USING YOUR APPLIANCE
BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove the parts from the packaging.
2. Assemble as instructed in the
assembly page.
3. Your appliance is now ready for normal
use.
4. Dispose of the packaging in a
responsible manner.
HOW TO POSITION THE TURNTABLE
Ensure that the product is placed on a
at level surface in a dust free, cool, dry
environment with good ventilation and
where it cannot be knocked or bumped and
the power cable will not cause a trip hazard.
MAINS CONNECTION
1. Ensure that the mains voltage of your
home corresponds to the operating
voltage of the adaptor.
2. Connect the DC connector to the DC
Power jack on the unit.
3. Plug in the power adaptor to the mains
socket.
AMPLIFIER CONNECTION (IF REQUIRED)
Whilst you can listen to your new turntable
using the built in speakers you may wish to
connect it to your turntable.
Connect the audio plugs to the line input on
your mixer or amplier using an RCA cable
(not supplied).
• Red plug into r/h channel input.
• White plug into l/h channel input.
Note: The turntable is equipped with its own
speakers for music playback.
HEADPHONE JACK OUT
• To listen to music via headphones,
decrease the volume to a low level by
rotating the Volume Dial in an anti-
clockwise direction.
• Insert one end of the headphones into
the headphone jack and the other end
into your ear.
PLAYING A RECORD
1. Lift up the lid and make sure to secure
the arm support.
2. Rotate the On/O Volume Dial
(clockwise) to turn on the turntable.
3. Press the Mode button to select
Turntable mode.
4. Remove the protective cover from the
stylus cartridge by gently sliding it
away from the tone arm.
5. Place the record of your choice on the
turntable. If you are using a 45 RPM
record where the centre hole has been
removed; DO NOT forget to place the
adaptor on the record spindle rst
before you begin playback. Note: Not
all 45RPM records will require the
adaptor.
6. Choose the desired playing speed using
the Speed Selection Switch between
33, 45 and 78 RPM.
7. Unlock the tone arm from the arm lock
by pushing it aside.
8. Raise the tone arm using the arm
raising lever or by carefully lifting it.

9. Place the stylus vertically over the rst
track of the record and the turntable
will start turning automatically.
10. Put down the stylus slowly on the
record to play.
11. Once the tone arm reaches the end
of the record at the centre of the
turntable, playback will stop. Lift up the
tone arm and put it on the rest when
nished.
Note: The record should automatically stop
when it comes to an end. If the turntable
does not shut o, turn o the power with
the On/O Volume Dial.
Note: If your record stops before the last
track nishes, you will have to manually re-
start playback.
12. Replace the protective cap on the stylus
and close the tone arm lock.
13. Turn o the power with the On/O
Volume Dial (anti-clockwise), and
unplug the device at the Mains.
Note: Always ensure that the tone arm is
secured before transporting.
ENCODE MUSIC VIA USB
1. Make sure the turntable is on.
2. Place a record on the turntable.
3. Insert the USB into the USB port of the
turntable.
4. Long press the Mode button to select
USB to begin encoding your music.
5. Begin record playback.
6. When nished, long press the Mode
button.
Note: Encoding can only be done via USB.
This feature does not work in Bluetooth
mode.
PLAYING MUSIC VIA USB
1. Make sure the turntable is on.
2. Insert the USB (with your encoded
music) into the turntable’s USB port.
3. Control playback via the turntable’s
controls.
PLAYING MUSIC VIA BLUETOOTH
1. Turn on the turntable by rotating the
On/O Volume dial in a clockwise
direction.
2. Press the Mode button to select BT or
Bluetooth mode.
3. The Bluetooth indicator light will ash
when the turntable is ready to pair with
your device.
4. Turn Bluetooth on in your mobile device
and search for the turntable. Select
“A60020” and pair it with your device.
Note: If a password is required, press
“0000” and pair with the device.
5. The Bluetooth indicator light will
stop ashing once your device is
successfully paired.
6. Music playback and sound can now
be controlled on the turntable or your
mobile device.

REPLACING THE STYLUS
CAUTION! Ensure the turntable is powered
OFF before replacing the stylus. Do not bend
the stylus or touch the needle, as this may
cause injury.
1. To remove the old stylus, carefully
place a screwdriver at the tip of the
stylus and push downward.
2. Remove the old stylus by gently pulling
it down and forward simultaneously.
3. To install the new stylus, hold the
stylus at the front edge (needle side)
and insert the rear edge into the tone
arm. (GUIDE PIN INSIDE)
4. Push the stylus upward until it locks
into position. Refer to C on the gure
above.

CLEANING AND CARE
IMPORTANT:
• Always disconnect the equipment from
the power supply before cleaning.
• Clean the equipment with a soft, damp,
lint free cloth.
• Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaners.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from
children and pets.
CLEANING AND STORING VINYL RECORDS
• Use a soft anti-static cloth to gently
wipe the surface.
• Store records in a protective sleeve
when not in use.
• Avoid placing records in direct sunlight,
close to a heat source (radiators,
stoves, etc. or in a location that may
be subject to vibration, excessive heat,
cold or moisture.
CLEANING AND STORING THE TURNTABLE
• Always disconnect the equipment from
the power supply before cleaning.
• Clean the equipment with a soft, damp,
lint free cloth.
• Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaners.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from
children and pets.
PROBLEM SOLUTIONS
The unit will not power on. • Make sure the power cord is connected to an appropriate
electrical outlet and that the socket is switched ON.
There is no sound. • Rotate the Volume knob to increase the Volume.
The record will not play. • Make sure you have selected the correct speed (33, 45 or
78 RPM).
• Make sure the power adapter is correctly plugged in.
There is no sound via the
Stereo RCA port.
• Check the volume on your amplier or your external
device.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
IMPORTANT
As the colours in the
mains lead of this
appliance may not
correspond with the
coloured markings
identifying the terminals
in your plug, please
proceed as follows:
The wires in the mains
lead are coloured in accordance with the
following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L]
Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable).
The wire coloured blue is the neutral and
must be connected to the terminal marked
[N] or coloured black.
The wire coloured brown is the live wire
and must be connected to the terminal
marked [L] or coloured red.
On no account must either the brown or
the blue wire be connected to the [EARTH]
terminal .
Always ensure that the cord grip is fastened
correctly.
The plug must be tted with a fuse of the
same rating already tted and conforming
to BS 1362 and be ASTA approved.
If in doubt consult a qualied electrician
who will be pleased to do this for you.
Non-Rewireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a non-
rewireable plug tted to the mains lead and
should the fuse need replacing, you must
use an ASTA approved one (conforming to
BS 1362 of the same rating).
If in doubt, consult a qualied electrician
who will be pleased to do this for you.
If you need to remove the plug - disconnect
it from the mains - and then cut o the
mains lead and immediately dispose of it
safely. Never attempt to reuse the plug or
insert it into a socket outlet as there is a
danger of an electric shock.
WARNING:
This appliance is double insulated.
Do not connect any wire to the earth terminal.
