Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise
▪ Diese Geräte können von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie von Personen
mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten
oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn
sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes
unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren
verstanden haben. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder
durchgeführt werden, es sei denn, sie sind älter als 8 Jahre und
beaufsichtigt.
▪ Bewahren Sie das Gerät und seine Zuleitung außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern unter 8 Jahren auf.
▪ Den Wasserkocher nur mit dem dazugehörigen Sockel betreiben.
▪ Wird das Gerät überfüllt oder mit nicht geschlossenem Deckel
betrieben, könnte kochendes Wasser herausspritzen.
▪ Das Gerät niemals mit offenem Deckel oder ohne Kalkfilter benutzen.
▪ Den Wasserkocher und den Sockel nicht in Wasser tauchen.
▪ Wenn die Anschlussleitung dieses Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss
sie durch den zentralen Kundendienst des Herstellers oder eine
ähnlich qualifizierte Person ersetzt werden. Durch unsachgemäße
Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen.
▪ Achten Sie darauf, kein Wasser auf den Sockel zu verschütten.
▪ Vorsicht, Verbrennungsgefahr: Die Temperatur der berührbaren
Oberflächen und des Teefilters können sehr heiß werden. Auch nach
dem Ausschalten des Gerätes bleiben diese noch einige Zeit heiß.
▪ Reinigen Sie nach Verwendung des Zubehöres und des Gerätes alle
Flächen/Teile, die mit Nahrungsmitteln in Berührung gekommen sind.
Bitte befolgen Sie die Hinweise im Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“.
▪ Das Gerät nur gemäß dieser Anleitung verwenden. Unsachgemäßer
Gebrauch kann Stromschlag oder andere Gefahrenmomente zur
Folge haben.
▪ Das Gerät ist nur für den Hausgebrauch in Innenräumen bestimmt.
▪ Dieses Gerät ist dafür bestimmt, im Haushalt und ähnlichen

Vor dem Benutzen
Die Gebrauchsanweisung aufmerksam lesen. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch, die
Sicherheit und die Wartung des Gerätes.
Sie soll sorgfältig aufbewahrt und gegebenenfalls an Nachbenutzer weitergegeben werden.
Das Gerät darf nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck, gemäß dieser Gebrauchsanweisung, verwendet werden.
Beim Gebrauch die Sicherheitshinweise beachten.

Sicherheitshinweise
▪ Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte Schutzkontaktsteckdose anschließen. Zuleitung und
Stecker müssen trocken sein.
▪ Die Anschlussleitung nicht über scharfe Kanten ziehen oder einklemmen, nicht herunterhängen
lassen sowie vor Hitze und Öl schützen.
▪ Den Netzstecker nicht an der Leitung oder mit nassen Händen aus der Steckdose ziehen.
▪ Das Gerät nicht in Betrieb nehmen bzw. sofort Netzstecker ziehen, wenn:
⋅Gerät oder Netzkabel beschädigt ist;
⋅das Gerät undicht ist;
⋅der Verdacht auf einen Defekt nach einem Sturz o. Ä. besteht.
In diesen Fällen das Gerät zur Reparatur geben.
▪ Den Wasserkocher nicht auf heiße Oberflächen z. B. Herdplatten o. Ä. oder in der Nähe der offenen
Gasflamme abstellen, er könnte dabei anschmelzen.
▪ Das Gerät nicht auf wasserempfindliche Oberflächen abstellen. Wasserspritzer könnten diese
beschädigen.
▪ Das Gerät nicht unter empfindlichen Möbeln betreiben, beim Kochen austretender Dampf könnte
diese beschädigen,
▪ Den Wasserkocher niemals ohne Aufsicht betreiben.
▪ Den Deckel während des Kochvorganges nicht öffnen.
▪ Der Stiel am Teesieb ist kein Tragegriff. Er dient dazu, das Teesieb nach oben und unten zu
bewegen.
▪ Das Gerät nicht ohne Wasser einschalten.
▪ Den Wasserkocher zum Füllen vom Sockel nehmen.
▪ Nur reines Wasser, keine Milch, Kaffee o. Ä. einfüllen.
▪ Das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht verrücken und nicht am Netzkabel ziehen.
▪ Vorsicht, das Gerät wird heiß. Verbrühungsgefahr durch austretenden Dampf. Den heißen
Wasserkocher nur am Griff anfassen und zum Ausgießen den Deckel nicht öffnen.

▪ Den Wasserkocher stets restlos leeren. Kein Restwasser längere Zeit im Gerät stehen lassen.
▪ Der Netzstecker ist zu ziehen:
⋅bei Störungen während des Betriebes,
⋅vor jeder Reinigung und Pflege,
⋅nach dem Gebrauch.
▪ Bei Zweckentfremdung, falscher Bedienung oder nicht fachgerechter Reparatur wird keine Haftung
für eventuelle Schäden übernommen.
Ebenso sind Garantieleistungen in solchen Fällen ausgeschlossen.
▪ Verpackungsmaterial, wie z. B. Folienbeutel gehören nicht in Kinderhände.
Inbetriebnahme und allgemeine Informationen
Der Wasserkocher besteht aus Edelstahl und original Schott DURAN® Glas. Dieses ist hitzebeständig,
stabil, geschmacksneutral und leicht zu reinigen.
Vor Erstbenutzung den Wasserkocher innen gründlich reinigen. (siehe Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“).
In der Ausgießtülle sorgt ein Siebeinsatz dafür, dass größere Kalkteile beim Ausgießen zurückgehalten
werden.
Die nicht benötigte Länge der Anschlussleitung kann am Boden des Sockelteiles aufgewickelt werden.
Den Netzstecker an eine Schutzkontaktsteckdose anschließen.
Beachten Sie beim Befüllen des Wasserkochers die MIN (0,5l) und MAX (1,4l bzw 1,7l) Mengen.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie zu wenig Wasser einfüllen, schaltet der Trockengehschutz
(Überhitzungsschutz) die Heizelemente automatisch ab. Bei zu viel Wasser, kann es zum Überlaufen
von kochendem oder heißem Wasser kommen, das ernsthafte Verbrennungen oder Verletzungen
verursachen kann.
Setzen Sie einen der beiden Deckel, je nach Benutzung auf den Wasserkocher, damit die KochStop
Automatik zuverlässig arbeitet. Den Wasserkocher in beliebiger Stellung auf den Sockel setzen.
Das Wasser vom ersten Kochvorgang nicht zur Lebensmittelzubereitung verwenden.
Bedienung
Mit dem LONO Tee- und Wasserkocher 2in1 können Sie optimal Tee zubereiten, indem Sie die
Temperatur und die Brühzeit individuell wählen können. Alternativ können Sie das Gerät auch als
Wasserkocher verwenden. Weitere Funktionen, wie Warmhalten und Abkochen stehen Ihnen auch zur
Verfügung. Im Folgenden werden die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten detailliert erklärt.
Bei der Zubereitung von Tee spielt die Wassertemperatur und die Ziehdauer eine entscheidende Rolle.
Nachfolgend finden Sie einen Überblick zur Orientierung: Je nach Teesorte und persönlicher Vorliebe
können Temperatur und Ziehzeit angepasst werden.

Tee zubereiten
1. Nehmen Sie den Wasserkocher vom Sockel.
2. Verwenden Sie den Deckel mit Teesieb (1).
3. Befüllen Sie das Teesieb mit Ihren gewünschten Teeblättern. Hierfür ziehen Sie das Teesieb von der
Halterung nach unten ab (Abb A).
4. Nach Befüllung drücken Sie das Teesieb wieder in die Halterung, bis dieses hörbar einrastet (Abb B).
5. Befüllen Sie den Wasserkocher mit der von Ihnen gewünschten Wassermenge (MIN 0,5l - MAX 1,4l).
6. Setzen Sie den Deckel zusammen mit dem Teesieb auf den Wasserkocher. Achten Sie darauf, dass
das Teesieb am Deckel anliegt. Hierfür ziehen Sie das Teesieb am Griff der Führungsstange nach
oben (Abb C). Das Sieb wird durch einen Magneten am Deckel gehalten.
7. Stellen Sie den Wasserkocher in beliebiger Stellung auf den Sockel.
8. Zum Aktivieren des Wasserkochers drücken Sie die gewünschte Temperatur-/Programmtaste (70°,
80°, 90°,100° C oder „p“). Im Display wird die voreingestellte Brühzeit angezeigt. Die Brühzeit kann
individuell angepasst werden, síehe Kapitel „Brühzeit einstellen“.
Alternativ können Sie den Wasserkocher auch einschalten, indem Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste
drücken. Es wird die zuletzt verwendete Temperatur-/Programmtaste (70°, 80°, 90°,100° C oder „p“)
angezeigt.
Hinweis: Nach 10 Sekunden ohne Betätigung schaltet sich der Wasserkocher automatisch aus. Die
Kontrollleuchten erlöschen.
9. Drücken Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste (11), um das Aufheizen zu starten. Die Start/Stopp-Taste (11)
und die gewählte Temperaturtaste leuchten auf. Sie können das Aufheizen jederzeit durch
erneutes Drücken der Start/Stopp-Taste (11) oder durch Abnehmen des Wasserkochers vom Sockel
abbrechen.
10. Sobald das Wasser die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht hat, ertönt ein akustisches Signal (mehrmals
in gewissen Abständen). Die Brühzeit im Display und die Start/Stopp-Taste blinken.
11. Drücken Sie das Teesieb am Griff (2) bis zum Anschlag nach unten. Der Tee befindet sich nun im
Wasser und kann sein ganzes Aroma entfalten (Abb. D).
12.Starten Sie den Timer für die eingestellte Brühzeit indem Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste betätigen. Im
Display wird die verbleibende Brühzeit angezeigt.
Hinweis: Nach ca. 10min ohne Betätigung der Start/Stopp-Taste schaltet sich das Gerät
automatisch aus. Die Kontrollleuchten erlöschen.
13.Nach Ablauf der Brühzeit, ertönt ein akustisches Signal (mehrmals in gewissen Abständen). Danach
schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch ab. Sie können das Gerät auch ausschalten indem Sie es vom
Sockel nehmen oder die Start/Stopp-Taste drücken.
14.Ziehen Sie nun das Teesieb am Griff nach oben, bis dieses am Deckel gehalten wird. Der Tee ist jetzt
fertig zum Genießen.
Hinweis: Sie können alternativ zum Ausgießen auch den Verschlussdeckel aufsetzen.
Wasser kochen
1. Nehmen Sie den Wasserkocher vom Sockel.
2. Verwenden Sie den Verschlussdeckel (12).
3. Befüllen Sie den Wasserkocher mit der von Ihnen gewünschten Wassermenge (MIN 0,5l - MAX 1,7l).
4. Setzen Sie den Deckel auf den Wasserkocher.
5. Stellen Sie den Wasserkocher in beliebiger Stellung auf den Sockel.
6. Zum Aktivieren des Wasserkochers drücken Sie die gewünschte Temperatur-/Programmtaste (70°,
80°, 90°,100° C oder „p“). Die im Display angezeigte Brühzeit kann bei Bedarf auf 00:00 gesetzt
werden (siehe Kapitel „Brühzeit einstellen“).
Alternativ können Sie den Wasserkocher auch einschalten, indem Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste
drücken. Es wird die zuletzt verwendete Temperatur-/Programmtaste (70°, 80°, 90°,100° C oder „p“)
angezeigt.

Hinweis: Nach 10 Sekunden ohne Betätigung schaltet sich der Wasserkocher automatisch aus. Die
Kontrollleuchten erlöschen.
7. Um das Aufheizen zu starten, drücken Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste. Die gewählte Temperaturtaste und
die Start/Stopp-Taste leuchten auf. Sie können das Aufheizen jederzeit durch erneutes Drücken der
Start/Stopp-Taste (11) oder durch Abnehmen des Wasserkochers vom Sockel abbrechen.
8. Sobald das Wasser die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht hat, ertönt ein akustisches Signal (mehrmals
in gewissen Abständen). Das Gerät schaltet automatisch ab. Sie können das Gerät auch ausschalten
indem Sie es vom Sockel nehmen oder die Start/Stopp-Taste drücken.
Brühzeit einstellen
Das Gerät wird mit voreingestellten Brühzeiten für die jeweiligen Temperatur-/Programmtasten (70°,
80°, 90°,100° C oder „p“) ausgeliefert. Falls Sie diese Zeiten je nach Teesorte ändern wollen, gehen Sie
folgendermaßen vor:
▪ Beim Drücken der gewünschten Temperaturtaste sehen Sie im Display die voreingestellte Brühzeit.
▪ Zum Ändern der Brühzeit halten Sie die Temperaturtaste mehr als 3 Sekunden gedrückt, bis der
Doppelpunkt zwischen den Zahlen im Display blinkt. Jetzt können Sie durch wiederholtes Drücken
der gleichen Temperaturtaste in 30 Sekunden Schritten von 0-15 Minuten die Brühzeit umstellen.
▪ Wenn die Taste länger als 8 Sekunden nicht betätigt wird, wird die zuletzt angezeigte Zeit
gespeichert und das Gerät schaltet sich aus.
▪ Nun ist Ihre individuelle Brühtemperatur mit der entsprechenden Aufkochtemperatur gekoppelt.
▪ Die Zeiten können beliebig geändert werden.
Individuelle Einstellung der Brühzeit und Brühtemperatur
Die Programmtaste „P“ (9) ermöglicht Ihnen eine individuelle Einstellung der Brühzeit und -temperatur
für Ihren ganz persönlichen Tee. Sie können zwischen Temperaturen von 60° bis 100°C und Ziehzeiten
0 bis 15 Minuten auswählen.
▪ Drücken Sie die P-Taste (9). Die zuletzt eingestellte Temperatur und Brühzeit blinken abwechselnd
im Display auf.
▪ Um die Werte zu ändern, drücken Sie erneut die P-Taste (9) für länger als 3 Sekunden, bis der
Doppelpunkt zwischen den Zahlen im Display blinkt. Jetzt können Sie durch wiederholtes Drücken
der P-Taste die Brühzeit in 30 Sekunden Schritten von 0-15 Minuten einstellen. Wenn Sie die
P-Taste nicht mehr betätigen, springt nach ein paar Sekunden der Speichermodus automatisch auf
die Temperatureinstellung. Im Display blinkt das C hinter der Temperatur. Die Temperatur kann in
5° C Schritten durch wiederholtes Drücken der P-Taste gewählt werden.
▪ Wenn die P-Taste länger als 8 Sekunden nicht betätigt wird, werden die Werte gespeichert, es
ertönt ein Bestätigungston und das Gerät schaltet sich aus.
Abkochfunktion
Der Wasserkocher ist mit einer Abkochfunktion ausgestattet. Durch das Aufkochen des Wassers
erhalten Sie nahezu keimfreies Wasser.
Um diese zu aktivieren, drücken Sie bei Auswahl der gewünschten Temperatur zweimal die
entsprechende Temperatur-Taste (70°, 80° oder 90° C). Die Taste der gewählten Temperatur und die
100° C-Taste leuchten.
Drücken Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste, um den Kochvorgang zu starten.
Nachdem das Wassers aufgekocht ist, erlöscht die 100° C-Taste und der Abkühlvorgang startet
automatisch. Die Start/Stopp-Taste blinkt. Im Display wird die aktuelle Temperatur des Wassers
angezeigt. Sobald die gewünschte Ziel-Temperatur erreicht ist, ertönt ein Signalton (mehrmals in
gewissen Abständen). Sie können nun den Tee zubereiten und den Ziehvorgang starten oder das
Wasser für andere Zwecke verwenden.
Hinweis: Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Wasserabkühlen von 100° C auf 60° C bzw. 70° C eine längere
Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.
Warmhaltefunktion
Die Warmhaltefunktion ermöglicht das Warmhalten von aufgebrühtem Tee oder heißem Wasser bis zu
40 Minuten. Diese Funktion kann nur genutzt werden, nachdem der Koch- und Brühvorgang beendet
ist. Sie dient sozusagen als „Stövchenfunktion“. Dabei wird die zuletzt verwendete Temperatur als
Warmhaltetemperatur verwendet.
Um die Warmhaltefunktion zu aktivieren, drücken Sie die Warmhalte-Taste (10) und die Start/
Stopp-Taste (11) nacheinander. Es leuchten beide Tasten auf und im Display wird die verbleibende Zeit
angezeigt. Die Warmhaltefunktion schaltet sich automatisch aus, sobald Sie den Glasbehälter vom
Sockel nehmen oder die 40 Minuten Warmhaltezeit erreicht sind.
Hinweis: Die Warmhaltefunktion kann nicht bei einer Wassertemperatur von 100 °C aktiviert werden.
Sicherheitssystem
Ein Thermostat schützt den Wasserkocher bei versehentlichem Betrieb ohne
Wasser vor Überhitzung, indem er das Gerät abschaltet.
Vor dem Wassereinfüllen den Wasserkocher unbedingt abkühlen lassen.
Sollte bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch der erste Thermostat versagen, so sorgt ein
zusätzlicher Temperaturbegrenzer für einen zuverlässigen Schutz.
Reinigung und Pflege
▪ Netzstecker ziehen und das Gerät abkühlen lassen.
▪ Das Gerät nicht in Wasser tauchen, sondern mit einem feuchten Tuch, dem etwas Spülmittel
beigegeben wird, abwischen und anschließend trockenreiben.
▪ Keine scharfen und scheuernden Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
▪ Das Innere des Wasserkochers mit warmen Wasser und einer Spülbürste reinigen.
Nehmen Sie hierzu den Verschluss- bzw. Teesiebdeckel ab.
▪ Um Teeablagerungen zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir den Glasbehälter nach jeder
Anwendung zu reinigen. Bei hartnäckigeren Verschmutzungen oder Verkalkungen,
können Sie einen Entkalkungsvorgang durchführen. (siehe Kapitel „Entkalken“).
ACHTUNG: Reinigen Sie niemals den Wasserkocher unter fließendem Wasser.
Der Kalkfilter(3) in der Ausgießtülle kann zum Reinigen heraus genommen werden.
Ziehen Sie hierzu den Filter an seiner Lasche nach oben heraus. Zum Einsetzen den Filter‚
an der Lasche nehmen, ihn von oben in die Ausgießtülle setzen und nach unten drücken.

Entkalken
Kalkablagerungen führen zu Energieverlusten und beeinträchtigen die
Lebensdauer des Gerätes. Es schaltet vorzeitig ab, wenn die Kalkschicht zu
stark ist. Sie ist dann nur noch sehr schwer zu entfernen. Entkalken Sie deshalb
regelmäßig.
Wir empfehlen die Verwendung des Cromargol® Wasserkocher-Entkalkers.
Dieser ist speziell auf die Entkalkung von Wasserkochern entwickelt worden und
hochwirksam, lebensmittelsicher, geschmacks- und geruchsneutral. Durch die
spezielle Pflegeformel mit 2 Doppeladditiven ist der Cromargol® Wasserkocher-
Entkalker zudem besonders materialschonend.
Sie bekommen Cromargol® in der Regel dort, wo das Gerät gekauft wurde
oder im ausgewählten Fachhandel. Der Cromargol® Entkalker / Cromargol®
Wasserkocher-Entkalker ist nur in Deutschland und Österreich erhältlich.
▪ Gerät vor der Entkalkung vom Netz trennen und abkühlen lassen.
▪ Siebeinsatz entnehmen und auf den Boden des Wasserkochers legen. Nach
Beendigung des Entkalkens Siebeinsatz wieder einsetzen.
▪ Vor Gebrauch die Flasche Cromargol® schütteln. Eine Portion (100 ml)
Cromargol® Wasserkocher-Entkalker einfüllen und ca. 5 Minuten einwirken
lassen. Dann das Gerät bis über den Kalkrand an der Wandung mit kaltem
Leitungswasser auffüllen und 30 Minuten stehen lassen.
▪ Anschließend ausgießen und gründlich mit kaltem Leitungswasser ausspülen.
▪ Andere Entkalkungsmittel nach Herstellerangaben dosieren und
anwenden.
Lösung während der Entkalkung nicht erhitzen.
Achtung, für Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Entkalkungsvorschrift

Operating the appliance for the first time and general information
The kettle is made from stainless steel and original Schott DURAN® glass. It is heat resistant, stable,
neutral tasting and easy to clean.
Thoroughly clean the inside of the kettle prior to the first use. (see the chapter entitled “Cleaning and
care”).
A strainer insert in the pour spout ensures that larger limescale particles are kept back when pouring.
The unnecessary length of the connecting cable can be wound at the bottom of the base part.
Connect the mains plug to an earthed socket.
When filling the kettle, note the MIN (0.5 l) and MAX (1.4 l or 1.7 l) fill quantities.
Note: If you use too little water, the dry-run protection (overheating protection)
automatically switches the heating element off. If there is too much water then hot water may boil
over, which can cause serious injury or burns.
Depending on use, place one of the two lids on the kettle in order for the automatic BoilStop function
to work reliably. Place the kettle on the base in any position.
Do not use the water from the first boiling process for food preparation.
Operating the machine
You can prepare perfect cups of tea with the LONO 2-in-1 tea and water kettle by individually
selecting the temperature and brewing time. Alternatively you can use the appliance as a kettle as
well. It also offers additional functions such as keep warm and boil. The various options are explained
in detail below.
The temperature of the water and the length of time you leave the tea to infuse plays a key role in
making tea. Below you will find an overview to act as a guide: The temperature and infusion time can
be adapted depending on the type of tea and your personal preferences.

Preparing tea
1. Remove the kettle from the base.
2. Use the lid with tea strainer (1).
3. Fill the tea strainer with the desired tea leaves. To do this, pull the tea strainer downwards to
remove it from the holder (Fig. A).
4. Push the tea strainer back into the holder until you hear it click into place (Fig. B).
5. Fill the kettle with the required amount of water (MIN 0.5 l, MAX 1.4 l)
6. Place the lid with tea strainer on the kettle. Make sure that the tea strainer is fitted to the lid. To
do this, pull the tea strainer upwards via the grip on the guide rod (Fig. C).The sieve is held in place
by means of a magnet on the lid.
7. Put the kettle on the base in any position.
8. To activate the kettle, press the desired temperature/programme button (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C or „p“).
The preset brewing time is indicated on the display. You can adjust the brewing time individually;
see the section, „Setting the brewing time“.
Alternatively, you can switch the kettle on by pressing the Start/Stop button. The temperature/
programme button (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C or „p“) that was last used is displayed.
Note:If no key is pressed for 10 seconds, the kettle automatically switches itself off. The indicator
lights go out.
9. Press the Start/Stop button (11) to start heating. The Start/Stop button (11) and the selected
temperature button light up. You can interrupt the heating process at any time by pressing the
Start/Stop button (11) or by removing the kettle from the base.
10.As soon as the desired temperature has been reached, the appliance beeps (several times at specific
intervals). The brewing time on the display and the Start/Stop button flash.
11. Push the grip (2) on the tea strainer downwards as far as it will go. The tea is now in the water and
its full flavour can develop (Fig. D).
12.Start the timer for the set brewing time by pressing the Start/Stop button. The remaining brewing
time is indicated on the display.
Note:The appliance turns off automatically after around 10 minutes without the need to press the
Start/Stop button. The indicator lights go out.
13.Once the brewing time has passed, the appliance beeps (several times at specific intervals). The
appliance then switches off automatically. You can also switch off the appliance by removing it
from the base or by pressing the Start/Stop button.
14.Now pull the grip on the tea strainer upwards until it reaches the lid. The tea is now ready to be
enjoyed.
Note: Alternatively you can also place the sealed lid on the kettle to pour out the tea.
Boiling water
1. Remove the kettle from the base.
2. Use the sealed lid (12).
3. Fill the kettle with the required amount of water (MIN 0.5 l, MAX 1.7l).
4. Place the lid on the kettle.
5. Put the kettle on the base in any position.
6. To activate the kettle, press the desired temperature/programme button (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C or „p“).
The brewing time indicated on the display can be set to 00:00 if required (see the section, „Setting
the brewing time“).
Alternatively, you can also switch the kettle on by pressing the Start/Stop button. The temperature/
programme button (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C or „p“) that was last used is displayed.

7. To start heating, press the Start/Stop button. The selected temperature button and the Start/Stop
button light up. You can interrupt the heating process at any time by pressing on the Start/Stop
button (11) or by removing the kettle from the base.
8. As soon as the desired temperature has been reached, the appliance beeps (several times at specific
intervals). The appliance switches off automatically. You can also switch off the appliance by
removing it from the base or by pressing the Start/Stop button.
Setting the brewing time
The appliance is supplied with preset brewing times for the preset temperature/programme buttons
(70°, 80°, 90°,100°C or „p“). If you wish to change these times depending on the type of tea, proceed as
follows:
▪ When you press the required temperature button, the preset brewing time is indicated on the
display.
▪ To change the brewing time, press the temperature button for more than 3 seconds until the
colon starts to flash between the numbers on the display. You can now adjust the brewing time by
repeatedly pressing the same temperature button, which increases in 30-second increments from 0
to 15 minutes.
▪ If the button is left unpressed for 8 seconds, the last time indicated on the display is saved and the
appliance switches off.
▪ Your individual brewing temperature is now linked to the corresponding heating up temperature.
▪ You can adjust the times as you wish.
Individually setting the brewing time and brewing temperature
The programme button „P“ (9) enables you to set an individual brewing time and brewing temperature
for your very personal cup of tea. You can select temperatures from 60°C to 100°C and brewing times
from 0 to 15 minutes.
▪ Press the P button (9). The set temperature and brewing time that were used last flash alternately
on the display.
▪ To change the values, press the P button (9) again for more than 3 seconds until the colon
between the numbers on the display starts to flash. You can now set the brewing time by pressing
repeatedly on the P button, which increases in 30-second increments from 0 to 15 minutes. If you
stop pressing the P button, after a few seconds the appliance automatically saves the temperature
setting. The C behind the temperature flashes on the display. You can increase the temperature in
5°C increments by pressing the P button repeatedly.
▪ If the P button is left unpressed for 8 seconds, the values are saved, there is a beeping sound and
the appliance switches off.
Pre-boil function
The kettle is equipped with a pre-boil function. By boiling the water it is virtually sterile.
To activate this function, press the appropriate temperature button twice when choosing the desired
temperature (70°, 80° or 90° C). The temperature button selected and the 100° C button light up.
Press the Start/Stop button to start boiling.
Once the water has boiled, the 100° C button light goes out and the cooling process starts
automatically. The Start/Stop button flashes. The actual temperature of the water is indicated on the
display. As soon as the desired temperature has been reached, the appliance beeps (several times at
specific intervals). You can now prepare the tea and begin the brewing process or use the water for
another purpose.
Note: Please note that it takes several minutes for the water to cool down from 100° to 60° or 70° C.
Keep warm function
With the keep warm function you can keep freshly-brewed tea or hot water warm for up to 40
minutes. This function can only be used once the boiling and brewing processes have ended. It works
like a rechaud, whereby the last temperature to be used is used as the keep warm temperature.
To activate the keep warm function, press the Keep Warm button (10) and the Start/Stop button (11)
in succession. Both buttons light up and the remaining time is indicated on the display. The keep warm
function switches off automatically as soon as you remove the glass container from the base or the
40-minute keep warm period has lapsed.
Note: The keep warm function cannot be activated with a water temperature of 100°C.
Safety system
A thermostat protects the kettle from overheating due to accidental operation without water by
switching off the device.
It is essential to allow the kettle to cool down before filling with water.
Should the first thermostat malfunction due to improper use, an additional temperature limiter
provides reliable protection.
Cleaning and care
▪ Remove the mains plug and allow the appliance to cool down.
▪ Do not immerse the appliance in water, but rather clean it using a damp cloth with a little
washing-up liquid and then dry it.
▪ Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
▪ The inside of the kettle should be cleaned with warm water and a washing-up brush. To do this,
remove the sealed lid or the tea strainer lid.
▪ We recommend cleaning the glass container after each use to prevent tea deposits from forming.
You can descale the kettle for more stubborn stains or limescale build-up. (see the chapter entitled
“Descaling”).
CAUTION: Never clean the kettle under running water.
The scale filter(3) in the pour spout can be removed for cleaning. To do this, pull the clip
on the filter upwards to remove the filter.
To position the filter, hold it by the clip, place it on top of the pouring spout and push
downwards. Make sure that the clip is positioned facing forwards towards the pour spout.
For easy cleaning, the scale filter (3), lid with tea strainer (1) and sealed lid (12) can be cleaned in the
washing machine.

Descaling
Limescale deposits lead to energy losses and impair the service life of the
appliance. The appliance switches off prematurely if the layer of limescale is
too thick. The limescale is then very difficult to remove. Therefore descale the
appliance regularly.
We recommend using Cromargol® kettle descaler. This product has been
designed specifically for descaling kettles and is extremely effective, food safe
and has a neutral smell and taste. Thanks to the special care formula with two
double additives, the Cromargol® kettle descaler does not damage the materials.
You can usually purchase Cromargol® from the store where you have purchased
your appliance or from your chosen dealer. The Cromargol® / Cromargol® water
kettle decalcifier is only available in Germany and Austria.
▪ Prior to descaling, unplug the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool
down.
▪ Remove the strainer and place it inside the kettle. Replace the strainer after
descaling has finished.
▪ Shake the bottle of Cromargol® before using it. Fill the kettle with one
portion (100 ml) of Cromargol® kettle descaler and leave for approximately
five minutes to take effect. Then fill the appliance with cold tap water to
cover the limescale ring on the wall and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
▪ Then pour out the water and thoroughly rinse with cold tap water.
▪ Measure out and use other descaling agents according to the
manufacturer’s instructions.
Do not heat the solution during descaling.
Caution: the warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to observe the
descaling instructions.
For UK use only
▪ This product is supplied with a 13 A plug conforming to BS 1363 fitted to the
mains lead. If the plug is unsuitable for your socket outlets or needs to be
replaced, please note the following. If the plug is a non-rewireable one, cut
it from the mains lead and immediately dispose of it. Never insert it into a
socket outlet as there is a very great risk of an electric shock.

Mise en marche et informations générales
La bouilloire est composée d’acier inoxydable et de verre original Schott DURAN®. Résistante à la
chaleur, elle est robuste, facile à nettoyer et n’absorbe pas les odeurs.
Nettoyez la bouilloire soigneusement à l’intérieur avant la première mise en service. (voir chapitre
«Nettoyage et Entretien»).
Un filtre dans le bec verseur garantit le filtrage des particules calcaires de plus grande taille lors du
versement.
La surlongueur du câble peut être enroulée au fond du socle.
Branchez la fiche de contact à une prise électrique sécurisée.
Lors du remplissage de la bouilloire, veillez à respecter les quantités MIN (0,5 L) et MAX (1,4 l ou 1,7 L).
Remarque: Lorsque la quantité d’eau est insuffisante, la protection contre la marche à sec
(protection contre la surchauffe) de l’élément chauffant s’active automatiquement. Lorsque la quantité
d’eau est trop importante, cela peut entraîner un débordement de l’eau en ébullition ou chaude, ce qui
est susceptible de provoquer des brûlures ou des blessures graves.
Placez l’un des deux couvercles, en fonction de l’utilisation, sur la bouilloire, pour que le système
d’arrêt automatique fonctionne de manière fiable.
Remettez la bouilloire indifféremment de la position sur le socle.
N’utilisez pas l’eau de la première ébullition pour la préparation d’aliments.
Utilisation
La bouilloire à eau et à thé 2en1 de LONO vous permet de sélectionner individuellement la
température et la durée d‘infusion pour préparer du thé de manière optimale. Vous pouvez également
utiliser l‘appareil comme simple bouilloire. D‘autres fonctions, comme le maintien au chaud et la
cuisson, sont également disponibles. Les différentes possibilités sont détaillées ci-après.
Lors de la préparation de thé, la température de l’eau et la durée d’infusion jouent un rôle décisif. Vous
trouverez ci-après un aperçu à titre indicatif: Selon le type de thé et les préférences personnelles, la
température et la durée d’infusion peuvent être adaptées.

Préparer du thé
1. Retirez la bouilloire du socle.
2. Utilisez le couvercle avec la passoire à thé (1).
3. Remplissez la passoire à thé des feuilles de thé que vous souhaitez infuser. Pour ce faire, retirez la
passoire à thé du support en la tirant vers le bas (ill. A).
4. Replacez la passoire à thé dans le support jusqu‘à entendre un clic (ill. B).
5. Remplissez la bouilloire avec la quantité d‘eau souhaitée (MIN 0,5 L, MAX 1,4 L).
6. Replacez le couvercle avec la passoire à thé sur la bouilloire. Veillez à ce que la passoire à thé
repose dans le couvercle. Pour ce faire, tirez la passoire à thé vers le haut par la poignée de la tige
de commande (ill. C).Un aimant retient la passoire dans le couvercle.
7. Placez la bouilloire indifféremment de la position sur le socle.
8. Pour activer la bouilloire, appuyez sur la touche de programme/température souhaitée (70 °, 80 °,
90 °,100 °C ou « p »). La durée d‘infusion préréglée s‘affiche sur l‘écran. La durée d‘infusion peut
être adaptée individuellement, voir chapitre « Régler la durée d‘infusion ».
De même, il est possible d’allumer la bouilloire en appuyant directement sur le bouton marche/
arrêt. La touche de programme/température utilisée en dernier sera affichée (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C ou
« p »).
Remarque :10 secondes après le dernier actionnement, la bouilloire s’éteint automatiquement. Les
témoins lumineux s‘éteignent.
9. Appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt (11) pour démarrer le chauffage. Le bouton marche/arrêt
(11) et la touche de température choisie s‘allument. Vous pouvez à tout moment interrompre le
chauffage en appuyant de nouveau sur le bouton marche/arrêt (11) ou en retirant la bouilloire de
son socle.
10.Dès que l’eau a atteint la température souhaitée, un signal acoustique se fait entendre (plusieurs
fois à intervalles définis). La durée d‘infusion sur l‘affichage et le bouton marche/arrêt clignotent.
11. Appuyez sur la passoire à thé sur la poignée (2) jusqu‘à la butée. Le thé se trouve maintenant dans
l‘eau et peut développer tous ses arômes (ill.D).
12.Démarrez le minuteur en actionnant le bouton marche/arrêt afin de lancer la durée d‘infusion
réglée. La durée d‘infusion restante s‘affiche sur l‘écran.
Remarque :Environ 10 minutes après le dernier actionnement du bouton marche/arrêt, l‘appareil
s‘éteint automatiquement. Les témoins lumineux s‘éteignent.
13.Une fois la durée d‘infusion terminée, un signal acoustique se fait entendre (plusieurs fois à
intervalles définis). Ensuite, l‘appareil s‘éteint automatiquement. Vous pouvez également éteindre
l‘appareil en le retirant du socle ou en appuyant sur le bouton marche/arrêt.
14.Tirez maintenant la passoire à thé vers le haut par la poignée jusqu‘à ce qu‘elle soit maintenue sur
le couvercle. Vous pouvez maintenant déguster votre thé.
Remarque : Pour verser le thé, vous pouvez également utiliser le couvercle de fermeture.
Faire bouillir l‘eau
1. Retirez la bouilloire du socle.
2. Utilisez le couvercle de fermeture (12).
3. Remplissez la bouilloire avec la quantité d‘eau souhaitée (MIN 0,5 L, MAX 1,7 L).
4. Placez le couvercle sur la bouilloire.
5. Placez la bouilloire indifféremment de la position sur le socle.
6. Pour activer la bouilloire, appuyez sur la touche de programme/température souhaitée (70 °, 80 °,
90 °,100 °C ou « p »). La durée d‘infusion affichée à l‘écran peut également être réglée sur 00:00 si
nécessaire (voir chapitre « Régler la durée d‘infusion »).
De même, il est possible d’allumer la bouilloire en appuyant directement sur le bouton marche/arrêt.
La touche de programme/température utilisée en dernier sera affichée (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C ou « p »).

chauffage en appuyant de nouveau sur le bouton marche/arrêt (11) ou en retirant la bouilloire de
son socle.

fois à intervalles définis). L‘appareil s‘éteint automatiquement. Vous pouvez également éteindre

Régler la durée d‘infusion
L‘appareil est livré avec des durées d‘infusion préréglées pour les touches de programme/température
prédéfinies (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C ou « p »). Si vous souhaitez modifier ces durées en fonction du type de
thé, procédez de la manière suivante :
▪ En appuyant sur la touche de température souhaitée, la durée d‘infusion préréglée s‘affiche sur
l‘écran.
▪ Pour modifier la durée d‘infusion, maintenez la touche de température enfoncée pendant plus
de 3 secondes, jusqu‘à ce que les deux points entre les chiffres de l‘écran clignotent. Vous pouvez
à présent, en appuyant de manière répétée sur la même touche de température, régler la durée
d‘infusion entre 0 et 15 minutes par intervalles de 30 secondes.
▪ Après 8 secondes sans actionnement de la touche, la durée affichée en dernier est mémorisée et
l‘appareil s‘éteint.
▪ La température d‘infusion individuelle est à présent associée à la température de cuisson
correspondante.
▪ Les durées peuvent être modifiées comme vous le souhaitez.
Réglage individuel de la durée d‘infusion et de la température d‘infusion
La touche programme « P » (9) vous permet de régler individuellement la température et la durée
d‘infusion, pour un thé vraiment personnalisé. Vous pouvez choisir une température entre 60 ° et 100
°C et une durée entre 0 et 15 minutes.
▪ Appuyez sur la touche « P » (9). Les dernières températures et durées d‘infusion réglées clignotent
alternativement sur l‘écran.
▪ Pour modifier les valeurs, appuyez de nouveau sur la touche « P » (9) pendant plus de 3 secondes,
jusqu‘à ce que les deux points entre les chiffres clignotent à l‘écran. Vous pouvez à présent, en
appuyant de manière répétée sur la touche « P », régler la durée d‘infusion entre 0 et 15 minutes
par intervalles de 30 secondes. Lorsque vous cessez d‘actionner la touche « P », le mode mémoire
passe automatiquement après quelques secondes sur le réglage de température. Le C après le
chiffre de température clignote à l‘écran. La température peut être réglée par intervalles de 5 °C en
appuyant de manière répétée sur la touche « P ».
▪ Après 8 secondes sans actionnement de la touche « P », les valeurs sont mémorisées, un signal
acoustique se fait entendre et l‘appareil s‘éteint.
Fonction d’ébullition
La bouilloire est équipée d’une fonction d’ébullition. La fonction d‘ébullition permet d‘obtenir une eau
pratiquement exempte de germes.
Pour l’activer, lors de la sélection de la température souhaitée, appuyez deux fois sur la touche de
température correspondante (70 °, 80 ° ou 90 °C). La touche de la température souhaitée et la touche
100 °C s’allument.
Appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt pour démarrer le processus de chauffage.
Une fois que l’eau a bouilli, la touche 100 °C s’éteint et le processus de refroidissement commence
automatiquement. Le bouton marche/arrêt clignote. La température actuelle de l‘eau s‘affiche sur
l‘écran. Dès que la température souhaitée est atteinte, un signal acoustique se fait entendre (plusieurs
fois à intervalles définis). Vous pouvez maintenant préparer le thé et démarrer le processus d‘infusion
ou utiliser l‘eau à d‘autres fins.
Remarque : Veuillez noter que le refroidissement de l’eau, de 100 °C à 60 °C ou 70 °C prend plus de
temps.
Fonction de maintien au chaud
La fonction de maintien au chaud permet de maintenir au chaud le thé infusé ou l‘eau chaude
pendant jusqu‘à 40 minutes. Cette fonction ne peut être utilisée que lorsque le processus d‘ébullition
ou d‘infusion est terminé. Elle sert pour ainsi dire de « fonction de réchaud ». La dernière température
utilisée comme température de maintien au chaud sera utilisée.
Pour activer la fonction de maintien au chaud, appuyez consécutivement sur la touche de maintien au
chaud (10) et le bouton marche/arrêt (11). Les deux touches s‘allument et la durée restante s‘affiche à
l‘écran. La fonction de maintien au chaud s‘éteint automatiquement dès que le récipient en verre est
retiré du socle ou que les 40 minutes de durée de maintien au chaud sont écoulées.
Remarque : La fonction de maintien au chaud ne peut pas être activée lorsque la température de l‘eau
est de 100 °C.
Nettoyage et entretien
Débranchez l’appareil et laissez-le refroidir.
Ne plongez pas l’appareil dans l’eau, mais essuyez-le avec un chiffon humide,
imbibé d’un peu de produit vaisselle, puis séchez-le.
N’utilisez pas de nettoyants corrosifs ou abrasifs.
Nettoyez l’intérieur de la bouilloire avec de l’eau chaude et une brosse à vaisselle.
Dans ce but, retirez le couvercle avec la passoire à thé ou le couvercle de fermeture.
Afin d’éviter des dépôts de thé, nous vous recommandons de nettoyer le récipient
en verre après chaque utilisation. En cas d’entartrage ou de saletés tenaces, vous
pouvez réaliser un processus de détartrage. (voir le chapitre « Détartrage »).
ATTENTION : Ne nettoyez jamais la bouilloire sous l’eau courante.
Pour le nettoyage, le filtre anti-tartre (3) du bec verseur peut être retiré. Pour ce faire,
tirez la languette du filtre vers le haut pour le sortir.
Pour remettre le filtre par la languette, le placez dans le bec verseur depuis le haut et
appuyer vers le bas. Lorsque vous replacez le filtre, veillez à ce que la languette soit
dirigée vers l‘avant du bec verseur.
Pour faciliter le nettoyage, le filtre anti-tartre (3), le couvercle avec la passoire à thé (1) et le couvercle
de fermeture (12) peuvent être lavés au lave-vaisselle.

Détartrer
Des dépôts calcaires peuvent causer des pertes d’énergie et influencent la durée
de vie de l’appareil. L’appareil s’éteint trop tôt si la couche calcaire est trop
importante. Cette couche se laisse alors très difficilement enlever. Détartrez pour
cette raison régulièrement votre bouilloire.
Nous vous conseillons d’utiliser le détartrant bouilloire Cromargol®. Ce dernier
a été spécialement conçu pour le détartrage de bouilloires. Il est hautement
efficace, ne représente aucun danger pour les aliments et est neutre en goût et
en odeur. Par sa formule de soins spéciale avec 2 doubles additifs, le détartrant
bouilloire Cromargol® préserve les matériaux.
Vous pourrez en règle générale obtenir Cromargol® là où vous avez acheté
l’appareil ou dans un commerce spécialisé de votre choix.Le détartrant
Cromargol® / détartrant bouilloire Cromargol® est uniquement disponible en
Allemagne et en Autriche.
Débrancher l’appareil avant le détartrage et le laisser refroidir.
▪ Retirez le filtre et posez-le sur le fond de la bouilloire. Une fois le détartrage
terminé, remettez le filtre.
▪ Avant l’utilisation, secouer la bouteille de Cromargol®. Verser une dose (100
ml) de détartrant bouilloire Cromargol® et laisser agir environ 5 minutes.
Remplir ensuite l’appareil jusqu’au-dessus de la limite du calcaire sur les parois
avec de l’eau froide et laisser reposer durant 30 minutes.
▪ Vider l’appareil ensuite et le rincer soigneusement avec de l’eau potable froide.
▪ Doser et utiliser d’autres agents détartrants en suivant les instructions
des fabricants.
Ne pas chauffer la solution durant le processus de détartrage.
Attention, aucun droit à garantie n’est engagé pour des dommages dus au non-
respect des prescriptions du détartrage.
L’appareil est conforme aux directives européennes 2014/35/CE, 2014/30/CE et
2009/125/CE.
Au terme de son utilisation ce produit ne doit pas être éliminé avec les déchets
ménagers habituels, mais il doit être déposé dans un point de collecte pour le
recyclage d’appareils électriques et électroniques.

Afferrare il bollitore caldo soltanto in corrispondenza dell’impugnatura e non aprire il coperchio
per versare.
▪ Svuotare sempre completamente la pentola. Non lasciare a lungo acqua residua nell’apparecchio.

Messa in funzione e informazioni generali
Il bollitore è realizzato in acciaio inox e vetro originale Schott DURAN®: resistente al calore, robusto,
neutrale ai sapori e facile da pulire.
Prima del primo utilizzo pulire a fondo l’interno del bollitore. (Si veda capitolo “Pulizia e
manutenzione”).
Nel beccuccio di versamento un filtro fa sì che durante il versamento vengano trattenute le particelle
di calcare più grandi.
La parte non necessaria del cavo di collegamento può essere avvolto al fondo della base.
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione a una presa schuko.
Durante il riempimento del bollitore, prestare attenzione alle quantità MIN (0,5 l) e MAX (1,4 l o 1,7 l).
Avvertenza: se si versa troppa poca acqua, la protezione contro il funzionamento a secco
(protezione da surriscaldamento) disattiva automaticamente le resistenze. In caso di troppa acqua, può
traboccare l’acqua bollente o calda; ciò potrebbe causare gravi ustioni o lesioni.
Fissare uno dei due coperchi, a seconda dell’uso del bollitore, in modo che il sistema automatico di
“arresto bollitura” funzioni. Collocare il bollitore nella posizione desiderata sulla base.
Non utilizzare l’acqua della prima operazione di cottura per la preparazione di generi alimentari.
Uso
Con il bollitore 2in1 LONO potrete preparare un ottimo tè, con la possibilità di personalizzare la scelta
della temperatura e del tempo di infusione. Oppure potrete utilizzare l‘apparecchio anche come
bollitore. Sono inoltre disponibili altre funzioni, come quelle per bollire o mantenere caldo il tè. Qui di
seguito vengono spiegate nei dettagli le diverse possibilità con questo bollitore.
La temperatura dell’acqua e il tempo di riposo rivestono un ruolo fondamentale per la preparazione del
tè. Segue una sintesi a scopo orientativo: la temperatura e il tempo di riposo possono essere adattati in
base al tipo di tè o alle preferenze personali.

Preparazione del tè
1. Prendere il bollitore dalla base.
2. Utilizzare il coperchio con il filtro da tè (1).
3. Riempire il filtro con le foglie di tè desiderate. Per fare questo, sfilare il filtro da tè dal supporto
verso il basso (fig. A).
4. Inserire nuovamente il filtro nel supporto fino a quando non scatta in posizione (fig. B).
5. Riempire il bollitore con la quantità d‘acqua desiderata (MIN 0,5 l, MAX 1,4 l)
6. Collocare il coperchio insieme al filtro da tè sul bollitore. Assicurarsi che il filtro da tè sia fissato al
coperchio. Per fare questo, tirare verso l‘alto il filtro da tè in direzione dell‘impugnatura dell‘asta
centrale (fig. C). Il filtro viene mantenuto da un magnete sul coperchio.
7. Fissare il bollitore sulla base nella posizione desiderata.
8. Per attivare il bollitore, premere il tasto di temperatura/programma desiderato (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C

9. Premere il tasto Avvio/Arresto (11) per avviare il riscaldamento. Il tasto Avvio/Arresto (11) e il
tasto di temperatura selezionato si accendono. È possibile annullare il riscaldamento in qualsiasi
momento premendo nuovamente il tasto Avvio/Arresto (11) o sollevando il bollitore dalla base.
10.Una volta che l‘acqua ha raggiunto la temperatura desiderata, viene emesso un segnale acustico
(più volte a determinati intervalli). Il tempo di infusione viene visualizzato nel display e il tasto
Avvio/Arresto lampeggia.
11. Premere verso il basso il filtro da tè alla maniglia (2) fino all‘arresto. A questo punto il tè si trova in
acqua e può sviluppare tutto il suo aroma (fig. D).
12.Avviare il timer per il tempo di infusione selezionato premendo il tasto Avvio/Arresto. Nel display
viene visualizzato il tempo di infusione residuo.
Avvertenza:dopo circa 10 minuti il dispositivo si spegne automaticamente senza premere il pulsante
Avvio/Arresto. Le spie di controllo si spengono.

13.Trascorso il tempo di infusione, viene emesso un segnale acustico (più volte a determinati
intervalli). Subito dopo l‘apparecchio si spegne automaticamente. È inoltre possibile spegnere il
dispositivo rimuovendolo dalla base o premendo il tasto Avvio/Arresto.
14.A questo punto, tirare il filtro da tè dalla maniglia verso l‘alto fino a quando viene mantenuto sul
coperchio. Il tè e ora pronto per essere gustato.
Avvertenza: in alternativa, è possibile anche poggiare il coperchio per versare.
Bollire l‘acqua
1. Prendere il bollitore dalla base.
2. Utilizzare il coperchio (12).
3. Riempire il bollitore con la quantità d‘acqua desiderata (MIN 0,5 l, MAX 1,7 l)
4. Fissare il coperchio sul bollitore.
5. Fissare il bollitore sulla base nella posizione desiderata.
6. Per attivare il bollitore, premere il tasto di temperatura/programma desiderato (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C
o „p“). Se necessario, il tempo di infusione visualizzato nel display può essere impostato a 00:00 (si
veda il capitolo „Impostazione del tempo di infusione“).
In alternativa, è anche possibile attivare il bollitore premendo il tasto Avvio/Arresto. Nel display
viene indicato il pulsante di temperatura/programma utilizzato per ultimo (70°, 80°, 90°, 100°C o
„p“).

(più volte a determinati intervalli). L‘apparecchio si spegne automaticamente. È inoltre possibile
spegnere il dispositivo rimuovendolo dalla base o premendo il tasto Avvio/Arresto.
Sistema di sicurezza
Un termostato protegge il bollitore dal surriscaldamento in caso di accensioni involontarie in assenza
di acqua, spegnendo l’apparecchio.
Prima di versare l’acqua, è assolutamente necessario far raffreddare il bollitore.
Se in caso di uso improprio dovesse guastarsi il primo termostato, un ulteriore limitatore di
temperatura provvede ad una protezione affidabile.
Impostazione del tempo di infusione
L‘apparecchio viene consegnato con tempi di infusione predefiniti per i tasti di temperatura/
programma preselezionati (70°, 80°, 90°, 100°C o „p“). Se si desidera modificare questi tempi a seconda
del tipo di tè, procedere nel seguente modo:
▪ Premendo il pulsante di temperatura desiderato sul display viene visualizzato il tempo di infusione
preimpostato.
▪ Per modificare il tempo di infusione, tenere premuto il pulsante di temperatura per più di
3 secondi fino a quando i due punti tra le cifre sul display lampeggiano. A questo punto è
possibile modificare il tempo di infusione da 0 a 15 minuti, premendo più volte lo stesso tasto di
temperatura in incrementi di 30 secondi.
▪ Se il tasto non viene premuto per più di 8 secondi, il tempo indicato per ultimo viene salvato e
l‘apparecchio si spegne.
▪ A partire da quel momento, la temperatura di infusione personalizzata viene abbinata alla
temperatura di ebollizione.
▪ I tempi possono essere modificati arbitrariamente.
Impostazione individuale del tempo e della temperatura di infusione
Il tasto di programma „P“ (9) consente la regolazione individuale del tempo e della temperatura di
infusione per il vostro tè del tutto personale. È possibile scegliere tra temperature da 60° a 100°C e
tempi di infusione da 0 a 15 minuti.
▪ Premere il tasto P (9). La temperatura e il tempo di infusione impostati per ultimi lampeggiano in
alternanza sul display.
▪ Per modificare i valori, premere nuovamente il tasto P (9) per più di 3 secondi fino a quando i
due punti tra le cifre sul display lampeggiano. A questo punto è possibile impostare il tempo di
infusione premendo più volte lo stesso tasto di temperatura in passi di 30 secondi da 0 a 15 minuti.
Se non si preme il tasto P, la modalità di memoria passa automaticamente dopo alcuni secondi
all‘impostazione della temperatura. Il display mostra la C lampeggiante dopo la temperatura. La
temperatura può essere selezionata in incrementi da 5°C premendo ripetutamente il tasto P.
▪ Se il pulsante non viene premuto per più di 8 secondi, i valori vengono salvati, verrà udito un
segnale acustico di conferma e l‘apparecchio si spegne.
Funzione di cottura
Il bollitore è dotato di una funzione di cottura. Attraverso la bollitura si ottiene un‘acqua praticamente
sterilizzata.
Per attivare la bollitura, premere due volte il tasto della temperatura corrispondente (70°, 80° o 90°C)
durante la selezione della temperatura desiderata. Il tasto della temperatura selezionata e il tasto
100°C si accendono.
Premere il tasto Avvio/Arresto per avviare il processo di bollitura.
In seguito alla bollitura dell‘acqua, il tasto 100°C si spegne e il processo di raffreddamento inizia
automaticamente. Il pulsante Avvio/Arresto lampeggia. Nel display viene visualizzata l‘attuale
temperatura dell‘acqua. Una volta raggiunta la temperatura desiderata, viene emesso un segnale
acustico (più volte a determinati intervalli). A questo punto è possibile preparare il tè e avviare il
processo di estrazione o utilizzare l‘acqua per altri scopi.
Avvertenza: tenere presente che il raffreddamento dell‘acqua da 100°C a 60°C o 70°C può necessitare
di un periodo di tempo più lungo.
Funzione di mantenimento in caldo
La funzione di mantenimento in caldo permette di mantenere caldo il tè fermentato o l‘acqua
fino a 40 minuti. Questa funzione può essere utilizzata solo dopo che il processo di bollitura e di
fermentazione è completato. La sua funzione è simile a quella di un fornellino. L‘ultima temperatura
sarà utilizzata come quella di mantenimento del calore.
Per attivare la funzione di mantenimento del calore, premere l ‚apposito tasto (10) e il pulsante
Avvio/Arresto (11) uno dopo l‘altro. Entrambi i tasti si accendono e nel display viene visualizzato il
tempo residuo. La funzione di mantenimento in caldo si spegne automaticamente non appena viene
estratto il contenitore in vetro dalla base o appena raggiunti i 40 minuti necessari per il tempo di
riscaldamento.
Avvertenza: la funzione di mantenimento in caldo non può essere attivata ad una temperatura
dell‘acqua di 100°C.

Pulizia e manutenzione
▪ Staccare la spina e far raffreddare l’apparecchio.
▪ Non immergere l’apparecchio in acqua, bensì strofinarlo con un panno umido con un po’ di
detersivo e successivamente asciugarlo.
▪ Non usare detergenti corrosivi e abrasivi.
▪ Pertanto, rimuovere il coperchio sigillante o il coperchio per il filtro da tè.
▪ Al fine di evitare l’accumulo di tè, consigliamo di pulire il recipiente di vetro dopo ogni utilizzo. In
caso di sporcizia o calcificazione persistente, si può effettuare la procedura di decalcificazione. (Si
veda capitolo “Decalcificazione”).
ATTENZIONE: non pulire mail il bollitore sotto l’acqua corrente.
Il filtro anticalcare (3) nel beccuccio per versare può essere estratto per la pulizia.
Pertanto, estrarre verso l‘alto il filtro dalla sua linguetta.
Per l‘inserimento, rimuovere il filtro dalla linguetta, fissarlo dall‘alto nel beccuccio per
versare e premere verso il basso. Assicurarsi che durante l‘inserimento la linguetta sia
rivolta verso la parte anteriore del becco.
Per una facile pulizia, il filtro anticalcare (3), il coperchio con filtro da tè (1) e il tappo di chiusura (12)
possono essere lavati in lavastoviglie.
Decalcificazione
I depositi di calcare portano a perdite energetiche e pregiudicano la durata
dell’apparecchio. L’apparecchio si spegne precocemente se lo strato di calcare è
troppo spesso. A questo punto il deposito sarà difficile da rimuovere. Pertanto,
decalcificare regolarmente.
Consigliamo l’utilizzo del decalcificante per bollitori Cromargol®. È stato
appositamente sviluppato per la decalcificazione di bollitori ed è altamente
efficace, sicuro per uso alimentare, insapore e inodore. Grazie alla speciale
formula protettiva con 2 doppi additivi il decalcificante per bollitori
Cromargol® è inoltre molto delicato sul materiale.
Cromargol®è di solito disponibile nel negozio di rivendita dell’apparecchio o nei
negozi specializzati. Il decalcificante Cromargol® / decalcificante per bollitore
Cromargol® è disponibile solo in Germania e Austria.
▪ Staccare l’apparecchio dalla rete prima della decalcificazione e lasciarlo
raffreddare.
▪ Togliere il cestello filtro e metterlo sul fondo del bollitore. Al termine della
decalcificazione, reinserire il filtro.
▪ Prima dell’uso agitare la bottiglia di Cromargol® . Versare una porzione (100
ml) di decalcificante per bollitori Cromargol® e lasciare agire per ca. 5
minuti. Riempire quindi l’apparecchio con acqua di rubinetto fredda fino al
bordo di calcare sulla parete e lasciar riposare per 30 minuti.
▪ In seguito versare l’acqua e risciacquare a fondo con acqua di rubinetto
fredda.
▪ Per l’utilizzo di altri decalcificanti, fare riferimento alle istruzioni fornite
dai rispettivi produttori.
Non riscaldare la soluzione durante la decalcificazione.
Attenzione, per danni dovuti alla mancata osservanza delle disposizioni di
decalcificazione decade ogni garanzia.
L’apparecchio è conforme alle direttive europee 2014/35/CE, 2014/30/CE e
2009/125/CE.
Alla fine del suo ciclo di vita non buttare il prodotto nella spazzatura domestica,
ma consegnarlo in un centro di riciclaggio di apparecchi elettrici o elettronici.
I materiali possono essere riciclati in conformità con la loro etichettatura. Grazie
al riciclaggio, al recupero e ad altre forme di recupero di vecchi apparecchi, si
riesce a contribuire in modo significativo alla protezione dell’ambiente.

Advertencias de seguridad

Puesta en funcionamiento e información general
El hervidor de agua está fabricado en acero inoxidable y vidrio original Schott-DURAN®. Este vidrio es
resistente al calor, duradero, de sabor neutral y de limpieza fácil.
Antes del primer uso limpie bien el hervidor de agua por dentro. (véase el capítulo “Limpieza y
cuidados”)
Dentro del pico vertedor hay un filtro que sirve para retener la mayor parte de cal cuando vierte el
agua.
El cable sobrante puede guardarse enrollado en el suelo de la base.
Conecte el enchufe de red a una caja de enchufe con puesta a tierra.
Al llenar el hervidor de agua, tenga en cuenta las cantidades mínimas (0,5 l) y máximas (1,4 l o 1,7 l).
Indicación: Si vierte poca agua, la función de apagado automático
(protección contra sobrecalentamiento) desactiva de manera automática la resistencia calentadora.
En caso de que haya demasiada agua, se puede desbordar el agua caliente o hirviendo, lo que puede
causar quemaduras o lesiones graves.
Coloque una de las dos tapas, de acuerdo con el uso, sobre el hervidor de agua para que el sistema
automático de parada de hervor trabaje de manera confiable. Coloque el hervidor de agua sobre la
base. No utilice el primer agua de la cocción para preparar alimentos.
Manejo
Con el hervidor de agua y té 2 en 1 de LONO es posible preparar té de forma óptima, ya que se puede
seleccionar individualmente la temperatura y el tiempo de escaldado. De manera alternativa, se
puede utilizar el aparato como hervidor de agua. También hay otras funciones a disposición, como
el mantenimiento del calor o el hervor. A continuación se explican de forma detallada las diferentes
posibilidades.
A la hora de preparar el té la temperatura del agua y el tiempo de reposo son muy importantes. A
continuación se ofrece una descripción orientativa: En función del tipo de té y del gusto personal se
pueden ajustar la temperatura y el tiempo de reposo.

Preparar té
1. Retire el hervidor de agua de la base.
2. Utilice la tapa con colador de té (1).
3. Llene el colador de té con las hojas de té deseadas. Para esto, retire el colador de té del soporte
empujando hacia abajo (Fig. A).
4. Coloque el colador de té nuevamente en el soporte, presionando hasta que se escuche que ha
encastrado (Fig. B).
5. Llene el hervidor de agua con la cantidad de agua deseada (MÍN 0,5 l, MÁX 1,4 l).
6. Coloque la tapa junto con el colador de té sobre el hervidor de agua. Controle que el colador de té
se encuentre junto a la tapa. Para esto, empuje hacia arriba el colador de té tomándolo del mango
de la varilla de guía (Fig. C).El colador se mantiene pegado a la tapa gracias a un imán.
7. Coloque el hervidor de agua sobre la base.
8. Para activar el hervidor de agua, presione la tecla de temperatura/programa deseada (70°, 80°,
90°,100°C o „p“). En la pantalla se muestra el tiempo de escaldado preestablecido. El tiempo de
escaldado se puede adaptar de manera individual, véase para ello el capítulo „Ajustar tiempo de
escaldado“.
También puede encender el hervidor de agua pulsando la tecla Start/Stopp. Se muestra la última
tecla de temperatura/programa utilizada (70°, 80°, 90°,100°C o „p“).
Indicación: Después de 10 segundos sin activación, el hervidor de agua se apaga automáticamente.
Las luces de control se apagan.
9. Presione la tecla Start/Stopp (11) para iniciar el calentamiento. La tecla Start/Stopp (11) y la tecla
de temperatura seleccionada se encienden. Puede interrumpir el calentamiento en el momento en
que lo desee presionando nuevamente la tecla Start/Stopp (11) o retirando el hervidor de agua de
la base.
10.En cuanto el agua alcanza la temperatura deseada, suena una señal acústica (varias veces a
intervalos regulares). El tiempo de escaldado en la pantalla y la tecla Start/Stopp parpadean.
11. Presione el colador de té desde el mango (2) hacia abajo, hasta el tope. El té se encuentra ahora en
el agua y puede desplegar todo su aroma (Fig. D).
12.Inicie el contador para el tiempo de escaldado seleccionado presionando la tecla Start/Stopp. En la
pantalla se muestra el tiempo de escaldado faltante.
Indicación:Tras aprox. 10 min. sin que se presione la tecla Start/Stopp, el aparato se apaga
automáticamente. Las luces de control se apagan.
