Nachrüstung Faltenbalg
Montage
1. Handbremshebel anziehen.
2. Handgriff abziehen.
3. Schraube M8 an der Führungsstrebe herausdrehen und entsorgen.
4. Lagerbuchse herausnehmen. Wird wieder verwendet.
5. Teleskoprohr ruckartig abziehen. Dabei muss der Führungsbolzen herausfallen.
6. Faltenbalg mit vormontierten Klemmen aufschieben. Maß 110 beachten!
7. Beide Klemmen nach unten drehen und die untere Klemme zusammendrücken.
8. Faltenbalg zusammenschieben und halten.
9. Handbremshebel einfetten und Teleskoprohr wieder aufstecken.
10. Den Faltenbalg über das Teleskoprohr stülpen. Maß 25 beachten! Obere Klemme zusammendrücken.
11. Führungsbolzen mit einem geeigneten Dorn einschieben und mit leichten Hammerschlägen bis zum Anschlag in
den Handbremshebel einschlagen.
12. Alte Lagerbuchse einlegen. Neue Schraube an der Führungsstrebe eindrehen. Anzugsdrehmoment: 20-25 Nm
13. Handgriff aufschieben.
14. Handbremshebel lösen.
Assembly
1. Pull on the hand brake lever.
2. Pull off the grip.
3. Turn out the screw M8 at the guide strut and dispose it.
4. Take out the bearing bush. It will be reused.
5. Remove jerkily the telescopic tube. The guide pin must fall out of the tube.
6. Push on the bellow with the pre-mounted clamps. Pay attention to the dimension 110 mm!
7. Turn both clamps downward and press the bottom clamp together.
8. Compress the bellow and hold it in this position.
9. Grease the hand brake lever and slide the telescopic lever over it.
10. Push the bellow over the telescopic tube. Pay attention on the dimension 25 mm! Press the upper clamp together.
11. Slide the guide pin with the help of a suitable arbor into the hand brake lever and drive it with slight hammer blows
to the stop.
12. Insert the old bearing bush and drive in a new screw at the guide strut. Torque: 20-25 Nm
13. Reattach the grip.
14. Release the hand brake lever.
