• Read all instructions before proceedin .
• Follow instructions in proper order.
For your safety, turn off electrical power
supply at service panel before proceedin to
avoid possible electrical shock hazard.

Instructions Display
1. Turn off power to unit
2. Remove oiler front jacket panel and verify no
power is present at the high voltage terminal
oard (Terminals L and N) with a voltmeter.
ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD. Ensure
power to the boiler has been disconnect prior
to performin service.
3. Unplug ri on ca le from front of MCBA con-
trol module.
4. Loosen screw at ottom of oiler securing the
display module access panel.
5. Slide display module access panel to the fight
and pull down away from oiler.
6. Remove the (4) display module mounting
screws from the rear of the display module and
remove module.
7. Remove ri on ca le from display module and
access hole in ca inet.
8. Install new ri on ca le to new display module
with (4) new screws. Route the ri on ca le
through the access hole in the ca inet and con-
nect to MCBA. Ri on ca le is polarity sensitive.
9. Re-install the display module access panel and
secure with screw.
10. Install oiler front jacket panel and secure with
thum screw.
11. Turn on power to unit and verify all display
module functions are operational.
12. Initiate a call for heat/domestic hot water and
verify oiler operation.
