Identify Ends (8) and Top-Bottoms (1) and
set them nearby for assembly. Note that routed
channels along back edges will all face interior of
unit for installation of Backs (2).
STEP
1
With front edge of one End (8) resting on floor,
insert dowels on one Top-Bottom (1) into holes
on End (8), making sure channels are oriented
correctly, as shown. Press firmly into place.
STEP

Secure End (8) toTop-Bottom (1) with two
Confirmat Bolts (9), using the included Hex
Wrench.

Insert dowels on other Top-Bottom (1) into other
set of holes on End (8), making sure channels
are oriented correctly, as shown. Press firmly into
place.

Secure End (8) toTop-Bottom (1) with two
Confirmat Bolts (9).

2-PERSON ASSEMBLY RECOMMENDED.
IMPORTANT!
Be sure to keep all parts supported during assembly to avoid damage.
Do not over-tighten screws or it will damage the pre-drilled holes;
snug fit is adequate.

Carefully position assembly with End (8) flat on
floor, and dowels on Top-Bottoms (1) facing up.

Insert Backs (2) into channels on Top-Bottoms
(1) and End (8). Seat firmly into place. Make sure
seam between Backs (2) is centered on edge of
Divider (7) when Backs (2) are seated.

Insert dowels on Stringers (6) into holes on
End (8) near back edge, making sure holes in
Stringers (6) align with thru-holes in End (8).
Press firmly into place.

Secure Divider (7) to Top-Bottoms (1) with two
Confirmat Bolts (9).

Insert dowels on Divider (7) first into holes on one
Top-Bottom (1). Then, move other end to insert
dowels into corresponding holes on other Top-
Bottom (1). To provide enough room, one Top-
Bottom (1) can be moved slightly, but no more
than necessary. Make sure raw edge of Divider
(7) is facing toward channels on Top-Bottoms (1).
Press all parts firmly into place.

Position other End (8) on top of assembly, so
holes in End (8) align with dowels in Top-Bottoms
(1) and Stringers (6) AND Back (2) fits into
channel on End (8). Press firmly into place.

Secure End (8) to Top-Bottoms (1) and Stringers
(6) with six Confirmat Bolts (9).
STEP

Carefully turn unit over, so other End (8) is facing
up.

Secure End (8) to Stringers (6) with two
Confirmat Bolts (9).

Carefully turn unit over, so Backs (2) are facing up.
STEP

Secure Backs (2) to Divider (7) with two Back
Screws (10) through seam between Backs (2).
(Phillips screwdriver not included.) IMPORTANT!
Make sure Back Screws are centered on raw
edge of Divider and inserted straight into
Divider. This is necessary to prevent Back
Screws from protruding through and damaging
Divider surface.

Insert Door Bumpers (15) into small holes on
inside corners of Doors (4 & 5), two per door.

With Hinges (11) fully extended into the open
position, insert them into routed cutouts on Doors
(4 & 5), using a soft mallet and striking over the
screw heads. IMPORTANT! Take care not to
remove hinge once it is started; otherwise,
pre-drilled holes may become damaged.

Mount Lock Body (17) to inside of Right Door (5)
with four Lock Screws (20), making sure deadbolt
is facing bottom edge of door.

Identify Left Door (4) and Right Door (5) and
remaining hardware as shown on page 2.

Carefully position unit so back is flat on floor.

Attach two Hinge Plates (12) to inside face of
each End (8), making sure front edge of each
Hinge Plate (12) is facing front edge of unit
(reference DETAIL A).

Insert Shelf Clips (16) into aligning holes on each
End (8) and both sides of Divider (7).

Mount Pulls (13) to Doors (4 & 5) with two Pull
Screws (14) each.

Mount Door Catch (22) to inside of Left Door (4)
with two Door Catch Screws (23).

Mount Doors (4 & 5) to Hinge Plates (12). NOTE:
Hinges need to be opened when attaching doors
to mounting plates. Starting with top Hinge (11),
press hinge in from front to back. Pop back edge
of hinge in, while holding lower hinge close to
matching Hinge Plate (12). Repeat for lower
Hinges (11).

Mount Lock Catch (19) to lower Top-Bottom (1)
with two Lock Catch Screws (21) and pre-drilled
holes.

Insert Adjustable Shelves (3) into Shelf Clips
(16) by putting into unit diagonally and resting one
end on one set of clips, then lowering other end
into place on other set of clips.

This completes the assembly.
