
General Instructi n Bef re Riding
1) Tire check - Check the tires f r c rrect inflati n pressure and f r any signs f physical
damage.
2) Brake check - Squeeze the brake lever (Fr nt then Rear) as hard as y u can, push the
sc ter f rward and check the braking resistance.
3) Safety Circuit Breaker (P. 6) When the key is inserted and turned t the ”ON” p siti n, the
p wer indicat r will illuminate. If instant current is ver 1000A, the p wer will be aut matically cut
ff t av id ver-heating and damage. Wait f r ne minute and then reset the circuit breaker
l cated under the seat t restart y ur sc ter. This circuit breaker is switched ff bef re delivery,
please switch n bef re riding.
4) Battery Check - Make sure y ur sc ter is sufficiently charged and always check the battery
gauge while y u are riding and be sure that it d es n t get t l w t ften.
5) Steering - Inspect the handlebar f r any damage. Apply the fr nt brake and push the
handlebar up and d wn t check f r any unusual n ises. M ve the handlebar in all directi ns t
check f r any l se parts r bstructi ns. Any pr blems sh uld be c rrected bef re use.
6) SAFETY NOTICE
6.1. T prevent the sc ter m ving away unexpectedly, always turn the key t the “OFF”
p siti n bef re dism unting r leaving the sc ter unattended.
6.2. Always engage the rear brake when m unting r dism unting the sc ter. Ensure that
y u are seated n the sc ter and check that the stands are clear f the gr und, bef re t uching
the thr ttle. If y u twist the thr ttle bef re y u are ready t g r while y u are m unting the
sc ter it may m ve away fr m y u and c uld lead t an accident.
7) Water and Cleaning - Y ur sc ter can be ridden in wet and rainy c nditi ns. When riding in
rain, d n t ride thr ugh deep puddles r muddy areas as excessive water will cause the m t r
and ther electrical c mp nents t suffer damage. During cleaning, as with any m t r vehicle, be
sure t av id s aking any electrical c mp nent during cleaning t av id seri us damage.
NEVER USE A HIGH PRESSURE WASHER WHEN CLEANING THE BIKE
8) Parking - Y ur sc ter sh uld n t be left in str ng, direct sunlight r heavy rain f r extended
l ng peri ds as this will prematurely age and damage paintw rk and the general finish f the
sc ters appearance and s me f the electric c mp nents may verheat.
9) Riding - Never verl ad and ride y ur sc ter. Pr l nged use with excessive weight c uld
cause seri us damage t the electr nic and mechanic parts and v id y ur warranty. It is
rec mmended that all new sc ter riders enr ll in rider training f r safety reas ns.
10) R ad Rules - As with any vehicle, a sc ter rider must always c mply with the l cal r ad
traffic rules and regulati ns. Bef re taking y ur sc ter ut n a public r ad, make sure y u are
familiar with traffic rules and regulati ns and any special requirements f r m t rcycles &
sc ters.
11) Never drink and ride - Alc h l sl ws reflexes and greatly limits y ur ability t perate a
sc ter. Even a very small am unt f alc h l will reduce y ur ability t perate a sc ter safely.
