Parts List
1. UT burner control module.
2. 2 - 1” self tapping Phillips screws.
Recommended tools:
A. Phillips screw driver.
B. Needle Nose pliers
Failure to follow instructions below can result

vice technician.
• Read all instructions before proceeding.
• Follow instructions in proper order.
For your safety, turn off electrical power
supply at service panel before proceeding to
avoid possible electrical shock hazard.

Replacement Instructions:
1. Turn power the unit “OFF”.
2. For ease of replacement, remove one lead at
a time from the old control module and attach
to the same terminal on the new module.
To reduce confusion label each wire with the
designation from the control module before
removing.
3. Remove the 2 screws attaching the control
module to the mounting bracket.
4. Attach the new control module to the brack-
et using the screws from the previous step or
use the two screws provided in the kit if
needed.
5. Turn power to the unit “ON”. The unit is
now ready to be placed back into service.
