Scale Initial Setup and Battery Replacement
•This scale operates on one
CR2032
battery (included).
•
To
activate the battery
for
initial use: Open the battery cover on the
bottom
of
the
scale
and remove the safety strip. Ensure the correct
polarity
of
the battery
1+/-).
•
To
replace the battery: Open the battery cover and slide the battery
down until it
can
be
easily removed.
Be
careful not
to
bend the
contact. Insert the new battery .(l x
CR2032)
and close the battery
cover.
Scale Powering
On/Off
•
Place
the
scale
on aflat surface.
•Turn on the
scale
by pressing the
ON/OFF
button.
•
Scale
will
be
ready
for
use
when
Okg/g
or
O.Olb/oz
is
displayed
on
the screen.
•This
scale
is
equipped
with
an
auto-offfeature
to
conserve battery power. The unit
will turn
off
automatically after being idle
for
2minutes.
•Turn the
scale
off
manually by lightly touching and holding the
ON/OFF
button.
Weight and Volume Measurement
•
Press
the ON/T
ARE
button
to
change the desired unit
of
measure
(kg/g =kilogram/gram
to
Ib/oz =pounds/ounces)
Tare Function (Add 'n Weigh)
•
Place
abowl on the scale and
press
the
TARE
button
to
set the
scale
to
0
•Weigh your first ingredient
•
Press
TARE
button
again
to
reset
to
0,
then add and weigh your next ingredient
•Repeat
for
additional ingredients
•This process
can
be
repeated until the max. capacity
of
the
scale
has
been reached
•The display will show the total accumulated weight
with
anegative number after
the bowl
is
removed
from
the scale
Care Instructions
•Clean the outside
of
the
scale
with
aslightly damp cloth, do
not
immerse.

citric acid, solvents
and
abrasive cleaning agents.

Error Messages
