MAINTENANCE
Dry carefully all metallic parts of the instrument, clean it using
alcohol or petrol and then lubricate it with ne oil after water jets
or moisture effects to guarantee a good mechanical working and
to avoid rust.
Clean the housing and the display window using a soft chiffon
and neutral detergent. Do not use organic products (diluents,
petrol, acetone, etc…)
Don’t keep the instrument in the sun, heat or humidity.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
CAUTION
1. Absolute origin caliper implements absloute origin coding technology, neither to repeat zero
setting. nor to cause errors by overspeed. lt tracks origin position continuously and displays
the current position whenever it’s turned on. it is convenient lo measure at any time.
2. Higher accuracy and better reliability.
3. Automatic power off after 5 minuts.
1. The product belongs to the precise measuring tool, please avoid the product contact
with liquid, exposure in sunshine, do not disassemble or collide the product.
2. About the battery: forbid to charge or burn, the old battery must be disposed according
to the local laws and regulations.

FAILURE REMOVAL
1. When the number twinkles on the screen, the regular functions of data display
instrument can not be guaranteed, please change the battery.
2. In the case of incorrect data display, no LCD display, please replace the battery.
3. ln order to ensure the good condition of measuring tool far long time, clean the oil
contamination and liquid on the measuring tool with the soft cloth after using.
4. lf you do not use far a long time, please take out the battery.

USE STEPS
Before use, please make sure that the battery is installed.
1. Rotate to right to loosen the locking screw of the caliper and release the lock of the
caliper, and hand-pushed roller caliper can be moved.
2. Turn on to check if the caliper display screen and key functions work.
3. Clean the measuring surface of the measuring tool. Close the measuring claw with
appropriate farce, short-press ON/OFF to turn on and set zero, and the caliper can be
used normally.

MANUTENZIONE
Asciugare con cura tutte le parti metalliche dello strumento,
pulire utilizzando alcool o benzina e lubricare con olio dopo
esposizione a schizzi d’acqua o umidità per garantire una buona
scorrevolezza meccanica e per prevenire la ruggine.
Pulire la cassa ed il display con un panno morbido ed un
detergente naturale.
Non usare prodotti di origine organica (diluenti, benzina,
acetone, etc.).
Non esporre lungamente lo strumento ai raggi solari, al caldo o
all’umidità.

CARATTERISTICHE PRODOTTO
PRECAUZIONI
1. Il calibro implementa la tecnologia Abosulte origine coding che consente sia di ripetere
l’azzeramento che di evitare errori dovuti a spostamenti veloci.
2. Dotato di alta accuratezza e migliore ripetibilità.
3. Ha un sistema di accensione e spegnimento automatico. (5 minuti)
1. Evitare il contatto con liquidi, l’esposizione al sole e si richiede di non smontarlo
prestando attenzione a non dargli colpi.
2. Evitare di ricaricare la batteria o bruciarla; le batterie esauste vanno smaltite secondo le
disposizioni vigenti.

SOLUZIONI PROBLEMI
1. Quando i numeri lampeggiano le funzioni potrebbero non essere garantite; cambiare la
batteria.
2. Nel caso di dati sul display non corretti o di display non attivo cambiare la batteria.
3. Pulire lo strumento dopo ogni utilizzo mediante l’utilizzo di uno strumento sofce.
4. Se non lo si usa per lungo tempo è consigliabile estrarre la batteria.

SEQUENZA D’USO
Prima di usare lo strumento vericare che la batteria sia installata.
1. Ruotare inb senso antiorario la vite di serraggio per sbloccare il calibro.
2. Accendere il calibro per vericare che lo schermo sia funzionante.
3. Pulire la supercie dei becchi da utilizzare; chiudere i becchi con forza appropriatra,
effettuare una leggera pressione sul tasto ON/OFF ed impostare lo Zero. A questo
punto usare il calibro normalmente.
