Wells SMPT-27 Food Warmer is designed to hold heated foods at desired serving temperature
and can be operated wet or dry. The 12” x 27” warming well has 1/3 more capacity than
standard warmers and easily adapts to hold fractional inset pans, allowing for a variety of
product servings.
