IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-abrasive
surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4 and 5 of this instruction manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF
WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

Drawer Assembling
NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back
and fully tighten all bolts. This will make the assembly easier.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Drawer Front Panels (H and I)
and Lower Drawer Side Panels (L and M) using a Phillips screwdriver. DO NOT overtighten the Cam Bolts.
NOTE: Screw-in cam bolts must be screwed down flush.
3. Glue the Wood Dowels (4) into the inner holes on the Lower Drawer Side Panels (L and M), one Drawer
Back Panel (N) and the Drawer Bottom Support (O) at both ends.
NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels and wipe away the
excess glue immediately with a damp cloth.

4. Glue the Wood Dowels (4) into the inner holes on the Upper Drawer Side Panels (J and K) and the other
Drawer Back Panel (N) as shown.
5. Orient and attach the Caster Support (Q) to the Drawer Bottom Support (O) with four 38 mm Screws (7).
The rounded corners are
located at front of the unit.

6. Attach one Swivel Caster (U) to the Caster Support (Q) with four 15 mm Screws (8).
7. Orient and align and attach one Drawer Back Panel (N) between the Upper Drawer Side Panels (J and K)
with four 38 mm Screws (7).
Grooves line up with each
other and face inward.

8. Align and attach the Drawer Bottom Support (O) to the Lower Drawer Left Side Panel (L) by engaging
one Small Cam Lock (1). (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).
9. Orient and attach the other Drawer Back Panel (N) to the Lower Drawer Left Side Panel (L) with two 38 mm
Screws (7).
10. Repeat the same procedure to attach the Drawer Right Side Panel (M) at the opposite end.
11. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panels (P) into the grooves between the Drawer Side Panels until fully inserted
into the Drawer Back Panels (N).
The caster will face the floor
when the unit is turned upright.

12. Attach the Upper Drawer Front Panel (H) to the Upper Drawer Side Panels (J and K) by engaging four
Small Cam Locks (1).
13. Attach the Lower Drawer Front Panel (I) to the Lower Drawer Side Panels (L and M) and Drawer
Bottom Panel (O) by engaging six Small Cam Locks (1).
14. Using the pilot holes as a guide, fit the Handle (10) to each Drawer Front Panel (H and I) with two 12 mm
Screws (6).
