitez de
l’utiliser dans les réseaux publics ou privés dont
les exigences techniques sont clairement dif-
férentes de celles établies dans l’Union eu-

2 Instructions de sécurité

l’unité à l’aide d’un tournevis.
• Insérez trois piles alcalines AAA (1,5V).

ex. Lorsque 012 est programmé et que le numéro
0123456789 vous appelle, 3456789 s’affiche et
est enregistré dans la liste d’appels.

7.4 Régler le préfixe d’accès longue
distance
Si vous devez composer un préfixe devant un
numéro de téléphone depuis la liste d’appels,
vous devez régler le préfixe longue distance.
7.5 Régler la date et l’heure
Lorsque vous êtes abonné au service d’identifica-
tion de l’appelant et que votre opérateur télépho-
nique envoie la date et l’heure avec le numéro de
téléphone, l’horloge du téléphone sera réglée au-
tomatiquement. L’année doit toujours être réglée
manuellement.
7.6 Contraste de l’écran

Si cette fonction est activée, le téléphone com-
posera le numéro préprogrammé en mains-libres
dès qu’un bouton sera enfoncé (excepté ).
7.8 Volume de sonnerie
Il est possible de régler le volume de sonnerie au
moyen du switch de volume de sonnerie (18) au

Le mode de numérotation peut être sélectionné à
l’aide du switch impulsion/tonalité (20) au dos du
téléphone
Entrez dans le menu Settings

Pour confirmer et sélectionner le
chiffre suivant
Répétez les deux précédentes étapes pour les

Pour confirmer après le dernier
chiffre sélectionné et aller sur
’DATE/HEURE’
Pour composer le préfixe avant le numéro
sélectionné à partir de la liste d’appels, appuyez
deux fois sur le bouton de rappel .
