discarding carton. Remove any remaining staples from the carton before discarding. Remove all parts
from carton and separate into groups as indicated on part list. Please ensure all parts are included prior

1. Please read the Assembly Instructions prior to assembling this product.
2. Remove all hardware from the box and sort by size.
3. Check to see that all hardware and parts are present BEFORE assembling.
4. Ask a friend to assist you with the assembly of this furniture.
5. To avoid damage, assemble the product on a sturdy, level and protective surface.
6. Please wait until all steps are completed before fully tightening bolts.
7. Make sure all bolts are tightly fastened before the unit is used.
IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and
non-abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4 and 5 of this instruction manuals.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
How to adjust the European adjustable hinges on doors
Shipping may cause doors to go out of alignment. If you find that the doors need to be adjusted slightly,
turn the appropriate screw as illustrated.
1. TO ADJUST DOOR FORWARD OR BACKWARD.
2. TO ADJUST DOOR TO RIGHT OR TO LEFT.
3. TO ADJUST DOOR UP OR DOWN.

DRAWER INSTALLATION
If you need to remove the drawers with ball bearing slides from the unit, please follow the steps below to prevent
any damage to the slides or the drawer.
1. If you need to remove the drawer, please pull the drawer all the way out, then simultaneously pushes the
plastic release lever of the ball bearing slide up on one side and down on the other side, and then pull the
drawer completely out.
2. To place the drawer back, simply push the ball bearing cart all the way to the end of the slides (in both
sides) and align the slide runners on the drawer with the slide tracks on the unit and push it carefully
inside until it stops.
NOTE: If the drawer does not go in smoothly, please take it out and repeat the step.

NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go
back and fully tighten all bolts. This will make the assembly easier.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Glue the Wood Dowels (5) into the end holes on the Cabinet Top Panel (B), Cabinet Bottom Panel (C)
and Modesty Panels (H and I) as shown. It is important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of
dowels and wipe away excess glue with a damp cloth immediately.
3. Place the Desk Top (A) upside down on a level and protected surface near the final position you prefer to
place the furniture.
4. Align and attach the Right Side Frame (F) to the Desk Top (A) using four 32mm Bolts (2) with four Lock
Washers (3) and four Flat Washers (4).

5. Align and attach the Large Modesty Panel (H) to the Right Side Frame (F) with two 32mm Bolts (2) and
two Washers (3 and 4). DO NOT fully tighten the bolts in this step. Make sure that the threaded inserts
line up with the mounting holes on the back rail of Desk Top (A).
6. Insert three 25mm Bolts (1) with the Washers (3 and 4) through the mounting holes on the back rail of
Desk Top (A) and screw into the Large Modesty Panel (H).

7. Using the wood dowels as a guide, align and attach the Corner Leg (G) to the assembled Large Modesty
Panel (H) with two 32mm Bolts (2) and two Washers (3 and 4).
8. Attach the Cabinet Top Panel (B) to the Desk Top (A) by inserting the end wood dowels into the non-
threaded holes on the Desk Top (A).

9. Align and attach the Small Modesty Panel (I) to the Corner Leg (G) with two 32mm Bolts (2) and two
Washers (3 and 4). Make sure the threaded inserts line up with the mounting holes on the left rail of Desk
Top (A).
10. Fasten the Small Modesty Panel (I) to the Desk Top (A) with two 25mm Bolts (1) and two Washers (3
and 4).

two Washers (3 and 4).
12. Fasten the Cabinet Side Panel (D) to the Desk Top (A) with three 25mm Bolts (1) and three Washers (3
and 4).

13. Insert one 32mm Bolt (2) with the Washers (3 and 4) through the cleat on the Cabinet Side Panel (D) and
screw into the Small Modesty Panel (I).
14. Fasten the Small Modesty Panel (I) to the Cabinet Top Panel (B) using one 32mm Bolt (2) with one Lock
Washer (3) and one Flat Washer (4).
15. Using the wood dowels as a guide, attach the Cabinet Bottom Panel (C) to the Cabinet Side Panel (D)
using two 32mm Bolts (2) with two Lock Washers (3) and two Flat Washers (4).

16. Fasten the Cabinet Bottom Panel (C) to the Small Modesty Panel (I) using one 32mm Bolt (2) with one
Lock Washer (3) and one Flat Washer (4).
17. Using the wood dowels as a guide, align the Left Side Frame (E) to the previous assembly properly.
18. Insert four 32mm Bolts (2) with the Washers (3 and 4) through the cleats on both Cabinet Bottom Panel
(C) and Small Modesty Panel (I) and screw into place.

19. Fasten the Left Side Frame (E) to the Cabinet Top Panel (B) with two 32mm Bolts (2) and two Washers
(3 and 4).
20. Now, go back and securely tighten all the cam locks and screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and
there are no gaps between the parts. This will help keep the unit square.
21. Extend two Door Hinges (9) and rest the hinge cups onto the cutouts of Door (J). Secure the Door Hinges
(9) in place by using four 15mm Screws (10).

22. Attach two Knobs (7) to the front side of the Door (J) with two 19mm Bolts (8).
23. Ask for assistance to lift the assembled unit upright and position it near the final location.
24. Pick up the Door (J) and fasten the Hinge Bases (9) onto the Left Side Frame (E) with eight 15mm
Screws (10), using the pilot holes as a guide.
25. Open and close the doors to make sure they are aligned and shut correctly. If necessary, adjust the screws
for a good fit. Refer to the hinge sticker on door for adjustment.

26. Insert the Grommet (12) over the hole on the Desk Top (A).
27. Fasten one Cable Wheel (K) to each of the Modesty Panel (H and I) with two 12mm Screws (6). The
cable wheels allow you to organize, route and separate your component cords and cables to minimize
tangling and signal interference.

28. The unit now is ready for use. If necessary, adjust the pre-attached floor levelers to correct the tilting.

Care and Maintenance
 Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.
 Use of furniture polish is not necessary. Should you choose to use polish, test first in an inconspicuous area.
 Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage your furniture’s finish.
 Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
 Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots.
 Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft, clean cloth, blot the spill gently. Avoid rubbing.
 Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause chemical changes that may create
spotting within the furniture finish.
 In the event that your furniture is stained or otherwise damaged during use, we recommend that you call a
professional to repair your furniture.
 Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary.

It is best to keep your furniture in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme temperature and humidity changes
can cause fading, warping, shrinking and splitting of wood. It is advised to keep furniture away from direct
sunlight as sun may damage the finish.
