2. Remove all hardware from box and sort by size.
3. Check to see that all hardware and parts are present BEFORE assembling.
4. Ask a friend to assist you with the assembly of this furniture.
5. To avoid damage, assemble the product on a sturdy, level and protective surface.
6. Please wait until all steps are completed before tightening bolts.
7. Make sure all bolts are tightly fastened before the unit is used.

GENERAL INFORMATION, TIPS & TRICKS
This product is sold with Tip Restraint Hardware kit. You must install the Tipping Restraint
Hardware between the wall and the TV stand to prevent any accidents or damages. When
properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the
unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. The restraint is only a deterrent and is not a
substitute for proper adult supervision. Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce, but not
eliminate, the risk of tip-over.

Tools required: Allen Wrench (provided) and Open Wrench (provided), Phillips Head
Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, 3/8” & 3/16”Drill Bit, Socket Wrench Adapter with
Socket Set, 1/2” Masonry Bit for brick concrete, Stud Sensor.
PLASTIC FITTING OPERATION
HOW THE KD ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Align the Latch of Plastic fitting with the slot of Socket. Turn the Lever if necessary.
2. Insert the Latch into the slot of Socket.
3. Connect both panels together. Once the Latch of Plastic fitting is connected inside Socket,
push the Lever all the way to the side with cutout.
You are now ready to assemble our KD unit.

Drawer Assembling
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed.
2. Align and attach Drawer Left & Right Side (L & M) to the Drawer Front Panel
(J) with the end wood dowels fully inserted and all slots facing inside and
align with each other. Using the pilot holes as guide, secure them in place by
attaching 2 Corner Brackets (13) at the joints with the 1/2” Screws (14). See
detail #1A.
3. Slide Drawer Bottom Panel (N) all the way into the slots as shown in detail #1B.
4. Align and insert the Latch of Plastic fitting on Drawer Bottom Supports (O) into the slot of
Sockets on the Drawer Front Panel (J). Turn the Lever if necessary. Once the Latch of
Plastic fitting is connected inside Socket, push the Lever all the way to the side with cutout to
connect them together. See detail #1B.
5. Align and attach Drawer Back Panel (K) on the other end of Drawer Bottom Supports (O) by
engaging the Plastic Fittings properly. Make sure that the Drawer Bottom Panel (N) fits
securely into the groove of Drawer Back Panel, before pushing the Lever of Plastic Fittings.
6. Insert 2 Barrel Nuts (5) into each end of the Drawer Back Panel (K). Be sure that the long
slot on the Barrel Nut is facing out and that the long groove is pointing towards the entry of
the bolt. See detail #1C.
7. Connect Drawer Back Panel (K) to Drawer Left & Right Side (L & M) by inserting the 1 5/8”
Bolts (4) through the countersunk holes on Side Panels into the Barrel Nuts inserted. Tighten
with Phillips Screwdriver. See detail #1C.

Assembly Instructions
Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled,
go back and fully tighten all bolts. This will make it easier during assembly of unit.
8. Choose the option suits your needs. Locate Long Spine (D) or Short Spine (D1) and set
back face down on a scratch free surface as shown in detail #2.
9. Align the holes on “U” shape bracket of three Shelf Frames (A, B & C) with the threaded
sockets on the Spine (D or D1), insert and screw 3/4”Bolts (2) with Lock Washers & Flat
Washers (7 & 8) through the bracket holes into the Spine. See detail #2.

Assembly Instructions
10.Stand the unit upright.
11.Align and attach Left Leg (E) to Top Shelf Frame (A) by inserting two 1 1/2” Bolts (3) with
Washers (7 & 8) from inside the shelf frame through the pre-drilled holes on side rail into the
threaded inserts on Leg. Make sure that top rail of Leg is flush with the wooden front rail of
Top Shelf Frame. See detail #3. DO NOT tighten the bolts.
12.Secure Left Leg (E) to Middle & Bottom Shelf Frame (B & C) using the 3/4” Bolts (2) with
Washers (7 & 8) through the end bracket holes into the Leg. See detail #3.
13.Repeat last 2 steps with Right Leg (F). Make sure the gap between the wooden front rail of
Top Shelf Frame and Legs are the same. Loosen the bolts on wooden front rail and adjust if
necessary.

14.Go back and tighten all bolts with Allen Wrench provided.
15.In case of uneven floor, Floor Levelers are provided at the bottom of both Legs (E & F).
Simply tilt the unit back and raise or lower floor leveler by hand to correct tilting as shown in
detail #4.
If you choose Table-top configuration,
continue to STEP 16.
If mounting TV with the Swinging Floater,
skip ahead to PAGE 13.

Assembly Instructions for Table-top
16.Attach two Cable Controls (12) onto the backside of Spine (D1) with the 3/4”Bolts (2).
Tighten the bolts with M4 Allen Wrench provided. See detail #5.
17.The Cable Controls (12) enable you to shorten, separate and route both single and bundled
cables. Using the Cable Controls you can create a system for routing cables through
channels, between components and to power sources without usual tangled mess or
annoying signal interference. As shown in detail #5.
