POWER INVERTER
Intended Use
The device is intended for connection to a 12 V
vehicle power socket or a car battery and an output
of 220 240 V AC, for the connection of electrical
devices with Euro plug and a power consumption
of up to 300 Watts. In addition, battery powered
devices with a USB interface e.g. MP3 Players, can
be charged from the USB port.
The device is not intended for commercial or
industrial purposes.
No guarantee claims will be granted for damage
resulting from improper use!
Attention!
Sensitive electronic devices should not be ope
rated with the power inverter since the output
voltage is not sufficiently constant for these
devices.
Safety information
• This device is not intended for use by individuals
(including children) with restricted physical, physio
logical or intellectual abilities or deficiences in
experience and/or knowledge unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety
or receive from this person instruction in how the
device is to be used. Children should be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
• To avoid dangers remove the power inverter from
the vehicle receptacle and/or the connection ter
minals from the automotive battery after each
use and before every cleaning.
• Only connect the power inverter to the automotive
battery when the engine is switched off! The
possibility of injury exists from rotating parts!
• Check the device and all parts for visible damage.
The safety concept of the device can only function
properly when it is in perfect condition.
• The power inverter must always be easily accessible
so that, in case of emergency, it can be quickly
disconnected from the power supply system.
Risk of electrical shocks.
• Connect the power inverter only to a 12 V auto
motive battery/vehicle receptacle. Connecting
the device to a 24 V supply could damage it.
• When connecting the power inverter via the 12 V
vehicle plug make sure that the polarity of the
vehicle plug matches the polarity of the in vehicle
receptacle. The vehicle socket must have an inter
nal positive pole, that is to say that the positive pole
of a vehicle battery cannot be connected to the
chassis of the vehicle.
• Check before connecting the power inverter that
the vehicle receptacle is sufficiently secured. This
safeguard may not in any way be circumvented
or changed.
• Use the supplied connecting cable only.
• Arrange for defective plugs, connection terminals or
cable to be replaced at once by qualified techni
cians or our Customer Service Department.
• Get customer service to repair or replace connecting
cables and/or devices that are not functioning
properly or have been damaged.
• You may not open the casing or repair the device
yourself. Should you do so, the safety of the
device may be compromised and the warranty
becomes void.
• NEVER submerse the device in water.
Wipe it only with a slightly damp cloth.
This device suitable only for use indoors.

Risk of fire!
• Do not use the device near hot surfaces.
• Do not locate the device in places exposed to
direct sunlight, Otherwise, it may overheat and
become irreparably damaged. Do not operate
the device in a vehicle that is standing out in the sun.
• Do not leave the device unattended when in use.
• Do not cover the fan's ventilation slots when the
device is switched on.
• Do not place any open sources of fire, like candles,
on the device.
• Both connection cables can become heated
when subjected to heavy loads.
• Due to high crossover resistances heating of the
plug in connector can result when using the cables
with a 12 V vehicle plug. Therefore when operating
with high loads use the connection cable with
the connection terminals.
Notice regarding disconnection
from mains-power
• This device's on/off switch does not completely
disconnect the device from the vehicle's power
and/or the battery. When the vehicle plug is
connected power is still supplied to the device.
To completely disconnect the device from the
vehicle power the 12 V vehicle plug must be re
moved from the vehicle socket or the connection
terminals removed from the automobile battery.
Risk of personal injury!
• Do not operate the device if it has fallen or is
damaged. Have the device checked and repaired
if necessary by qualified technicians.

Initial operation
Unpacking
1. Remove the device from the packaging.
2. Remove all packaging materials from the device.
Warning:
Do not permit small children to play with plastic
packaging. There is a risk of suffocation!
Check the items supplied
Before putting the device into use check to ensure
that all of the items listed are present and that there
are no visible signs of damage.

Operational information
For continuous operation of devices via the power
inverter the vehicle socket must supply a voltage
between 11 15,5 V . The voltage source of
the vehicle socket can be perhaps an automotive
battery or a regulated DC voltage like a transformer
accumulator station. Before connecting the power
inverter check to see that the voltage source is supplying
sufficient power for operation. The required power
needed for operation can be calculated as follows:
Example
The voltage source should provide for a continuous
load of 300 W and also for a minimum of 30,5 A.
Note:
12 V vehicle power sockets supply max. 15 A,
therefore the voltage transformer must be con
nected directly to the terminals of a car battery
with the clamps. Only in this way can 300 W
continuous power be achieved.
Attention!
Never connect the power inverter to a 24 V
supply system. Otherwise the device will be
damaged. The device can only be connected to
a voltage source with a rated voltage of 12 V.

Setup
• The power inverter should be positioned on an
even, flat surface. Make sure that there is 1 cm
free space remaining all around the power inverter
for air circulation.
• A distance of 50 cm must be maintained behind
the fan's qventilation slots.
In vehicle operation
If you are operating the power inverter in a vehicle
make sure that the installation is not a hindrance
when driving the vehicle.
For this, install cables so that they do not come into
contact with moveable parts in the vehicles interior
and they do not obstruct the view.
Note:
The power inverter can also be operated when
the engine is switched off. However be aware
that the power inverter possibly may not func
tion during an engine startup.
Connection to a voltage source
Attention!
Before connecting the power inverter to a vol
tage source make sure that the on/off switch e
on the device is in the position 0.
You can connect the power inverter with the 12 V
plug to a 12 V in vehicle receptacle or attach di
rectly to an automobile battery with the connection
terminals .
For both connection variants the connection cable
must be connected to the power inverter's 12 V
connection screw y.

Attention!
Do not use the power inverter in vehicles who
se plus pole is connected to the vehicle body
and/or the chassis.
The positive pole must be inside the receptacle.
Do not use the power inverter in vehicles with
positive earth receptacles. Otherwise the de
vice will be damaged.
• Loosen the red screw on the power inverter as
much as is needed for you to be able to place
the red cable shoe of the 12 V vehicle cable
with the opening under the screw and washer.
(See diagram: Cable shoe connection)
• Turn the red screw so tight that the cable shoe
can no longer become unattached.
• Loosen the black screw on the power inverter as
much as is needed for you to be able to place
the black cable shoe of the 12 V vehicle cable
with the opening under the screw and washer.
• Turn the black screw so tight that the cable shoe
can no longer become unattached.
• Insert the 12 V vehicle plug into a vehicle
receptacle.
Note:
Due to high crossover resistances heating of
the plug in connector can result when using the
cables with a 12 V vehicle plug . Therefore
when operating with high loads use the con
nection cable with the connection terminals .

Connection to an automobile battery
• Loosen the red screw on the power inverter as
much as is needed for you to be able to place
the red cable shoe of the red cable with the
connection terminal with the opening under
the screw and washer.
• Turn the red screw so tight that the cable shoe
can no longer become unattached.
• Loosen the black screw on the power inverter as
much as is needed for you to be able to place
the black cable shoe of the black cable with the
connection terminal with the opening under
the screw and washer.
• Turn the black screw so tight that the cable shoe
can no longer become unattached.
• First connect the red terminal clamp to the plus
pole of the automobile battery and then the
black terminal clamp to the minus pole of the
battery.
Connection and operation of a
load/device
Attention!
Before connecting a load/device to the power in
verter make sure that the on/off switch eon
the device is in the position 0.
Make sure that the power of the load/device
does not exceed the maximum continuous load of
the power inverter.
• Insert the plug of the connecting load/the device
to be operated into the 220 240 V socket r
of the power inverter.
Attention!
Do not switch on the load/device to be
operated yet!

• Switch the power inverter on by moving the on/off
switch eto the position I. If the power inverter
is functioning properly the operation LED/Over
load indicator wwill light up green.
• Now switch on the load/device to be operated.
When switched on a short signal tone can be
heard.
Note:
If a signal tone can be heard and the operation
LED/ Overload indicator wlights up red the
input voltage is too low or the power of the
load/device connected to the power inverter
is too high.
Device operation information
General notes
Usually on the device's rating plate you can find
information regarding the power consumption in
amperes (A) or the wattage (W).
Before operation make sure that the maximum power
consumption does not exceed 1,3 A and the maxi
mum continuous load is not more than 300 W.
• Loads with a high internal resistance operate
very well with the power inverter, on the other
hand, loads with a low internal resistance, for
example heating and cooking devices have a
power consumption in watts that is too high.

• Inductive loads, for example, televisions or stereo
systems (devices with an inductor or a transformer)
often require a much greater switch on current
than resistance loads with the same specified
wattage. When switching on, television sets
demand much more power than that indicated
on the rating plate. Therefore it may be necessary
to switch the power inverter on and off several
times in order to switch the television set on.
• In the event of uncertainty, please consult the
manufacturer of the connected appliance.
Low battery signal
• When the battery runs low (under 11 V) a conti
nuous signal tone sounds to indicate that the bat
tery needs to be charged. The operation
LED/Overload indicator wcontinues to light up
green.
• When the battery voltage drops below 10 V the
power inverter switches off and the operation
LED/Overload indicator wlights up red.
Charging the USB device
Attention!
Before connecting, check to ensure that the
power consumption of the USB device is not
higher than 500 mA. Further information is to
be found in the operating manual for your
USB device.
• Plug the USB connector of the USB device to the
USB port tof the voltage converter.
• If necessary, switch the USB device on.
Note:
The 220 240 V power socket rand the USB
connector tcan be used simultaneously.
Exchanging the Fuse
Risk of potentially fatal electrical
shock:
Disconnect the power inverter from the power
source before changing the fuse. Also remove
any devices connected to the power inverter.
Replace the fuse with an equivalent type in regard
to the specified technical data and with the same
shut off characteristics.
Before switching on and resuming operations with
the voltage converter, establish the cause for the
triggering of the fuse.
To exchange the fuse, proceed as follows:
• Loosen the screw on the fuse holder uusing a
Phillips screwdriver.
• Open the cover of the fuse holder uand pull
the flat car fuse from the holder.
• Install a new 40 A flat car type fuse (supplied)
into the two connectors and replace the cover
onto the fuse holder u.
• Firmly screw the screw on the fuse holder u
back in.

Handling general failures
Television sets
• The power inverter is shielded and puts out a
filtered sine wave.
With the reception of, for example, very weak
television stations it can, nevertheless, result in
interferences and/or image breakdown.
• In this case position the power inverter as far
away as possible from the television, antenna
cable and antenna.
• Reposition the power inverter, television, antenna
cable and antenna until reception improves.
• If possible use a high quality, shielded antenna
cable.
Audio systems
• Some audio/video systems issue a buzzing tone
through the speaker when they are being operated
via the power inverter. The reason for this is that
these devices can not filter the modified sine
wave of the power inverter and this is not a
defect in the power inverter.
Troubleshooting
Low output voltage
Possible cause and remedy:
• The power inverter is overloaded. Reduce the
load until you no longer exceed the maximum
load as specified in the technical data.
• The input voltage is below 11 V. Maintain the in
put voltage of the power inverter above 11 V
to keep the output voltage constant.
Low battery voltage signal sounds
continually
Possible cause and remedy:
• The battery is defective. Replace the battery.
• Insufficient voltage or power supply. Check the
condition of the in vehicle receptacle and the
12 V vehicle plug and if necessary clean these.
No output power
Possible cause and remedy:
• The power inverter is not fully warmed up.
Switch the power inverter on and off again until
the device attached to the power inverter is
supplied with power. Repeat this process in order
to switch the device on.
• The ignition must be switched on for the in vehicle
receptacle to be supplied with power. Switch the
ignition on and/or in the position I.
• The power inverter is overloaded. Reduce the
load until you no longer exceed the maximum
load as specified in the technical data.
• The power inverter is overheated. Wait until the
device has cooled down. Ensure that there is
sufficient ventilation space. Make sure that the
connected load does not continually exceed the
maximum load, in order to avoid overheating
again.
• The device fuse is burnt out. Consult the service
department in order to put the device back into
working condition. Make sure that the power in
verter is connected to the power supply with the
correct polarity.
• The cable fuse is burnt out. Change the cable
fuse as described in the chapter "Changing the
cable fuse".
Make sure that the power inverter is connected
to the power supply with the correct polarity.

Cleaning
Risk of potentially fatal electrical
shock:
• Never submerse the device in water or other
liquids!
• Do not allow any liquids to penetrate the housing.
• Before every cleaning remove the power inver
ter from the vehicle receptacle/remove the connec
tion terminals from the automobile battery. Also re
move any devices connected to the power
inverter.
Cleaning the housing
Clean the housing surface with a slightly damp
cloth Never use petrol, solvents or cleaners since
these could damage the surface of the device!
In the event that the ventilation slots become dusty
you can clean these with a soft brush.
Disposal
Disposing of the device
Do not dispose of the appliance in your
normal domestic waste. This product is
subject to the European guideline
2002/96/EC.
Dispose of the appliance through an approved dis
posal centre or at your community waste facility.
Observe the currently applicable regulations.
In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal
centre.
Disposal of packaging
Dispose of the packaging materials in an
environmentally responsible manner.

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from
the date of purchase. The appliance has been ma
nufactured with care and meticulously examined be
fore delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of
purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please
make contact by telephone with our Service Depart
ment. Only in this way can a post free despatch for
your goods be assured.
The warranty covers only claims for material and
maufacturing defects, but not for transport damage,
for wearing parts or for damage to fragile compo
nents, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for
private use only and is not intended for commercial
use. The warranty is void in the case of abusive and
improper handling, use of force and internal tampe
ring not carried out by our authorized service
branch. Your statutory rights are not restricted in
any way by this warranty.
The warranty period will not be extended by repairs
made under warranty. This applies also to replaced
and repaired parts. Any damage and defects extant
on purchase must be reported immediately after un
packing the appliance, at the latest, two days after

TRANSFORMATOR
Upotreba u skladu sa namjenom
Uređaj je namijenjen da bude priključen na utičnicu
u vozilu 12 V ili na akumulator automobila sa ciljem
izdavanje naizmjeničnog napona od 220 - 240 V za
priključak električnih uređaja sa euro-utikačima snage
do 300 W. Dodatno možete baterijski pogonjene
uređaje sa USB-utičnicom, na primjer MP3-playere
puniti preko USB-priključka.
Uređaj nije predviđen za uporabu u gospodarskim
ili industrijskim područjima.
Za štete, koje nastaju uslijed nenamjenske uporabe
uređaja, ne preuzima se nikakvo jamstvo!
Pažnja!
Uređaji sa osjetljivom elektronikom ne trebaju
biti pogonjeni preko pretvarača napona, jer
za ove uređaje izlazni napon nije u dovoljnoj
mjeri konstantan. Takvi uređaji bi mogli biti oš-
tećeni.
Sigurnosne napomene
• Ovaj uređaj nije namijenjen da bude korišten od
strane osoba (uključujući djecu) sa ograničenim
fizičkim, senzoričnim i mentalnim osobinama i
nedostatkom iskustva ili znanja, osim ako ove
osobe stoje pod nadzorom druge osobe zadužene
za njihovu sigurnost, ili ako su od nje primili upute
za ispravno korištenje uređaja. Djeca bi trebala
biti pod nadzorom, čime treba biti osigurano da
se ne mogu igrati ovim uređajem.

• Prekontrolirajte uređaj i sve njegove dijelove na
vidljiva oštećenja. Sigurnosni koncept uređaja
može funkcionirati samo u besprijekornom stanju.
• Pretvarač napona mora u svakom trenutku biti
lako dostupan, tako da u slučaju opasnosti
uređaj brzo može biti odvojen od strujne mreže.
Opasnost od strujnog udara!
• Pretvarač napona priključite isključivo na auto-
mobilski akumulator sa naponom od 12 V. U
slučaju priključivanja na napon od 24 V uređaj
može biti oštećen.
• Prilikom priključivanja pretvarača napona preko
automobilske utičnice od 12 V obratite pažnju
na to, da polaritet utikača odgovara polaritetu
automobilske utičnice. Automobilska utičnica
uvijek mora imati pozitivan polaritet, t.j. plus-pol
baterije vozila ne smije biti priključen na šasiju
vozila.
• Prije priključivanja pretvarača napona provjerite,
da li je automobilska utičnica dostatno osigurana.
Osigurač automobilske utičnice niukom slučaju
ne smije biti promijenjen ili premošten.
• Koristite isključivo priložene priključne kablove!
• Oštećene utikače, priključne stezaljke ili kablove
odmah dajte zamijeniti od autoriziranog stručnog
osoblja ili od servisa za kupce, kako biste izbjegli
nastanak mogućih opasnosti.
• Priključne vodove, odnosno uređaje koji ne funk-
cioniraju besprijekorno ili koji su oštećeni, odmah
dajte servisu na popravak ili zamjenu.
• Kućište uređaja ne smijete otvarati ili popravljati.
U tom slučaju sigurnost nije garantirana i jamstvo
prestaje važiti.
• Uređaj nikada ne zaronite u vodu. Samo ga
prebrišite blago navlaženom krpom.

Uređaj je prikladan isključivo za uporabu u
unutrašnjosti prostorija.
Opasnost od požara!
• Uređaj ne upotrebljavajte u blizini vrućih površina.
• Uređaj ne postavljajte na mjestima, koja su izlo-
žena neposrednim utjecajem sunca. U protivnom
može doći do pregrijavanja, a uređaj može biti
nepopravljivo oštećen. Uređajem ne radite u
vozilu izloženom suncu.
• Uređaj nikada ne ostavite nenadziranog, dok
je u pogonu.
• Ne prekrijte ventilacijske otvore, dok je uređaj
uključen.
• Ne postavljajte otvorene izvore plamena,kao
na primjer svijeće, na uređaj.
• Na visokom stupnju opterećenja može doći do
zagrijavanja dviju priključnih kabela.
• Na osnovu visokih prijelaznih otpora prilikom
uporabe kabela sa 12 V automobilskim utikačem
može doći do zagrijavanja bajonet-spoja. Iz tog
razloga u pogonu sa velikim opterećenjem koris-
tite priključni kabel sa priključnim stezaljkama.
Napomena za odvajanje od strujne
mreže
• Prekidač Uklj/Isklj ovaj uređaj ne odvaja u pot-
punosti od strujne mreže vozila, odnosno od
akumulatora. Uređaj u slučaju priključenog auto-
mobilskog utikača prima struju. Da biste uređaj
potpuno odvojili od strujne mreže vozila i lišili
napona, automobilski utikač 12 V mora biti izvu-
čen iz automobilske utičnice ili priključne stezaljke
moraju biti uklonjene sa automobilskog akumu-
latora.
Opasnost od ozljeđivanja!

Napomene u vezi sa pogonom
Za kontinuiran pogon uređaja preko pretvarača
napona utičnica vozila mora biti pod naponom od
11 - 15,5 V . Izvor napona automobilske utičnice
može biti automobilski akumulator ili reguliran izvor
istosmjerne struje, kao na primjer akumulatorska
stanica. Prije priključivanja pretvarača napona pre-
kontrolirajte, da li izvor napajanja osigurava dostatnu
struju za pogon. Struja potrebna za pogon može
biti izračunata na slijedeći način:
Primjer
Izvor napona treba davati struju za trajno crpljenje
snage od 300 W, dakle najmanje 30,5 A.
Napomena:
Automobilske utičnice 12 V daju maksimalno
15 A, stoga pretvarač napona sa priključnim
stezaljkama mora biti priključen direktno na
automobilski akumulator. Samo na taj način
možete postići trajnu snagu od 300 W.
Pažnja!
Pretvarač napona nikada ne priključite na 24 V
strujnu mrežu vozila. U protivnom će doći do
oštećenja uređaja. Uređaj smije biti priključen
isključivo na izvor struje sa nominalnim naponom
od 12 V.

Postavljanje
• Pretvarač napona treba biti pozicioniran na ravnoj
i plosnatoj površini. Osigurajte, da oko pretvarača
napona ostane 1 cm slobodnog prostora za
cirkulaciju zraka.
• Iza ventilacijskih otvora ventilatora qmora biti
ostavljen razmak od najmanje 50 cm.
Pogon u vozilu
Kada pretvarač napona koristite u vozilu, osigurajte
da Vas instalacija ne ometa za vrijeme vožnje.
Stoga kablove postavite tako, da ne mogu doći u
dodir sa pokretnim dijelovima unutrašnjosti vozila
i da ne mogu zakloniti vidik.
Napomena:
Pretvarač napona može biti pogonjen i kada je
motor ugašen. Morate međutim obratiti pažnju
na to, da pretvarač napona eventualno za
vrijeme postupka pokretanja neće funkcionirati.
Priključak na izvor napajanja
Pažnja!
Prije priključivanja pretvarača napona na izvor
napajanja provjerite, da li je prekidač za uklju-
čivanje/isključivanje euređaja postavljen
u poziciji 0.
Pretvarač napona možete uz pomoć utikača 12 V
priključiti na automobilsku utičnicu 12 V ili
pomoću priključnih stezaljki direktno priključiti
na automobilski akumulator.
Za obje priključne varijante kablovi za priključivanje
moraju biti priključeni na 12 V vijčane priključke y
regulatora napona.

Pažnja!
Pretvarač napona ne koristite u vozilima, čiji je
plus-pol povezan sa karoserijom (masom) vozila,
odnosno sa šasijom.
Automobilska utičnica mora imati pozitivan un-
utrašnji polaritet. Pretvarač napona ne koristite
na utičnicama u vozilu, koje su pozitivno uzeml-
jene. U protivnom će doći do oštećenja
uređaja.
• Otpustite crveni vijak na pretvaraču napona toliko,
da crvenu spojnicu automobilskog 12 V-kabela
sa otvorom možete podmetnuti ispod vijka i pod-
ložne pločice. (Vidi sliku: Priključak kabelske
spojnice
• Crveni vijak zavrnite toliko čvrsto, da se kabelska
spojnica više ne može osloboditi.
• Otpustite crni vijak na pretvaraču napona toliko,
da crnu spojnicu automobilskog 12 V-kabela
sa otvorom možete podmetnuti ispod vijka i pod-
ložne pločice.
• Crni vijak zavrnite toliko čvrsto, da se kabelska
spojnica više ne može osloboditi.
• Utaknite automobilski utikač 12 V u auto-
mobilsku utičnicu.
Napomena:
Na osnovu visokih prijelaznih otpora prilikom
uporabe kabela sa 12 V automobilskim uti-
kačem može doći do zagrijavanja bajonet-spoja.
Iz tog razloga u pogonu sa velikim opterećenjem
koristite priključni kabel sa priključnim stezalj-
kama .

Priključak na automobilski akumulator
• Otpustite crveni vijak na pretvaraču napona toliko,
da crvenu kabelsku spojnicu crvenog kabela sa
priključnom stezaljkom možete sa otvorom
postaviti ispod vijka i podložne pločice.
• Crveni vijak zavrnite toliko čvrsto, da se kabelska
spojnica više ne može osloboditi.
• Otpustite crni vijak na pretvaraču napona toliko,
da crnu kabelsku spojnicu crnog kabela sa prikl-
jučnom stezaljkom možete sa otvorom pod-
metnuti ispod vijka i podložne pločice.
• Crni vijak zavrnite toliko čvrsto, da se kabelska
spojnica više ne može osloboditi.
• Prvo priključite crvenu stezaljku na plus-pol auto-
mobilskog akumulatora, a zatim crnu stezaljku
na minus-pol ovog akumulatora.

pretvarač napona provjerite, da li se prekidač
Uklj/Isklj euređaja nalazi u poziciji 0.
Provjerite, da li snaga opterećenja/uređaja ne
prekoračuje maksimalnu trajnu snagu struje,
koju može isporučiti pretvarač napona.
• Priključite utikač opterećenja/uređaja na
220 - 240 V-utičnicu rpretvarača napona.

koji treba biti pogonjen!

• Uključite pretvarač napona tako, što ćete prekidač
Uklj/Isklj epostaviti u poziciju I. Pogonski LED-po-
kazivač preopterećenja wsvijetli u zelenoj boji,
kada pretvarač napona besprijekorno funkcionira.
• Sada uključite opterećenje/uređaj koji treba biti
pogonjen. Prilikom uključivanja oglasiti će se
kratki signalni zvuk.
Napomena:
Ako se oglasi signalni zvuk, a pritom pogonski
LED-pokazivač preopterećenja wsvijetli u
crvenoj boji, to znači da je ulazni napon prenizak
ili snaga opterećenja/uređaja priključenog na
pretvarač napona previsoka.
Napomene u vezi sa pogonom
uređaja
Općenite napomene
Po pravilu na tipskoj ploči uređaja možete pronaći
podatak o potrošnji struje u Amperima (A) ili o snazi
u Wattima (W).
Prije pogona uređaja obratite pažnju na to, da mak-
simalna struja ne bude viša od 1,3 A, a maksimalna
trajna snaga ne prekorači vrijednost od 300 W.
• Opterećenja sa visokim unutrašnjim otporom vrlo
dobro mogu biti pogonjeni preko pretvarača
napona, dok opterećenja sa niskim unutrašnjim
ot-porom, poput uređaja za grijanje i kuhanje
imaju preveliku snagu u W.

• Induktivna opterećenja poput primjerice TV-pri-
jemnika ili stereo-uređaja (uređaji sa špulom ili
transformatorom) često zahtijevaju višestruko
veću struju uključivanja u odnosu na otporna
opterećenja sa jednakom navedenom snagom
u W. Televizijski prijemnici prilikom uključivanja
zahtijevaju višestruku snagu struje u odnosu na
snagu navedenu na tipskoj ploči.
Uslijed toga može biti potrebno u više navrata
uključiti i isključiti pretvarač napona, da biste
mogli uključiti televizijski prijemnik.
• U slučaju nejasnoća molimo se konsultirajte sa
proizvođačem priključenog uređaja.
Signal kod niskog napona
baterije
• U slučaju niskog baterijskog napona (ispod 11 V)
začuti će se trajan signalni zvuk, koji javlja da
baterija treba biti napunjena. Pogonski LED-prikaz
opterećenja wi dalje svijetli u zelenoj boji.
• Kada napon baterije padne ispod 10 V, pretvarač
napona se samostalno isključuje, a pogonski
LED-prikaz opterećenja wsvijetli u crvenoj boji.
Punjenje USB-uređaja
Pažnja!
Prije priključivanja provjerite, da potrošnja stru-
je USB-uređaja ne prekoračuje vrijednost od
500 mA. Detaljnije obavjesti možete pronaći u
uputama za rukovanje Vašeg USB-uređaja.
• Utaknite USB-utikač USB-uređaja u USB-priklju-
čak tpretvarača napona.
• Ukoliko je potrebno, uključite USB-uređaj.
Napomena:
Utičnica 220-240 V ri USB-priključak t
mogu biti korišteni istovremeno.
Zamjena osigurača
Opasnost po život od strujnog udara:
Prije zamjene osigurača pretvarač napona
odvojite od izvora struje.
Odstranite i uređaje priključene na pretvarač
napona.
Zamjenite osigurač drugim osiguračem iste vrijed-
nosti. Zamjenski osigurač mora biti tipa navedenog
u tehničkim podacima i imati istovrsne karakteristike
isključivanja.
Prije ponovnog uključivanja pretvarača napona
otklonite uzrok izbijanja osigurača.
Da biste zamijenili osigurač, postupite na slijedeći
način:
• Otpustite vijak držača osigurača uuz pomoć
križnog odvijača.
• Otvorite pokrov držača osigurača ui izvucite
automobilski plošni osigurač iz držača.
• Umetnite novi 40 A automobilski plošni osigurač
(sadržan u obimu isporuke) u dva priključka i
pokrov ponovo postavite na držač osigurača u.
• Zavrnite vijak na držaču osigurača ui zateg-
nite ga.

Općenito ophođenje sa
smetnjama
Televizijski prijemnici
• Pretvarač napona je zaklonjen i izdaje filtrirani
sinusni val.
U slučaju prijema npr. vrlo slabih televizijskih
postaja ipak može doći do interferencija, od-
nosno smetnji slike.
• Pretvarač napona u tom slučaju pozicionirajte
što je dalje moguće od televizijskog prijemnika,
antenskog kabela i antene.
• Međusobno uskladite položaj pretvarača napo-
na, televizijskog prijemnika, antenskog kabela
i antene, sve dok ne postignete bolji prijem.
• Po mogućnosti koristite visokovrijedan, zaklonjen
antenski kabel.
Audio-uređaji
• Neki audio/video-uređaji preko zvučnika ispuštaju
brujanje, kada se pogone preko pretvarača na-
pona. To se događa zbog toga, što ovi uređaji ne
mogu filtrirati modificirani sinusni val pretvarača
napona, te ne predstavlja defekt pretvarača.

Mogući uzroci i pomoć
• Pretvarač napona je preopterećen. Smanjite op-
terećenje u toj mjeri, da više ne bude prekoračena
vrijednost maksimalnog opterećenja navedena u
tehničkim podacima.
• Ulazni napon je manji od 11 V. Držite ulazni
napon pretvarača napona iznad 11 V, kako bi
izlazna snaga ostala konstantna.
Signal za niski napon baterije stalno
se oglašava
Mogući uzroci i pomoć
• Baterija je defektna. Zamijenite bateriju.
• Nedovoljno snabijevanje sa naponom ili strujom.
Prekontrolirajte stanje utičnice na vozilu napona
V i automobilskog utikača 12 V , te ih po
potrebi očistite.
Nema izlazne snage
Mogući uzroci i pomoć
• Pretvarač napona nije potpuno zagrijan. U više
navrata uključite pretvarač napona i ponovo iskl-
jučite, sve dok se ne osigura napajanje strujom
uređaja priključenog na pretvarač napona.
Ponovite ovaj postupak, da biste mogli uključiti
uređaj.
• Mora biti dat kontakt, kako bi utikač na vozilu
napona V bio snabdjeven sa strujom. Dajte
kontakt, odnosno okrenite u poziciju I.
• Pretvarač napona je preopterećen. Smanjite
opterećenje u toj mjeri, da više ne bude prekora-
čena vrijednost maksimalnog opterećenja nave-
dena u tehničkim podacima.
• Pretvarač napona je pregrijan. Pričekajte, dok se
uređaj ne ohladi. Osigurajte dovoljno rastojanje
za ventilaciju. Obratite pažnju na to, da priklju-
čeno opterećenje ne prekoračuje trajno maksi-
malno opterećenje, kako biste izbjegli ponovno
pregrijavanje.
• Osigurač uređaja je pregorjeo. Obratite se servisu,
kako bi uređaj bio ponovo doveden u red. Pre-
kontrolirajte, da li je pretvarač napona sa isprav-
nim polaritetom priključen na napajanje strujom.
• Kabelski osigurač je pregorio. Zamijenite kabelski
osigurač na način opisan u poglavlju "Zamjena
kabelskog osigurača".
Prekontrolirajte, da li je pretvarač napona sa
ispravnim polaritetom priključen na napajanje
strujom.
