Please read the instruction sheets completely before assembly. Examine all packaging
material before discarding carton. Remove any remaining staples from the carton before
discarding. Remove all parts from carton and separate into groups as indicated on part
list. Please ensure all parts are included prior to assembly. Use of power tools to
complete assembly is not recommended.

IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-
abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4, 5 and 6 of this instruction manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
4. Plug the Cam Lock Cover into the cross slot of the Cam Lock to conceal the Cam.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

Small Drawer Assembling
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assembly the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Securely screw four Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Small Drawer Front (Y1).
3. Attach the Drawer Side Panels (Y3 and Y4) to the Small Drawer Front (Y1) by engaging four Small
Cam Locks (1) (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).
4. Slide the Small Drawer Bottom Panel (Y5) all the way into the grooves with finished surface up.

Small Drawer Assembling
5. Fasten the Small Drawer Back Panel (Y2) to the Drawer Side Panels (Y3 and Y4) with four 32 mm
Screws (7). Make sure that the Drawer Bottom Panel (Y5) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer
Back Panel (Y2).
6. Using the pilot holes as a guide, align and attach the Left Slide Runner (DL) to the Drawer Left Side
(Y3) using three 12 mm Screws (5). Make sure the roller end of Slide Runner facing backward. Tightly
fasten with a Phillips Screwdriver.
7. Repeat the same process to attach the Right Slide Runner (DR) to the Drawer Right Side (Y4).

Drawer Assembling
8. Turn the assembled drawer upright. Attach one Knob (17) to the outside of Drawer Front (Y1) with the
Knob Bolt (18).
9. Repeat the same process to assemble the other small drawer.
10. Securely screw six Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Drawer Front (Z1).
11. Fasten the Drawer Left and Right Sides (Y3 and Y4) and the Drawer Bottom Support (Z4) to the
Drawer Front (Z1) with six Small Cam Locks (1).

Large Drawer Assembling
12. Slide the Large Drawer Bottom Panel (Z3) all the way into the grooves with finished surface up.
13. Fasten the Large Drawer Back Panel (Z2) to the Drawer Side Panels (Y3 and Y4) and the Drawer
Bottom Support (Z4) with six 32 mm Screws (7). Make sure that the Drawer Bottom Panel (Z3) fits
securely into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (Z2).
