【Product Overview】
The product is a data exchange interface converter between
USB and RS-232/485/422, model is USB232/485/422 (1 USB
port +1 RS-485/422/232 serial port +1 9~48VDC power
supply).

【Mounting Dimension】
Unit: mm
Notice before mounting:
Don't place or install the device in area near water or
moist, keep the relative humidity of the device
surrounding between 5%~95% without condensation.
Before power on, first confirm the supported power
supply specification to avoid over-voltage damaging the
device.
The device surface temperature is high after running;
please don't directly contact to avoid scalding.
Notice before power on:
Power ON operation: First insert the power supply
terminal block into the device power supply interface,
and then plug the power supply plug contact and power
on.
Power OFF operation: First, remove the power plug,
and then remove the wiring section of terminal block.
Please pay attention to the above operation sequence.

【Power Supply Connection】
External power supply and USB power supply
are optional (both can also be simultaneously
supplied). Power input provides 3-pin 5.08mm
pitch terminal blocks, supports non-polarity and anti-reverse
connection protection. The device can still work normally when
inversely connected. Power supply range: 9～48VDC.
【Serial port】
RS-232
The device provides 1 RS-232 serial port,
interface adopts DB9 male head, pin definition
is as follows:

RS-485/422
The device provides 1 RS-485/422 serial port,
the interface adopts 5-pin 5.08mm pitch
terminal block, supports 2KVAC isolation
protection, 8KV electrostatic protection. The pin definitions are
shown as follows:

【USB Interface】
The device provides 1 USB port, the interface
is A- type USB female head, and the pin
definition is as follows:

【Checking LED Indicator】
The monitoring working status of the LED indicator of the
device can comprehensively simplify the solution of faults.
The detailed status of each indicator is shown in the following
table:
