Shipping may cause d rs t g ut f alignment. If y u find that the d rs need t be adjusted slightly,
turn the appr priate screw, as illustrated.
1. TO ADJUST DOOR FORWARD OR BACKWARD.

Children have died from furniture tip-over.
To reduce the risk of furniture tip-over:
 ALWAYS install tip-over restraint provided.
 FOR use with televisions weighing 8 lbs / 36.3 kg or less. Use with heavier
televisions may result in instability causing tip-over resulting in death or
serious injury.
 NEVER allow children to stand, climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
 NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
 Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.
Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce, but not eliminate, the risk of
tip-over.

Bef re y u begin: Open, identify and c unt all parts pri r t assembly. Lay ut parts n a flat and n n-
abrasive surface. Y u will need the parts identified n page 4 and 5 f this instructi n manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH THE DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE
WIPED OFF WITH A DAMP CLOTH.
Insert D wel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet (n t included), IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam B lt int the pre-drilled small h les n the panel. C nnect b th panels t gether; making sure
the Cam B lt g es int the pre-drilled h le at the end f the panel with the Cam L ck.
2. Insert the Cam L ck int the pre-drilled large h le in the panel. Make sure the arr w n the Cam L ck is
p inted t wards the Cam B lt.
3. Once the Cam B lt is c nnected inside the Cam L ck, take a Phillips screwdriver (n t included) and
tighten the Cam L ck cl ckwise.
4. Plug the Cam L ck C ver int the cr ss sl t f the Cam L cks t c nceal the cam.

1. Unpack the unit and c nfirm that y u have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit n a
carpeted fl r r the empty cart n t av id any scratches.
2. Securely screw the Cam B lts (2) int the designated small h les n the B tt m Panel (C) and the B tt m
Stretchers (O, P and Q) using a Phillips screwdriver. NOTE: DO NOT ver tighten the cam b lts.
3. Glue the W d D wels (3) int the side h les f the B tt m Stretchers (O, P, Q, R and S).

21. Attach ne Upper Side Panel M lding (H) t ne Upper Side Panel (G) by engaging tw cam l cks (1).
22. Repeat the same pr cedure t c mbine the ther Upper Side Panel M lding (H) and the remaining Upper
Side Panel (G) t gether.
23. Align and attach the assembled Side Panels (G) and Upper Partiti n Panel (I) t the Center Shelf (B) by
engaging tw cam l cks (1) in each.

28. Fasten the Middle Cr ssbar (L) t the Center Shelf (B) by engaging three Cam L cks (1).

29. Using the pil t h les as a guide, attach tw Metal Brackets (7) at the j ints where the Middle Cr ssbar (L)
meets the Middle Stiles (M and N) with f ur 12 mm Screws (4).
30. N w, g back and tighten all Cam L cks and Screws, make sure that all the parts are tight and there are n
gaps between the parts, this will help keep the unit square.
31. Pick up the Upper Back Panel (V) and align the drilled h les against the upper l ng edge with the pil t
h les n the back stretcher f the T p Panel (A). Attach the Upper Back Panel (V) in place using the
pr vided Washer Head Screws (5).

Align and attach tw L wer Back Panels (W) t the mantel with the pr vided Washer Head Screws (5),
using the pil t h les as a guide.
NOTE: We rec mmend attaching back panel with the screws at the c rners first.

33. Attach ne Handle (8) t the fr nt side f each D r (T) with the Handle B lts (9).
34. Stand the assembled unit upright.
35. Pick up ne D r (T) and attach the extended hinge arms t the hinge bases installed n the Left Side Panel
(D). L sen the b lt n the back f the hinge base f r an easy fit. Align and insert the “U” sl t n the hinge
arm under the b lt head n the back f the hinge base. Make sure that b th d r hinges engage and functi n
pr perly. Tighten the b lt n the hinge base t l ck the hinges in place.
36. Repeat the same pr cedure t attach the ther D r (T) at the pp site side.

Open and cl se the d rs t make sure they are aligned and shut c rrectly. If necessary, adjust the screws
f r a g d fit. Refer t the hinge sticker n the d r f r adjustment.

38. Insert eight Shelf Pins (10) int the h les at y ur desired height inside each c mpartment. Make sure y u
place the f ur Shelf Pins (10) at the same level s the shelf is n t tilted. Tilt and rest the Adjustable Shelves
(U) nt the Shelf Pins (10).
39. Stick the Rubber Bumpers (13) at the uter c rners f b th D rs (T) where they meet the L wer Partiti n
Panels (E and F).

41. Unpack the fireplace insert fr m the inner b x and f ll w the instructi ns t install the T p Trim and Side
Trims t the fireplace insert.
42. Lift the fireplace insert carefully int the back f the assembled mantel and center it in the pening. DO
NOT drag the insert acr ss the B tt m Panel (C) as it may scratch the unit.
43. Fasten the fireplace insert t the mantel with six insert screws as sh wn.
NOTE: T prevent y ur TV fr m tipping, y u must f ll w these instructi ns if y u place a TV n t p f
y ur c ns le. Otherwise, skip t “Step 44”.
44. Rem ve the paper backing fr m the Acrylic St pper (11), then pr perly align the Acrylic St pper int the
cut- ut n the acrylic st pper template n the T p Panel (A). Press d wn n the acrylic st pper t help
adhesi n.
45.
At the back f T p Panel (A), grip the head f plastic tack with pliers, with twisting m ti n pull tack l se
t rem ve the acrylic st pper template.
