30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Wilson Electronics products are protected by Wilson’s 30-day money-back
guarantee. If for any reason the performance of any product is not acceptable,
simply return the product directly to the reseller with a dated proof of purchase.
90-Day Warranty
Wilson Electronics antennas are warranted for ninety (90) days against defects in
workmanship and / or materials. Warranty cases may be resolved by returning the
product directly to the reseller with a dated proof of purchase.
Antennas may also be returned directly to the manufacturer at the consumer’s
expense, with a dated proof of purchase and a Returned Material Authorization
(RMA) number supplied by Wilson Electronics. Wilson shall, at its option, either
repair or replace the product. Wilson Electronics will pay for delivery of the repaired
or replaced product back to the original consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any amplifiers determined by Wilson Electronics
to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or
damages physical or electronic properties.
RMA numbers may be obtained by phoning Technical Support at 866-294-1660.
How They Work
Wilson’s Dual-Band Dome and Dual-Polarity Dome antennas will collect the cell
tower signal and send it through the cable to an amplifier or directly to the cell
phone or cellular data card. When the cell phone or cellular data card transmits,
the signal is transferred to an amplifier or directly to the antenna and broadcast
back to the cell tower. See the back cover for information on Wilson amplifiers.
Antenna Adapter
An 18-inch external adapter is required to connect the cell phone or cellular data
card to the antenna. The external adapter is cell phone/data card-specific and
may be purchased through a local retailer. Refer to Wilson’s Adapter Guide to
identify the right adapter for your cell phone or cellular data card. TheAdapter
Guide is available through a local retailer. It is also available on our web site,
www.wilsonelectronics.com, or you may call Technical Support at 866-294-1660.

Find the desired location for the
dome antenna. Verify the dome
antenna and the outside antenna have
necessary separation (see amplifier
instructions for proper separation
distance requirements).
The dome antenna must be installed
at least seven feet above the floor.
Place the template where the dome
antenna will be installed.
Attach the template with masking
tape or other suitable adhesive tape.
NOTE: Make sure the holes that need
to be drilled are not over a ceiling or
wall stud.
If you would like to run the cable into
the ceiling or wall, drill a one inch
hole in the middle of the template
(see pages 3-4) indicated by X. The
dome antenna has a notch on the
edge of the antenna (see the top of the
template) where the cable can be ran,
so drilling the hole is not necessary.
Included are two (2) sets of installation
screws; A) 3 bolts with nuts and
washers, B) 3 self-starting screws.
A) If using the included bolts, drill a
1/8” hole through each of the three
small circles marked “screw location”.
Remove the template, attach the
amplifier cable to the dome antenna,
put the bolts through the drilled holes
and tighten down with included nuts
and washers. Be careful not to over
tighten.
B) If using the self-starting screws,
mark the screw locations, remove
the template and attach the amplifier
cable to the dome antenna. Place the
dome antenna flush against the wall
or ceiling and screw in the self-starting
screws until snug. Be careful not to
over tighten.
Warning: The dome antenna
and outside antenna must have proper
separation or it will cause oscillation in the
amplifier. See amplifier instructions for
proper separation distance.
