Identify Left End (3), Right End (1) and Top-
Bottoms (2). Note that routed channels along
back edges will all face interior of unit for
installation of Back (4). Note that toe kick holes on
Ends (1 & 3) are located at the bottom.

1
Lay Fixed Shelf (9) flat on floor, with side having
holes facing up. Attach Lock Catch (12) with two
Lock Catch Screws (14).
STEP

With front edge of Left End (3) resting on floor,
insert dowels on Top-Bottoms (2) and Fixed
Shelf (9) into holes on Left End (3), making sure
channels are oriented correctly. Also, make sure
tab on Lock Catch (12) from Step 2 is facing
toward bottom of Left End (3). Press firmly into
place.

Secure Top-Bottoms (2) and Fixed Shelf (9) to
Left End (3) with two Confirmat Bolts (23) each,
using the included Hex Wrench.

Slide Back (4) into channels on Top-Bottoms (2)
and Left End (3). Make sure pre-drilled holes on
Back (4) align with Fixed Shelf (9). If they do not
align, remove Back (4), rotate 180°, reinsert and
check alignment. Seat firmly into place.

Insert dowels on TK-Stringers (8) into upper and
lower holes on Left End (3). Top Stringer (8) will
be at upper back of unit; bottom Stringer (8) will
be at lower front of unit (for toe kick). Press firmly
into place.

Position Right End (1) on top of assembly, so
holes on Right End (1) align with dowels on Top-
Bottoms (2), Fixed Shelf (9) and Stringers (8)
AND Back (4) fits into channel on Right End (1).
Press firmly into place.

Carefully position assembly with Left End (3) flat
on floor, and dowels on Top-Bottoms (2) and
Fixed Shelf (9) facing up.

Secure Right End (1) to Top-Bottoms (2) and
Fixed Shelf (9) with six Confirmat Bolts (23).

Carefully stand unit upright.

Secure Back (4) to Fixed Shelf (9) with two Back
Screws (24). (Phillips screwdriver not included.)
IMPORTANT! Make sure Back Screws are
centered on Fixed Shelf and inserted straight
into Shelf. This is necessary to prevent Back
Screws from protruding through and damaging
Shelf surface.

Attach Hinge Plates (19) to inside face of both
Ends (1 & 3), making sure front edge of each
Hinge Plate (19) is facing front edge of unit
(reference DETAIL A).

Mount Lock Body (10) to inside of Right Door (7)
with four Lock Screws (13), making sure deadbolt
is facing toward top of Right Door (7).

Mount Door Catch Plate (16) to Left Door (6)
with two Door Catch Plate Screws (17).

With Hinges (18) fully extended into the open
position, insert them into routed cutouts on Doors
(6 & 7), using a soft mallet and striking over the
screw heads. IMPORTANT! Take care not to
remove hinge once it is started; otherwise, pre-
drilled holes may become damaged.

Mount Doors (6 & 7) to Hinge Plates (19). NOTE:
Hinges need to be opened when attaching doors
to mounting plates. Starting with bottom Hinge
(18), press hinge in from front to back. Pop back
edge of hinge in, while holding other hinges close
to matching Hinge Plates (19). Repeat for other
Hinges (18).

Insert Door Bumpers (15) into small holes on
inside corners of each Door (6 & 7), two per door.

Lay Doors (6 & 7) on floor, with side having the
most holes facing up.

Insert Adjustable Shelves (5) into Shelf Clips
(22) by putting into unit diagonally and resting one
end on one set of clips, then lowering other end
into place on other set of clips.

Mount Pulls (20) to Doors (6 & 7) with two Pull
Screws (21) each.

Insert Shelf Clips (22) into aligning holes on each
End (1 & 3).

Insert Lock Core (11) through front of Right Door
(7) and into Lock Body (10).
