Allgemeines
Die TUNZE® Nano Magnet Holder 6025.50 (1) /
Magnet Holder 6065.50 und 6205.50 (2) (Pat.
Nr. 20 2005 003 170) dienen als Befestigung der
Turbelle® Pumpen, können jedoch perfekt als
universelle Halterung verwendet werden. Sie
besitzen sehr starke Haltekräfte und können an
jeder Aquarienscheibe befestigt werden. Die Nano
Magnet Holder / Magnet Holder bestehen aus
einem zweiteiligen magnetischen Formstück. Das
Innenteil bendet sich im Wasser und das Außenteil
außerhalb des Aquariums, beide Teile sind in der
Form identisch. Durch ihre schutzvergossene
Konstruktionen sind die Nano Magnet Holder /
Magnet Holder korrosionsbeständig und zeigen
keine schädliche Wirkung für das Aquarienbiotop.
Nano Magnet Holder 6025.50 (1): Geliefert mit zwei
Schrauben und Mutter M5 x 40, zwei Kabelbinder
und 100mm Hakenband speziell für Montage im
Wasser. Maße: ø 50 x B15 mm.
Magnet Holder 6065.50, 6205.50 (2): Geliefert mit
zwei Kabelbinder und 100mm Hakenband speziell
für Montage im Wasser. Maße: ø 70 x B15 mm,
ø 70 x B20 mm.

General aspects
TUNZE® Nano Magnet Holder 6025.50 (1) /
Magnet Holder 6065.50 and 6205.50 (2) (patent No.
20 2005 003 170) are usually employed to attach
Turbelle® pumps, but they can also be used as
universal holders. They have a very strong holding
power and can be attached to every aquarium pane.
Nano Magnet Holder / Magnet Holder consist of
two magnetic halves in a waterproof housing. The
inside unit is placed in the water and the external
unit is attached to the outside of the aquarium; both
parts are identical in shape. On account of their
encapsulated construction, Nano Magnet Holder /
Magnet Holder are resistant to corrosion, and cause
no harmful effects for the aquarium biotope.
Nano Magnet Holder 6025.50 (1): Supplied with
two screws and M5x40 nuts, two cable fasteners,
and 100 mm (3.9 in.) of hook-and-loop strip suitable
especially for installation in water. Dimensions:
diam. 50 mm (1.9 in.) x W 15 mm (.59 in.).
Magnet Holder 6065.50, 6205.50 (2): Supplied with
two cable fasteners and 100 mm (3.9 in.) of hook-
and-loop strip suitable especially for installation in
water. Dimensions: diam. 70 mm (2.7 in.) x W 15 mm
(.59 in.), diam. 70 mm (2.7 in.) x W 20 mm (.78 in.).

TUNZE® Nano Magnet Holder 6025.50 (1) / Magnet
Holder 6065.50 et 6205.50 (2) (Pat.Nr. 20 2005 003
170) s’utilisent pour la xation des pompes Turbelle®
mais peuvent aussi servir de support universel. Ils
possèdent une force d’attraction importante et se
placent sur toutes les parties d’une vitre d’aquarium.
Nano Magnet Holder / Magnet Holder se composent
de deux pièces magnétiques distinctes, la partie
interne se plaçant dans l’aquarium et la partie
externe en dehors, toutes les deux étant de forme
parfaitement identique. La construction totalement
résinée de Nano Magnet Holder / Magnet Holder
évite toute corrosion et effets négatifs au sein d‘un
biotope aquatique.
Nano Magnet Holder 6025.50 (1) : livré avec deux
vis et écrous M5 x 40, deux colliers de serrage et
100mm de bande Velcro spéciale pour un montage

003 170) servono per ssare le pompe Turbelle®,
ma possono essere impiegati perfettamente per
qualsiasi ssaggio. Presentano forze di adesione
molto elevate e possono essere ssati a qualsiasi
vetro d’acquario. I Nano Magnet Holder / Magnet
Holder sono costituiti da una calamita a due
elementi sagomati. L’elemento interno si trova
nell’acqua, quello esterno fuori dall’acquario;
entrambi gli elementi hanno forma identica. Grazie
a uno speciale trattamento protettivo, i Nano Magnet
Holder / Magnet Holder resistono alla corrosione e
non hanno effetti dannosi sul biotopo in acquario.
Nano Magnet Holder 6025.50 (1): fornito con due
viti e dado M5 x 40, due fascette e 100mm di nastro

Los TUNZE® Nano Magnet Holder 6025.50 (1) /
Magnet Holder 6065.50 y 6205.50 (2) (No. de Pat.
20 2005 003 170) sirven de jación de las bombas
Turbelle®, pero pueden emplearse perfectamente
como jación universal. Poseen una fuerza muy
fuerte de retención y pueden jarse en todo tipo de
cristal de acuario. El Nano Magnet Holder / Magnet
Holder consta de una unidad moldeada magnética
de dos piezas. La unidad interior se encuentra en
el agua y la unidad exterior por fuera del acuario,
ambas unidades tienen la misma forma. El Nano
Magnet Holder / Magnet Holder es resistente a la
corrosión gracias a un encapsulado protector, no
mostrando ningún tipo de acción nociva para el
biotopo del acuario.

Sicherheitshinweise Magnet Holder
Sehr starker Magnet! (1)
Magnet Holder von Kindern fernhalten! Achtung
Verletzungsgefahr! (2)
Magnethälften nicht direkt zusammenbringen! Die
Magnethälften haften mit ca. 25 - 50 kg, je nach Typ
bei direktem Kontakt.
Magnetteile mit der Hand nur an den Seitenächen
greifen; niemals die Hand oder Finger zwischen die
Kontaktächen bringen!
Magnet zieht Metallteile und andere Magneten unter
10 cm Abstand mit großer Kraft an! Beim Hantieren
mit dem Magnet sollten sich keine Metallteile,
andere Magneten, Klingen oder Messer im Umkreis
von 10cm benden, um Verletzugen zu vermeiden.
Vorsicht bei magnetisch empndlichen
Gegenständen, z.B. Herzschrittmachern,
Datenträger, Kreditkarten und Schlüssel, mind.
30 cm Abstand halten! (3)
Beim Transport des Magnet Holders immer das
mitgelieferte Styroporstück verwenden.
Erhitzung über 50°C führt zur Zerstörung des
Magneten, bzw. Verlust der Magnetwirkung.(4)

Very strong magnet ! (1)
Keep Magnet Holder out of reach of children !
Caution ! Danger of injury ! (2)
Do not bring upper and lower magnet part together
directly ! Depending on the type, the parts of the
magnet cling together on direct contact with about
25 to 50 kg (55 to 110 lbs.)
Hold the magnet parts at the sides only; never get
your hand or ngers between the contact surfaces !
Attracts metal parts and other magnets with a large
force at a distance of less than 10 cm (3.9 in.) !
When handling the magnet, no metal parts, other
magnets, blades or knives should be located closer
than 10 cm (3.9 in.) in order to avoid injuries.
Exercise caution in case of magnetically sensitive
objects, such as pacemakers, data carriers, credit
cards and keys – keep a distance of at least 30 cm
(11.8 in.) ! (3)
Always use the piece of polystyrene supplied when
transporting the Magnet Holder. (4) Heat of more
than 50° Celsius (122° F) will lead to the destruction
of the magnet or the loss of the magnetic action.

Les aimants sont à tenir hors de portée des enfants!
Attention, risques de blessures ! (2)
Ne jamais réunir directement les deux parties des
aimants ! Force d’attraction env. 25 - 50 kg en
fonction du modèle et lors du contact direct.
Tenir les aimants uniquement sur les côtés sans
jamais intercaler la main ou les doigts entre les
surfaces magnétiques !
Les aimants attirent fortement le métal ferreux et
les autres aimants à moins de 10cm de distance !
Pour éviter les blessures lors de la manipulation des
aimants, aucune partie métallique, aimant, lame ou
couteau ne doivent se trouver à moins de 10cm.
En présence d‘appareillages sensibles comme des
simulateurs cardiaques, des supports de données,
des cartes de crédits et des clés, observez une
distance minimale de 30cm ! (3)
Lors du transport de Magnet Holder, utilisez toujours
la cale en polystyrène livrée dans l’emballage. Un
échauffement de plus de 50°C conduit à l’altération
des aimants et à une perte de leur puissance
magnétique (4).

Avvertenze per la sicurezza nell’uso della
calamita
Calamita molto potente! (1)
Tenere il Magnet Holder fuori dalla portata dei
bambini! Attenzione, rischio di ferimento! (2)
Non unire direttamente le due parti della calamita! A
seconda del tipo, in caso di contatto diretto la forza
di attrazione è di circa 25-50 kg.
Afferrare le parti della calamita solo ai lati; mai
frapporre la mano o le dita tra le superci di
contatto!
La calamita attrae con molta forza parti metalliche
e altre calamite distanti meno di 10 cm! Per evitare
di ferirsi, quando si maneggia la calamita non
dovrebbero trovarsi in un raggio di 10 cm parti
metalliche, altre calamite, lame o coltelli.
Dispositivisensibilialmagnetismo,comepacemaker,
supporti elettronici di dati, carte di credito e chiavi,
vanno tenuti a una distanza di almeno 30 cm!
Per trasportare il Magnet Holder usare sempre il
pezzo di polistirolo espanso in dotazione.
Un riscaldamento a oltre 50 °C danneggia la calamita
e comporta la perdita del suo magnetismo (4).

¡No unir directamente las dos mitades del
imán! Ambas mitades tienen una fuerza de
adherencia de aprox. 25-50 kg en contacto
directo, según el tipo.
Agarrar las piezas del imán con la mano tan
sólo por los costados, ¡no poner nunca la mano
o los dedos entre las supercies de contacto!
¡El imán atrae piezas metálicas y otros imanes
a una distancia inferior a 10 cm con mucha
fuerza! Trabajando con el imán y para evitar
heridas, no debe tener piezas metálicas, otros
imanes, hojas o cuchillos en un alrededor de
10 cm.
¡Cuidado con objetos sensibles a imanes, p.e.
marcapasos, portadores de datos, tarjetas
de crédito y llaves! ¡Mantener una distancia
mínima de 30 cm! (3)
Al transportar el Magnet Holder utilizar siempre
la pieza de estiropor del suministro.
Un calentamiento de más de 50°C destruye el
imán, o bién su efecto magnético (4).

Не соединяйте половинки магнита непосредственно друг с
другом! Половинки магнита обладают силой притяжения,
при непосредственном контакте выдерживающей прибл. от
25 до 50 кг в зависимости от типа.
Держать половинки магнита допускается только с боковых
сторон; никогда не помещайте руку или пальцы между
контактными поверхностями!
Магнит с большой силой притягивает металлические детали
и другие магниты, расположенные на расстоянии менее10
см. Чтобы исключить риск травмирования при выполнении
каких-либо операций с магнитом, удостоверьтесь, что в
радиусе 10 см не находятся какие-либо металлические
предметы, другие магниты, лезвия или ножи.
Внимание: восприимчивые к магнитному воздействию

Applicazione dei cuscinetti elastici adesivi
su entrambi gli elementi della calamita
ATTENZIONE! Intervenire sulle due parti
separatamente, una per volta, e tenerle distanti,
altrimenti si corre il rischio di ferirsi. Staccare i
cuscinetti elastici dal supporto (1) e premerli sugli
appositi punti di incollaggio (2). Per ogni parte
della calamita usare quattro pezzi. Come mostra
l’immagine, i cuscinetti vanno applicati (3) nei
quattro incavi rotondi.

Stück verwenden. Die Klebestellen benden sich,
wie in Bild (3) gezeigt, an den hierfür vorgesehenen

Montaje de los topes elásticos

¡ATENCIÓN! Preparar los imanes por separado, uno
tras otro, y mantenerlos separados a gran distancia,
de otro modo corre peligro de lastimarse.
Quitar los topes de la lámina (1) y oprimirlos sobre
las supercies adhesivas (2).
Utilizar 4 unidades para cada pieza del imán. Las
zonas para adherir los topes se encuentran en las
profundidades redondas previstas para ello, como
se ilustra en gura (3).

и прижмите его к местам приклеивания (2). На
каждую деталь магнита должны быть наклеены
4 амортизатора. Места приклеивания находятся,
как видно на картинке (3), на специально
предусмотренных круглых углублениях.
Attaching self-adhesive elastic buffers on
the two parts of the Magnet Holder
Caution ! Prepare magnets separately and place
them far away from each other, as otherwise there
is a danger of injury.
Remove the elastic buffers from the lm (1) and
press them on to the spot provided for this purpose
(2). Use four buffers for each part of the magnet. As
shown in the illustration (3), the adhesion points are
in the round cavities provided for the purpose.
