Diese Bedienungsanleitung gehört zu diesem Produkt. Sie
enthält wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung.
Bitte legen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung dem Produkt bei, wenn
Sie es an Dritte weitergeben!
Lassen Sie Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos herumliegen.
Plastiktüten etc. können zu einem gefährlichen Spielzeug für
Kinder werden.
Bei diesem Artikel handelt es sich um einen Dekorationsgegen-
stand. Er ist nicht zur Raumbeleuchtung im Haushalt geeignet.
Der Artikel ist kein Spielzeug. Halten Sie den Artikel von Kindern
fern.
Der Artikel kann im Innenbereich und im Außenbereich verwen-
det werden.
Betreiben Sie den Artikel nicht in der Nähe von Gas, elektrischen
Heizungen, offenem Feuer, Kerzen oder anderen Wärmequellen.
Defekte Kabel, Stecker und LEDs können nicht ersetzt werden.
Betreiben Sie den Artikel nicht in der Verpackung.
Vermeiden Sie eine starke mechanische Beanspruchung des
Solarmoduls. Es muss wie ein Produkt aus Glas behandelt wer-
den.
Verlegen Sie die Lichterkette so, dass sie nicht zur Stolperfalle
wird. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel nicht eingeknickt ist.
Benutzen Sie die Lichterkette nicht, falls das Kabel beschädigt
sein sollte. Klemmen Sie das Kabel nicht ein und spannen Sie es
nicht übermäßig.
Beachten Sie bitte zur Vermeidung von Fehlfunktionen,
Schäden und gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen

Schauen Sie nicht direkt in die LEDs und richten Sie den Licht-
strahl der LEDs nicht direkt gegen die Augen von Menschen oder
Tieren.
Akkus dürfen nicht geladen, nicht auseinander genommen, ins
Feuer geworfen oder kurzgeschlossen werden.
Betreiben Sie die Lichterkette ausschließlich mit einem NiMH-
Akku 1,2 V mit mindestens 600 mAh der Größe HR6 (AA).
Reinigen Sie den Artikel nur mit einem leicht befeuchteten Tuch.
Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven Chemikalien oder Scheuermittel
zur Reinigung.
Zerlegen Sie den Artikel nicht und unternehmen Sie keine
Reparaturversuche. Er enthält keine durch Sie zu reparierenden
Teile. Wenden Sie sich bei Fragen oder Problemen an unseren
Kundenservice.
Akkus gehören nicht in den Haus-
müll.
Sie können sie kostenlos an uns zurück-
senden oder bei örtlichen Geschäften
oder Batteriesammelstellen abgeben.

1. Montieren Sie die bunten Lampion-
Schirme auf die weißen Gestelle und
befestigen Sie die LEDs der Lichterket-
te, wie abgebildet in den jeweils dafür
vorgesehenen Halterungen im Lampion-
Schirm.
2. Befestigen Sie wahlweise die Halte-
klammer oder den Erdspieß an der
Unterseite des Solarmoduls.
3. Verwenden Sie den rechten Druckknopf (ON/OFF) auf der
Rückseite des Leuchtkopfes, um die Leuchte ein- und auszu-
schalten.
4. Verwenden Sie den linken Druckknopf (Mode), um durch die acht
unterschiedlichen Betriebsarten (Permanentes Licht, Blinken,
Dimmen, etc.) zu schalten.
5. Suchen Sie eine geeignete Stelle mit direkter Sonneneinstrah-
lung. Richten Sie das Solarmodul nach Süden aus. Direkte Son-
neneinstrahlung von mindestens 8 Stunden pro Tag ist ideal,
damit der eingebaute Akku voll aufgeladen werden kann (Der
Akku wird auch bei Schalterstellung OFF geladen). Bei Dunkel-
heit beginnt die Lichterkette zu leuchten.
6. Achten Sie beim Verlegen des Kabels darauf, dass das Kabel
nicht zur Stolperfalle für Personen oder Tiere wird, damit sie sich
nicht verletzen oder das Kabel herausreißen.
Fremdbeleuchtung, wie Straßenlaternen, Autoscheinwerfer oder
Hausnummernbeleuchtungen können die Leuchte vorüberge-
hend ausschalten.
Bei Verwendung im Innenbereich, achten Sie darauf, dass das
Solarmodul tagsüber genügend Sonnenlicht bekommt.
Durch die LED-Technologie ist ein Auswechseln der Leuchtmittel
nicht erforderlich. Sollte die Lichterkette nach mehreren Sonnen-
tagen nicht leuchten, ersetzen Sie den Akku durch einen neuen
Akku gleichen Typs.

Make sure the light chain cannot become a tripping hazard. Do
not bend the cable. Do not use the solar light chain if the cable is
damaged. Do not clamp the cable and do not overstretch it.
Do not directly stare into the LEDs and do not direct the light
beam of the LEDs towards people or animals.

Do not disassemble, burn, or short-circuit batteries and do not
attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Please use only a NiMH rechargeable battery 1.2 V with a
capacity of at least 600 mAh of the size HR6 (AA).
Clean the unit only with a lightly moistened cloth. Do not use
aggressive chemicals or abrasives for cleaning.
Do not disassemble the article and do not attempt to repair it
yourself. It does not contain parts serviceable by you. In case of
questions or problems, please turn to our customer service.
Rechargeable Batteries do not be-
long in household garbage.
For battery disposal, please check with
your local council.

1. Assemble the coloured lantern shades
with the white frames. Insert the LEDs
of the light chain, as pictured, into the
corresponding openings of the frames.
2. Either attach the clamp or the ground
stake to the rear side of the lamp head.
3. Use the right push button (ON/OFF) on
the rear side of the lamp head to switch
on or off the lantern.
4. Use the left push button (Mode) on the rear side of the lamp
head to select one of the eight operating modes (permanent light,
flashing light, dimming light, etc.).
5. Find a suitable location with direct sunlight. Position the solar
module in a southward direction. Make sure that direct sunlight
shines on the solar module for at least 8 hours a day in order to
fully charge the built-in battery (The battery even will be charged
when the switch has been set to the OFF position). At nightfall
the solar light chain will light up.
6. When running the cable, make sure the cable does not become a
tripping hazard for persons or animals. They could hurt them-
selves or rip the cable out of its place.
Foreign light sources such as street lamps, automobile headlights
or illuminated address lights may temporarily switch off the light.
When using the solar light chain indoors, make sure the solar
module is placed to direct sunlight during the day.
Due to the LED technology changing the illuminant of the solar
light chain is not required. If the solar light chain does not light up
after several sunny days, replace the battery with a battery of the
same type.

Ne regardez pas directement dans le LED et ne dirigez pas le
faisceau de lumière LED directement dans les yeux de per-
sonnes ou d’animaux.
Les piles ne sont pas rechargeables, pas séparables, pas
jetables dans le feu, et ne peuvent pas être court-circuitées.
Utilisez la chaîne de lumières uniquement avec une batterie
NiMH 1.2V avec 600 mAh et de la taille HR6 (AA).
Nettoyez le produit avec un chiffon légèrement humide. Ne pas
utiliser de produits chimiques corrosifs ou abrasifs pour net-
toyer.
Ne démontez pas le produit ou ne tentez pas de le réparer. Il ne
