Advantechwarrantstoyou,theoriginalpurchaser,thateachofits
productswillbefreefrom
defectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipfortwoyearsfromthedateofpurchase.
This
warrantydoesnotapplyto
any
products
which
havebeenrepaired
oralteredbypersons
otherthanrepair
personnelauthorizedbyAdvantech,orwhich
havebeensubject
tomisuse,
abuse,
accidentor
improperinstallation.Advantechassumesnoliabilityunderthetermsof
thiswarrantyasaconsequenceofsuchevents.
Becauseof
Advantech’s
highquality‐controlstandardsandrigoroustesting,mostofour
customersneverneedtouse
ourrepairservice.If
anAdvantech
productisdefective,itwillbe
repairedorreplacedatnochargeduringthewarrantyperiod.Forout‐ of‐warranty
repairs,
youwill
bebilledaccording
tothecost
ofreplacementmaterials,servicetime
andfreight.

informationabouttheproblemencountered.(Forexample,CPUspeed,
Advantechproductsused,otherhardwareandsoftwareused,
etc.)Noteanything
abnormalandlistanyonscreenmessagesyougetwhentheproblemoccurs.

Callyourdealeranddescribethe
problem.Please
have
yourmanual,product,andany
helpfulinformationreadily
available.

Ifyourproductisdiagnosedasdefective,obtainanRMA(returnmerchandise
authorization)numberfrom
yourdealer.Thisallowsusto
process
your
returnmore
quickly.

Carefullypack
thedefectiveproduct,afully‐completedRepairand
ReplacementOrder
Card
and
a
photocopyproofof
purchasedate(such
as
yoursalesreceipt)inashippable
container.Aproductreturned
without
proofofthepurchasedateisnoteligiblefor
warrantyservice.

number
visiblyontheoutsideofthe

andshipitprepaidtoyour
